Both good and bad. The place is very nice. It is accommodating. It has a little shopping place with an expresso bar. The mechanic was very nice, and the oil change service was excellent.What I did NOT like is the car wash. They left my mat very dirty and did not clean certain places inside.This is why I gave it 4/5.Overall is a good place for the price.

Average service. You MUST pay attention to ANYTHING that's being done to your car from vacuuming to wipe down. I wouldn't recommend a monthly plan either because if you EVER have to switch cars for the plan...forget it.

Good luck getting any interior cleanup there. They don't even try. A quick vacuum, plus whatever the machines clean up outside, and off we go. Give your 20 bucks, and "...NEXT !!!"The oil change is good though, and they have Royal Purple. Good.

Sub $80 synthetic oil change with free car wash. So I don t complain much.

I enjoy coming here when I am in the city as it is a quality experience for the vehicle but it seems some of the levels they offer have not been available lately. I would still recommend coming here for your car washing needs!

TERRIBLE service. Manager and a few of the cleaners are incredibly rude. The inside of my car was filthy when I got it back. Nothing was cleaned AT ALL. I also heard someone peel the pit bull magnet off of the back of my car when they went to go dry it, and the manager and the cleaners outright denied this THIEVERY. The manager even claimed they put two of the other magnets back on the back of my car, when that was an outright lie because those were never taken off of my car to begin with. This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Tears they tried to charge me double for the synthetic oil without telling me they were putting it in.then one of the car wash guys stole my $25 battery charger for my seat I forgot to take off the seat

They let people from the mechanic skip the line even if you were waiting for a long time and don t care. Used to be a loyal customer, never coming my here again.

Good prices for oil changes. Fifteen points check and free car wash with oil service. Quite quick work with wide selections of motor oils and other fluids . Clean bathroom available which is hard to find in other places with similar services. The most expensive version of car wash is 30.75 six star service with triple foam wax , hot wax, undercarriage,,rush inhibitor, wheel brute (rims shined) , complete armor all plastic mats (four washed) ,rain ox treatment hand wax done by hand while you wait. VIP program is available for car wash and oil changes with a price of 10$ a year. It gives you a discount for both services. All tlc drivers should know this spot . Highly recommended.

I have to place this comment in here, and photos from Saturday 6/12. I made a complaint with the Manager regarding my driver side running board, it was damaged as it came out of the wash area conveyor. At first he made a lot of incoherent reasonings that I plainly do not accept. He insisted that I call a COP on this incident. I said, it is a simple thing to do to proved my point and for him to rebut my complain is to check the entrance camera recording, He went inside of their establishment to checked . When he came back, Few moments after he ReASONED that he can t access with the Cam recording cause his Boss, the owner have the access to the recording(?) and hasn t arrive yet, what a lousy excused.He the MANAGER of this well established car wash service doesn t have the access to a simple detail in their establishment? Well anyways he asked me to leave my number and name and they will reach me. And I asked him when would I expect them to contact me? He said, about an hour. Well been 4days now haven t heard from them. That is why I made this review on them. Please be reminded, I ve been rendered service by the establishment for 2years all went well until this incident happened, I expected decency from them, specially the MANAGER. I was not hoping for anything much except for decency I should be getting as their PAYiNG COSTUMER. (Bad handling of a complaint)

So far I ve been going here for oil change and car wash, the service is good. The guys will let you know if your car needs any extra service and is up to you to agree or wait another time.

I would NEVER go back!!!!They do a HORRIBLE job washing a car no vacuum - no cleaning inside.Run away do t just throw your money away going here.

Worse oil change and worse car wash.. pictured speak for themselves. They don t have experience with all type of cars for oil change and touch everything.. supposedly they vacuumed the car

I won't be coming back to this place again. I opted in for a #3 car wash since I went on a Saturday it was the highest option available. The #3 includes: "full service wash PLUS, triple foam wax, hot wax, undercarriage, rust inhibitor, wheel brite, and tires shined". My car was about 15% cleaner on the outside and dirtier on the inside. I have tan interior and tan weather-proof mats. They didn't place any sheets on top of my mats prior to sitting and stepping into my car with their dirty muddy boots. It should be obvious that with tan interior you should be cautious as everything shows. I had just cleaned my mats only to have them leave a puddle of dirty water on the driver side. Idk what wax they used but I didn't see a difference. Tire Shine? The gentleman sprayed the tires and did a quick wipe.The small shop has a decent selection of car smelling items and accessories but I'd honestly wait to buy them at large retailer for a cheap price.I think those who have a great experience with this place are regulars like cab drivers who may have a relationship with the staff. Anyone else is getting the bare minimum. For the price, I paid I could've gone to Unico Auto Detailing in the BX and known they'd take better care of my car for about the same price.DO NOT COME HERE.

I used to think they were better until I learned about detailing. Overall they get the job done for a drive thru car wash. Very busy place and I just wish they dried ya car better after it came out the wash.

Worse carwash I ever been to. I dont know if it was because there was a lot of people in line but when they vacuumed inside they did not take the garbage out. After they washed the car left it practically wet and now that we got home we noticed that they also left the rings dirty as you can see in the picture attached. SMH !

1 star first of all some of the employees lack Education and the manager is the worst there was a lady there and I was first to change my oil but then this lady turned with this white car and cut the line and the manager was telling me that she was waiting when she wasn t near the area and they let her cut in front of me and don t even get me started with the car wash I mean you re basically paying them to wash it outside and the inside is still dirty I mean did they even try all they did is rub the car like they were doing something I mean my 5 year old son could clean the car better lack of communication and lack of customer service.

I'm a regular, for years with membership to unlimited wash for $38 a month. The staff is very friendly there. They are thorough with my car every time I go. I go every other day to satisfy my car washing needs! I stopped by for a regular engine oil change for my Subaru Forester. They used to be good, and I have been there several times for oil change and car wash, but recently the quality of service has gone down drastically, and the staff are not even remotely knowledgeable. I am not going there anymore.First, they opened the Automatic Transmission drain plug for a few seconds before I notified them to stop it. The irony was that they never attempted to check how much transmission oil they drained by accident. Then, three different people struggled underneath my car to drain the engine oil and change the oil filter. Nobody came to refill the engine oil for 20 minutes, and there was continuous confusion and miscommunication between them.I just asked for engine oil, but the guy who put the oil started to put yellow engine coolant in my radiator, which has green coolant. I am not an expert in car mechanics, but I do know that you can't mix coolants of a different colors.

I appreciate the convenience and ease of this car wash but the quality of the interior cleaning is poor. I ve been 3 times and each time there have been spots not vacuumed, dust left on the dash and some garbage left. See photos.

I've been coming here for years but my most recent visit made me realize how exceptional this place is. They have a huge staff who really take their jobs seriously and they take care in your car and the service. It's definitely the best car wash Uptown -- if not the whole city.On nice days the line might seem long but it moves fast so definitely worth the short wait. They are real professionals and I'm happy to support this place.

Came in for an oil change. Awesome and very friendly place. We were greeted by Josh upon arrival and he explained the whole process. Everyone was wearing mask and gloves. You stay in your car while they change the oil and you're in and out in seconds.I eventually have to change out a light in back of my car and one of the employees walked me through the process so I can do it on my own. Super helpful and saves me money. Really appreciate the staff here.

Usually fast and competent oil changes, though a little on the pricey side for full synthetic. The car wash is good and the staff are great.The only reason they're getting four instead of five stars is masks. While there are signs all over the store stating that they are required, the policy is not enforced. In the twenty minutes I was waiting for my oil change, at least a dozen customers walking into the business and dealt with the cashier without any masks. In other words, you should probably wait for your vehicle outside.

Trash interior and rims cleanse not thorugh. noticed a dent scuff on my hood i havent before. Maybe cause it was dirty. cant prove it was them just noticed immediately after leaving them. This a first probably last.
