Had one of the best car-buying experiences today at Brother's Automotive NC. Kayle was very professional, and I feel like I got a great vehicle for a really reasonable price. They were able to get me financed even with my credit which is in the rebuilding stage. Very pleased with how I was treated.

Absolutely brilliant car-buying experience from beginning to end. We called before driving the hour there and instantly felt reassured the car would be there and as advertised. We were greeted immediately and handed the complete Carfax. We were able to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and then, after a quick photocopy of the driver license, were on our way for a leisurely and enjoyable test drive. The purchasing process was no pressure and the advertised price was the price we paid. No messing around. Adults doing business with adults. The car was immaculately prepared, including a new battery and wipers and a fresh oil change. Couldn t be happier with our purchase from Brothers Automotive NC!

Purchased a Jeep Renegade from them a month ago. They were very nice and worked hard to get me the best deal. The battery went out on me a few weeks in, and they didn t hesitate to help me out with the situation, which many dealerships wouldn t take responsibility for. It meant a lot and I appreciate it. I traveled 2.5 hrs to purchase my replacement car with them and it was worth it. Definitely recommend working with them. 10/10

After reading so many positive reviews on Google, I decided to visit this dealership today in hopes of purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe they had on the lot. When I went in, I explained to the gentleman that I currently have a car that I like but I do not love it, and I wanted to see if I can get into the Hyundai out front. I told him I purchased my car at the time where there was a used car shortage, so I was pretty upside down. He immediately shook his head no. He then proceeded to say that banks are not financing negative equity right now. He asked how much I owed. I told him, he shook his head no again. He then said that the banks want to break even or I would have to put money down. Not once did he ask me anything other than how much I owe. He told me that I would just have to learn to love the car I currently have. Unbeknownst to him I have already been approved with my bank and I had a check in hand along with a down payment. The only thing that could have potentially stopped the deal would have been the amount I got for my trade again because I was very upside down. I felt dismissed from the moment that I walked into the dealership and it was not a good feeling. I came in with a very bubbly attitude, and I left with that same attitude. He didn t bother to introduce himself or even shake my hand. My hope is that no one else would be dismissed & treated like I was when I walked in because I was ready to make a purchase today.

My family had a really good experience here. We drove in from about 2 hours away. It was apparent early on that they were very kind people. Kayle seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us and didn t just try to pressure us into buying something, like everyone else did. I would recommend them to anyone.

So, my husband lives out of state and I have really been needing a vehicle. I have been shopping around for 2 days and had gone to several different dealerships but couldn t find anything within our price range and milage. Brothers Automotive is about a 2 mile drive from mg house and I pass them almost every day but never wanted to stop because of the business that was there before them. But today, something told me to stop, so I did. Within seconds, I saw my car and knew I wanted it. Kayle was my salesman and he was absolutely amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He did everything through email with my husband and the bank and allowed me to take the car home today with a commitment letter. I don t have a vehicle and I was worried that even if I got the car I wouldn t have a way to go and get it. HE OFFERED TO BRING IT TO MY HOUSE! Who does that! They do! My vehicle has low mileage and the price was under what I wanted to spend! Thank y all so much for all of your hard work today and helping me purchase the car of my dreams! Rita

We were in desperate need of a vehicle, We did not have a way to get there so the owner's son of the dealership came by to pick us up in the vehicle we were interested in. Unfortunately the SUV was too small for 3 people and a wheelchair. When we arrived at Brothers Automotive there was two other vehicle we could look at in the price range we could afford. The whole staff stayed late to get us in the vehicle. Everyone there has a great attitude and can't wait to help you. So if you are looking for a great vehicle, at a great price, with great staff then look no further then Brothers Automotive.

Are you currently looking for a car, a mom car ? Brothers auto inc, will be the best option to go for. The past day I ve experienced great customer services, patients enough detail wise in which ever car you like. One of the sale guy name mark was very polite professional nice greeting helpful detail explanation well given . Inside the dealership very nice and neat , clean. Mark helped me out with my new mom car i thank him so much for being so patient with me it s only been day 2 that I have been dr inf my new mom car I am loving it more than anything go to to brother auto inc I promise you, you won t regret it

Hands down this is the best dealership we ve been to in a while. Mr. Kale* and Garrett* are very friendly and professional. Welcomed my family right in the door. The inside is very clean and neat; shoutout to their mom who decorated! They assisted me very quickly with the process of purchasing my 2013 Dodge Challenger from contacting the bank, to contacting my insurance, etc... the list goes on. My family drove over an hour and a half to purchase this vehicle and it was definitely worth it! I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My brother and I decided to get our mother the gift she deserved for the holidays. Pushed for time days before Christmas and working full time, we struggled to fit time for purchase into our schedule. Cayle worked the entire deal in a matter of minutes and my test drive was longer than my time at the dealership. Customer Service was great! And my mother had the best Christmas ever! Brothers Automotive is the best auto dealership that I ve been to in entire NC. Kale is very friendly and a thorough professional. Welcomed me every time I visited, I kept going to him for almost 3 months till I could find what my wife liked, that suited my budget and the specifications I was looking for. Never once was there any feeling that I m wasting his time, he always assisted me. This month I bought a 2017 Santa Fe Sport Limited. The purchase from contacting the lender, to contacting my insurance, etc... was completed in an hour, once we reached a mutual agreement. I requested his help on a few things on the car and he unhesitatingly went out of his way to assist. I strongly recommend Brothers Automotive to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My Daughter paid $13,000 for what she thought was a good the vehicle. And it was her first vehicle. She felt so good getting something on her own. They too advantage of her and sold her a car that they knew was not running properly. I even looked at the documents later and seen that they tested the car and there were misfires in the engine. Now she stuck. Don't Let them fool you with vehicles that are part there and look good. Be sure to drive it and look under the hood and under the vehicle for leaks after you've driven it for a while

We have had great experiences with the Brothers Automotive team we have purchased two vehicles from them the experience was unbeatable from their professionalism to willing to help in all areas both of our vehicles are great with Carfax reports both vehicle as described the only problem I have is they don t have a dealership in my city lol

Just bought a Volvo XC90. I had a great experience. Kayle was great to work with. No hassles, no sales gimmicks, no shuffling off to the sales manager every five minutes. Night and day difference from buying a car at one of the big dealerships. Fair pricing right from the start, meticulously selected vehicles for sale. Best car buying experience to date.Thank you

Very good customer service, not pushy at all, very patient, friendly and helpful in finding what fits me best.They of course want to sell cars but they re not going to sell you something you ll regret. Brother has a Good selection of inventory, Clean cars, about average mileage on vehicles, website had very good pictures and didn t disappoint when i got to the lot. All cars seemed priced very aggressively, they must not keep the same inventory long. I did end up going with a different vehicle, but these guys really made a good impression on me and I will definitely recommend!

Brothers Automotive is totally AWESOME! If you are looking for preowned vehicle this is the place for you! There customer service is AAA service. Kayle Salter is a true gentleman and even better car salesman! Thank you Kayle for all you did to make my husband the owner of an Audi A3! I will say that buying a car from this car lot was a wonderful experience. I advise anyone seeking a new vehicle to visit this place of business, you will not be disappointed!

Kayle, Garrett and Mark truly do break the mold when it comes to the automotive market. They were flexible, doing everything they could to get me into my new car. They were relentless in making sure that I had the best deal possible, while not being overbearing or pushy. Purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger as a consignment through Kayle Salter (one of the owners). From beginning to end, Kayle was super professional and had excellent communication. As a buyer from out of state, Kayle provided answers to all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about dealing with a brand new dealership on a highly sought after vehicle. Mr. Salter even went above and beyond after the sale to answer some additional questions I had, and I think it's safe to say I now call him my friend. These brothers are in the car selling business for all the right reasons. Even though they are new, give them a chance and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Recently purchased a car from Kayle and Garrett and it absolutely surpassed my expectations for buying a used car from a small lot! I was skeptical after so many sketchy experiences from other used car lots but Kayle and Garrett were knowledgeable, professionally warm and engaging, answered every question I had, and took great care of every detail in the purchase without hesitation. From friendly phone conversations to handwritten "Thank You" notes after buying my car, it is obvious that the Salter Brothers truly respect their craft and respect the used car buyer. Happy customer! I hate shopping for cars due to inflated dealer fees. We shopped around quite a bit for a car for our son, a first time driver. We wanted something reasonably priced and in good condition. We found that at Brothers automotive but were even more pleased with Kayle and the whole buying experience. When I tell you that they made buying a car so easy and no pushy salesman..We have been looking for 4mths our anxiety was threw the roof but here we was relaxed, felt like family...We drove 2hrs and 8 minutes to this car lot and was there less than an hour and drove back home with our 2nd car!!
