Excellent customer service. I was looking for a fuel management system for my street glide. Mike gave me a great deal on a V&H Fuelpak 3. He showed me how to download the app. on my phone and how to work the system. He installed a new breather on my bike I really like (see the attached photo!) Also performed other maintenance on my bike. Was very satisfied with is work and his advice. Thank you Mike.

Mike has worked on my motorcycles since 2016 and I have never had a bad experience. This time around he made the vision I had for my 2018 Indian Chieftain Limited to look way more Indian and way less Street Glide come from idea to reality. I cannot stress how much better it looks than I imagined it would. The paint quality is top notch, matches perfectly, and the attention to detail is, dare I say, better then factory. And because the factory fit and finish was second to none, that is saying a lot.If you need work done on your motorcycle, want to buy a pre-owned bike or just need a scheduled service, Burn Out Alley is well worth the ride.

I dropped my bike off for a brake issue. They fixed my issue, and now I am confident that my front brakes will work every time. The shop was clean, and the owner took time to explain the work they performed on my bike. I will be back!

Mike's knowledge, ability, and customer service are unmatched the in the NC motorcycle world. He has taken hours out of his work day to not only answer questions, but demonstrate various aspects of cycle work from rear shocks to carb jets and everything in between. It's simple-- if your bike needs work and you can physically get to Burnout Alley, do it.

I've taken my Streetglide to Burnout Alley numerous times for routine maintenance and small modifications, always satisfied with the work. Mike does great work at very reasonable prices. He always takes time to explain the pros and cons of the services being requested/recommended and is honest about time requirements and pricing. Plus, he's always sharing his expertise with customers wanting to learn more about their bikes. Highly recommend Burnout Alley!

Changed tires , inspection, changed fluids and added chrome cover sprocket . He also noticed that my back brakes were installed wrong. I was very thankful he changed those out ..I can already tell a difference. Mike is straight up and don t charge you a arm and a leg to work on your Harley. He does a great quality job as well.. going to get him to install a new cam this winter. He definitely has my business !!!!!

These guys are awesome, they go out of there way to help you out. The prices here are also awesome and only a fraction of the price you would pay at a named dealership. They will let you bring your parts (i.e. tires) or they will get the parts for you. The bottom line is that they do good work in a reasonable time and price.

Had routine service done based on recommendations. Highly recommended. The work was quality, on time, and very reasonable. I don't speak mechanical very well but they took the time to explain what they did, what might need to be done in the near future based on age and mileage, and some pointers on simple things i could do myself to take care of my bike. Top notch experience.

Needs more than a five star rating. Brought my American Ironhorse in with serious issues. Mike and his staff corrected all the issues and it runs like a dream. I was more than satisfied. This is a very professional and top notch motorcycle shop. From major rebuild work to simple oil changes this is the place to come. Believe me you won't regret. Thanks again Mike to a job well done. You'll be getting more of my business.

Awesome shop. Recently brought the bike in to undo some bad work and they crushed it. Got me in during their busy schedule and had me in and out same day. Only shop I ll go to.Second review. Mike hooked me up big time. Bike was in a bad way and he came through once again. Next up is the paint. Burnout is the only shop you need to go to.

Awesome experience at Burnout Alley! They ordered an entire exhaust system for my bike and ensured that I got the best deal on it. They then had it installed in a couple of hours with no issues. They were upfront and helpful during the entire process and kept me informed on the status of the shipment. I will be doing all of my business here from now on. Your bike is in good hands with these guys!

Switched to Burnout Alley for service on my bike early last year. Being a fairly new rider (10/2017), Mike took the time to show me and go over things on the bike that I needed to be aware of, which the other shop never did. When I was planning my first long distance ride, he went over the bike to make sure all was well. He'll answer any questions I have. Not only is Mike personable and a pleasure to talk to, his work is the best and timely.

I dropped my bike off a few weeks ago to have them run a fine tooth comb through my bike. My '11 Harley Streetglide had been neglected due to my deployment, and I wanted them to check everything out from the tires that I thought were dry rotted to any tune-ups they thought I would need. I called them a few days ago and they said my bike was good to go and ready for pick up. I arrived around 1pm today, expecting to see a bill with a comma in it. I was blown away when they said "You don't owe us anything". From further discussion, the mechanic had checked everything out, looked at my fluids, the tires, everything I had asked for, and found nothing wrong. Their thoughts: "We didn't find anything wrong, you don't owe anything". Talk about a customer first organization. I've been to plenty of shops where they FIND something to charge you for. These gentlemen here are straight shooters. They're not trying to find a way to nickel and dime you so they can make money. Strongly recommend, and I'll be back for all maintenance and parts. Thanks gents!

Been dealing with Harley-Davidson cycles for years and always gone to Harley shops for service. Never again as long as Mike and his staff can turn a wrench. Purchase a used 2003 Fatboy that need some TIL to get her going strong. Outstanding work and got her going better than new. What a gem of a motor cycle shop we have in our area.

After searching for awhile for a great repair shop I think I may have finally found one! The response time was by far exceptional. He then walked me through everything that he done with my bike and any discrepancies he found. What I really liked was that he took a video of the things he found wrong to show me for myself as well as giving me a quote for future repairs that may be needed. I have nothing but great things to say. Awesome experience and I'll definitely be going back!

Mike and his crew have always done a great job no matter what kind of mess i bring into their shop. Quick turnarounds and fair pricing make them the go to place for american or import motorcycle work. They carry an assortment of parts in shop and if they don't have it, they can order anything under the sun that you could want.

Got me in and out in a few hours on a walk-in. I smoked my rear axle bearings yesterday; called Mike this morning to see if he could get me in, he got the mess of an axle pulled apart and rebuilt in a few hours at a very reasonable price.Impressed with the work and thanks for getting me back on the road!
