The valet guy doesn t really care and hit one of the foam pads as he was getting our vehicle out. Also charged me an extra half hour on spot hero even though it was only a few minutes till reservation time. Never again

Gave one star because I originally booked a reservation through parkwiz for 3-9pm, which was the recommended time, as I was attending an event in the area. However, it wasn't until I parked the vehicle and arrived at the venue that my girlfriend and I discovered that the time was incorrect and that the concert wouldn't be ending till much later. Parkwiz said that there was nothing that they could do as the garages chose the times within the app, and so I'd have to contact the garage. We tried to call the garage multiple times using the number that they provided us with on the reservation card but no one answered the phone. Luckily, the venue staff was willing to overlook the no re-entry rule so that I could physically walk to the garage. Upon arrival, I talked to the gentleman there about extending the reservation. The original reservation said that we had to checkout by 9pm + 2 hours after the event. Which, should've been 11pm. We picked up our vehicle at 12:00am and the guy charged me $35 for an "additional 3 hours". I should've only had to pay the difference of an hour.

Avoid this garage. I had the same experience that others have reported with the oversized vehicle fee. I was charged an oversized vehicle fee of $10 for my Mazda 3 hatchback. A Mazda 3 is a compact car. I will be avoiding this garage in the future and you should do the same unless you want to pay an extra $10 on top of your Spothero payment.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Absolute joke of a business. Remarkably incompetent. We parked our car here for less than 3 hours while getting dinner with family. We come back to an attendant who tells us that they have lost our car keys and he doesn t know where they could be. He asks if we have a second set with us. No apology. No remorse. No action of trying to find them. We had to spend an hour getting this guy to retrace his steps and get him moving to finally find the keys in a different car. A joke!! Wouldn t refund us either. DO NOT PARK HERE

Slimy scammers at this garage. I had already paid the oversize vehicle fee online, but these people made me pay yet another fee. And it had to be in cash only.Additionally, their pricing is clearly indicated as the same for any duration between 3 to 10 hours. This was reflected in the booking online, so I just selected a 3 hour reservation time and ended up staying one extra hour. There should have been no charge since the time period I stayed was literally within the same duration bracket, but these freaking scammers forced me to pay an outrageous $18 just for the ONE extra hour- for NO other reason than that the time I stayed was different than the time on the online booking. Avoid this place.

Scam. Aggressive attendant told me you re not getting your car until you pay me $10 cash for oversize vehicle. My vehicle is a compact car, categorized that way by every evaluation service and the manufacturer. Also it s obvious, as the car is tiny.I had to pay the scam fee, I m assuming they must be desperate in some way and I hope they can get clear of whatever is making them steal like that.

BEWAREI payed for parking through spothero for $23.25 from 12:30pm-11:30pm, but was told to pay $20 EXTRA because I have a luxury vehicle. Not sure if this was targeted solely towards me, but there wasn't any sign or listing that stated luxury vehicles had to pay more(neither on the app). For reference the billed summed up to $43.25 excluding tips, I arrived at 1pm and left before 8pm.Horrible experience, I don't care about the money just the pure dishonesty is disgusting.

This was most certainly the worst service I have ever received in my 40 years of living. The man who helped me SCAMMED me! The most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. He tried to scam me into paying an upcharge that was absolutely ludacris! When I asked why I wasn t told about this fee prior, I then was spoken to disrespectfully and also was cursed at. PLEASE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY OR BEING RESPECTED THEN DO NOT COME HERE!

Worst garage in NYC. I got scammed like the rest of the comments and had to pay $10 extra for an oversized car (I have a Audi Q3 which is not oversized per spot hero). They tried to charge me $10 on the way out also and I had to bring up my credit card charges to show I already paid their ridiculous fee. They also claim to open at 7am but the garage was closed until 8:45. Had to wait 45 minutes for a guy to come open up even though I told them I was coming at 7:30. Avoid

This garage was extremely unprofessional. I booked the reservation on Spot Hero and was told my car would not meet the oversize fee requirement. When trying to retrieve my car at the end of my reservation, the attendant would not allow us to leave unless we paid the $10 oversize fee. On the garage s rules- my car was under the width and length requirement to be oversize - 2020 Jeep Compass. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

Discovered the morning after that our car was damaged in the lot quite severely. Reported to SpotHero as they should remove this joke of a business from their app.

Initially didn't think I'd give a positive review since my first experience on a Saturday 7am. Granted I wouldn't want to be working either however you see a customer, you change your attitude, right? Anyways aside from that and the space being paranoingly (is that a word? Lol) tiny, my car was fine and has the best prices in the area.

SUV Customers Beware! Purchased a pass via an app that charged $21 for 6.5 hours on a Saturday. Thought that was reasonable given the time and location. I have a Midsized SUV and the parking pass clearly stated that I will not be charged as an oversized vehicle. I pull in and showed the pass to the parking attendant and he says your vehicle is oversized and it will be an extra $10. He said the owner told him to charge all SUVs as an oversized vehicle. I showed him the pass again and he wasn t budging. Pretty sure he pocketed the extra money. SUV owners STAY AWAY. Place is a scam. $31 for 6.5 hours is ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere!

Very unfriendly and aggressive. Rolled his eyes whenever I spoke, I swear he was doing this blatantly. My car is a Toyota 2023 Camry. I reserved small which my car is small but he swore it was large and told me to pay an extra 15 buck total scam. I would definitely give 0 stars if I could.

We got a Spot Hero Reservation and when we got there the attendant yelled at us that they were full and to get out of the property and didn't even bother to come closer to explain himself or apologize. He kept yelling to get out. When I tried explaining we had a reservation he said he didn't cared and to get out. Not worth the try, there are many other garages to choose from. We called Spot Hero about it and we got refunded. Attendant was super rude and didn't even bothered to help out. We tried going on Monday, February 14th around 8 pm.

They are absolutely careless with your vehicle here. I have had two cars (one brand new not a week old) scratched here and management denies all claims citing they don t see anything on camera and point to the useless bumpers they install on the pillars as if there is no possible way they made a scratch. No formal complaint logging system, just make you call someone s cell. Zero customer service. I regret taking my cars here and should have learned my lesson with the first careless scratch. Plenty of other options around and recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Don t park here. This place is super hard to get in or get out. It s insanely crowded in the garage. Like others said, they charge $10 fee for all non-sedan cars even though the size is within the limits stated on SpotHero. I ve parked in Manhattan garages for many times and I was never charged oversize fee anywhere else.

If you have a Tesla can t park here. Don t even bother. Not about charging..They refuse to take it and then you have to get out of the lot without scratching your car.

Paid for oversized vehicle on Spot Hero already. When got there they charged an additional $10 in CASH bc he said my mini van is extra oversized. Would give zero if I could. Not friendly. Rolled his ride eyes at me and mumbled.

I book the space through ParkWhiz, and show the guy barcode when I get in, he handle me some paper and I didn t even realize he give me something because so many things happen at the same time, so might be leave on the seat. When I go back to pick my car, he ask me the paper, because in my mind I never receive that, then I just say never receive it, and show him the barcode I booked online, but he keep saying he did give me the paper, and request to go check the camera, if this happened, I need to pay extra $20, I said Ok. Unfortunately the camera shows he hand me something right after I get in, and he didn t even mention I need that to pick up my car. Unfortunately I pay the extra $20. The guy keep saying that I lie to him, I said it s my car, and I can unlock my car through my phone, what am I getting if I lie, if you want to earn some extra money, just tell me. This is terrible experience, will never come back again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place. As people have mentioned before they try to charge extra money in every chance they get. I had a horrible experience where the attendant never mentioned what time they close the parking garage and due to this lack of communication I was left stranded with my wife 50 miles away from home and without the car until the next morning and obviously we were charged an overnight fee.

I am a front line responder, RN, working at Mount Sinai during the COVID crisis. My mom drove 2 hours to deliver me supplies and some PPE that was delivered to her home. I park in this lot for close proximity to the hospital, so we met there. She didn t take a spot, sat there for 15 minutes to wait for me and quickly load my car, and left. The attendant charged her $12. We aren t concerned about the money, it is the principle of the matter. I don t expect special treatment because of my career choice, but he didn t step foot in her car, she did not take a spot and was charged regardless.For the actual lot itself, seems safe.

0 Stars - I showed up with my pre-paid reservation and was turned away because the lot was full. I think they were the cheapest to see how much money they could steal by over booking. Beware!

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I PREPAID for a reservation online only to arrive to a cone blocking the entry saying "Lot Full". I saw a guy inside & yelled that I had a prepaid reservation expecting him to say ok & remove the cone. He just shrugged and said "Lot full". So I had to pull over on the side of the road to search for nearby parking & ended up paying $20 more to park elsewhere. So don't park here cause they don't honor a PREPAID reservation. Now I have to watch my credit card cause they put it thru and it's "pending". If it goes thru, there will be issues.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! Paid on spothero app and then was ripped off and charged almost $15 extra (in cash which was sketchy) for what I had originally paid. Staff was rude and irritable. Do NOT recommend- never going back.

Go through ParkWhiz to reserve a space. When I arrived, they told me there is no spot available. No sign to put on the entrance to stop you drove into the basement, there is even no space to turn around your car. They let you back up your car to the ground. Unacceptable and I will never go back again.

Much satisfied with the service level at this parking place, at first I hesitated to leave my car there cause the space is so narrow and was packed, but when came back to take it was right up front, ready to go, and most important: No Scratches, the guy there is very professional.

Imagine paying for 12 hrs in advance for a reserved parking spot from 1:30 to 1:30 . But the employee tells you if you don t show up at 11:45 we will keep your car overnight . The info they give in their call center or provided online are not true .
