I had some car trouble in Manhattan while there on business. I had my car towed to this shop - Gus and his crew took care of me and got me back on the road in a matter of two hours! Extremely professional, courteous and they know their stuff. Best automotive repair experience I have ever had. Thank you Gus and crew!

Spent nearly 3 grand on my brake system with them literally 6 weeks later had a host of other issues (exhaust, cat converter) brought it into another shop they said there s no way last mechanic could ve missed it The guy Enad I think might be owner, comes across nice enough, but I think I got taken advantage of. Go someplace else

This service honestly earned one star the diagnostics they performed turned out to be half accurate.I came to them with leaking transmission fluid. After the diagnostics, they offered to fix the problem for $2,100. According to the manager, I needed to change the gearbox radiator and two supply hoses. They offered me to buy a new (original) radiator from them for $600. Within a minute, I found an equivalent (aftermarket) on Amazon for $100 functionally, it was no different from the original. I took my car back and had it towed to another service, where the repair cost me $400 (including parts, radiator included).On the estimate from Broadway Automotive, I circled the parts and labor that were unnecessary totaling $1,000. I am willing to understand their policy of using only original parts (although I somehow think that they would have installed an aftermarket part it's impossible to check without removing the bumper), but including in the estimate knowingly unnecessary work and parts is pure fraud. If you have extra money to pay five times more for repairs, you can check this service out perhaps for that money, they will fix your car. I had no desire to verify this.Oh, and the cherry on top during the diagnostics, they removed my engine protection and did not put it back on. When I arrived to pick up the protection, they said it was not on the car. I would have believed them if I hadn't installed this protection myself during last oil change.

I take my vehicle to get service done at Broadway Automotive. People are very professional and friendly, especially Octavio, who helps me service my vehicle asap. Yes! I definitely recommend it.

Although the folks at Broadway Automotive are polite and efficient, their work is not good.We got all four of our tires replaced and discovered too late that they were put on inside out, voiding warranty. (Though, when we asked later, we were told this shop doesn't provide any tire warranties anyway.) We also found that two of the tire pressure monitors were damaged in the process. We paid for one to be repaired at this shop, but they didn't check the others.Thinking this was an honest mistake, we returned to Broadway Automotive to get our battery replaced. A few months later, when we brought the car back to get an inspection, we were told it failed the inspection because the computer wasn't "talking to the battery." They insisted that we just needed to drive the car more but we had already driven it 300 miles since the battery was replaced. We paid for the failed inspection and brought the car to another shop. The other shop found that the battery terminals were extremely loose - tightening them fixed the computer problem. Unfortunately, the other shop discovered engine troubles that Broadway had completely missed.Do not use this automotive repair service - it will cost you more to fix their mistakes than their cheap prices are worth.Services: Battery service, Tire change, Battery

The owner of the shop is cool, however the Mexican employees are extremely rude.The one at the register is the worst, he had me waiting for 25 minutes for no reason just to give me a receipt - ( simply because he didn't like me asking to many questions about what was being worked on my vehicle) - after 25 minutes he acted like he forget that I was there.Also the 2 Mexicans working on my car stole 25 - 30 quarters from my cup holder, I hope they didn't take anything else that I didn't realize.It's a shame, because I know the owner from the area and he is a very decent and honest guy, but he should really check on his employees.

Went in for an oil change today and as always the service was wonderful. They work was completed in a timely manner and they allow you to wait with the car in the office area.

I have been going to Broadway Automotive since we got our (used) car in 2009. They do great work, they're really kind and easy to deal with, and *most importantly* they are honest and trustworthy. I've had several experiences where I was impressed by them telling me my car did not need any work even though I thought it did. That speaks volumes. I highly recommend these guys.

I recently used Broadway Automotive towing service. Much to my surprise the truck arrived within 10 minutes of me calling; the driver said he had just finished a call in the area. He changed my tire and put all my tire tools back in the vehicle and secured them doing a really nice job. I called this NYC towing and also commended the driver. Thank you so much, it would have taken me hours to change my tire and figure out where everything was at. Would use Broadway Automotive again in the future and recommend to others.

We had our vehicle towed through Broadway Automotive earlier this morning. This tow company in New York helped us get our vehicle to the mechanic s shop to be worked on. I just wanted to let them know how much I appreciated their service. It was VERY timely. The guy who towed our car was very helpful and friendly (not to mention pretty adorable)! My experience with tow companies in the past has been horrible so it is so nice to have a good experience. I just wanted to compliment all the staff at Broadway Automotive on superior service! Thanks again!

Many Broadway Automotive reviews are 5 stars because their tow truck service is good. But many repair reviews are one star because the repairs were simply not done. Do not trust them to make repairs if you can't see the work.I can't help but like the owner. He appears to be a good guy, and very friendly.But they have a long history of cheating that goes back before he bought the garage. I live one block away. I brought my car there for the convenience of being so close. But they cheat.I had the car checked out before a long trip in 2016. They said they replaced the cabin air filter. But I felt the air was then coming through faster than it should. I looked in the compartment and there wasn't any air filter at all! Later I complained at the desk. Marco and Gus looked at one another and blamed Thelon, who wasn't in the office.In 2017 There was trouble with the blower for the passenger fan. I took it in for diagnosis and went home. They called me a little while later and said "We determined that your motor is shot." But I couldn't have it repaired right then. The next day I went over a bump and the fan started again. It has worked fine for 4 more years! So either they made a mistake or they lied. What do YOU think? Clearly it's just an electrical misconnection.Another repair was needed in 2019. I put the phone on speaker so my wife and I could both hear Gus give us an estimate of around $350. We both heard him say that. But when I got there the bill had gone to $650, almost exactly double the original estimate. Gus swore up-and-down that he had never said $350. But we both heard him.Due to Covid we drove very little last year. I brought the car in in January for state inspection. I asked for an oil change and to have an oil smell repaired. The final bill said they changed the oil and charged me $57 for it. But the little oil-change sticker they put in the windshield was not changed. I had driven the car around 4000 miles less than expected. I don't think they changed the oil at all.As for the oil smell diagnostic and replacement of a gasket, for which I was charged over $400, it's worse than ever! Now I have to go in and confront those guys, and demand a refund. And never go there again.

Gustavo in the front desk is the worst customer service a person any employee anywhere can have. I had 20 minutes waiting just to get information, I had to wait because he was on his personal phone talking. Once I got a chance to ask he gave me attitude. Fine, we proceeded.. when he was on the phone with the claim he asked me if I will still do it wether they approve it or not. I replied no because its a huge price difference, he then caught an attitude and said his time is valuable to be on the phone waiting. I said my time is valuable as well and did not say anything when he was on the phone, he got mad and continued to go on and on with his unprofessional self.If you want to be respected as a customer, and save your valuable time I recommend going elsewhere where customers are welcomed.I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!Again Gustavo is an arrogant & incompetent employee that Marcos Estrella has working there.Sadly I was referred to them, but I will do the opposite with my huge influence I have on social media! I never leave bad review but this ignorant tested my patience.

My experiences: Reasonable prices, reasonable time and cost expectations, no problems with their work. Everything has been straightforward and easy. They have been my go-to mechanic for the past four years, and have done exhaust work, brakes, tires, oil, inspections, etc. on my car. I highly recommend them!

I blew out both passenger side tires and was sitting on the side of the road in the middle of the night. I called Broadway Automotive and the customer service rep said the driver would make it out there as fast as he could. 20 minutes later he was there, and within 5 minutes, my car was loaded and we were on our way. When I couldn't get a ride back to my house, he even offered to drive me home. He is an example of a hard working person who should get the credit he deserves for his hard work and honest character. I cannot thank enough the Broadway Automotive staff for taking time to help me with my problem. It is reassuring to know that there are friendly hard working people out there that will do anything in their power to help you out when you're in need. I would recommend this Towing service to anyone in need of road side assistance in New York.

Last week the mechanic sent by Broadway Automotive came and picked up my car when it left my wife stranded on the roadside. He arrived faster than the quoted time was very friendly and problem solved when I found out I didn't have a tow hook for my car. He also was knowledgeable about my car and knew how to get it in neutral when it wouldn't power on. Definitely would recommend.

On three separate occasions I was stranded and Broadway Automotive always showed up super fast! One time all I needed was a jump, the second time my battery was totally dead but the guy had come prepared and actually had the correct battery with him. No problem! The third time they rescued me; I had been in an accident and was freaking out. The guy was a total gentleman, made me laugh it off, and made sure I got home safely. They are a great tow company in NY, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Broadway Automotive sent a tow truck in NYC to help me when my car would not start after work. I was in a parking garage and it was late. The driver showed up in less than a half hour and only had to jump start me. It was not expensive at all. I was very satisfied with this NYC auto towing service.

Broadway Automotive came to my aid when my truck broke down on the West Side Highway. I had all my tools and equipment in that truck and was afraid to walk away from it. The NYC towing driver was very helpful and assured me that he was towing it to a safe place and it would be fixed safely and quickly. They had me back on the road in a few hours

Broadway Automotive offers great customer service. They are very professional and work diligently to make sure that as customers we are satisfied and taken care of. I highly recommend this shop. A big thank you to Gus, Marcos and the all the other guys for making my life so much easier.

Great tow experience. Like most people, you're never really prepared for a breakdown, so when my car had an electrical freak out in the middle of the highway I was glad I called Broadway Automotive to tow me back to NYC, on a Sunday. I couldn't have been happier with their level of professionalism. In an industry that is built 100% on service, Broadway Automotive is a company I would recommend to friends and request thru AAA or other roadside assistance companies in the future. Their number going in my cell phone for sure.

When I called Broadway Automotive in NYC, I expected a gruff and grumpy tow truck driver with an attitude. Instead I got this polite and very professional young man. He was concerned with my safety first, getting out of harm s way before working to load up my car. I was very happy with this NYC auto towing service and I will keep their card in my glove box just in case.

We called Broadway Automotive out in the snow and ice back in January. They came out with more than enough gear to us and were really quick about it too! They have some nice equipment and the tow guy was really professional. He really knew his stuff about towing. When it was all said and done, we paid our bill which was what I though more than fair for getting up out of bed at 2 am and coming out to us in the ice cold weather. These guys are the right ones to use. I don't know if they will remember me but I know I will remember them! I put Broadway Automotive phone number in my phone for next time! You guys were awesome.

Don't take your car to this shop. These guys are cheat and they rip you off. Very dishonest an insensitive. The manager (as he identified himself) told me he is changing the body piece and charge me for that, but just repaired the same piece and painted. He constantly lied about that he has thrown away the old piece immediately. He wrote the price in a vague way and ask my signature. He did everything to take money and lied a lot. I will never forgive this man. Shame on him. The quality of the job seems acceptable but you can find similar quality with a bit of better search. Don't pass by this place.

I know nothing about car, so I brought a car that I wanted to buy to this shop. I explain to Marco and the other guy that I wanted to do a full diagnostic on the car and get their feedback on if the car condition is worth the buy and for that price. They showed me the one error code and said there s some rust but it s a good buy. I took it to my mechanic because it failed the Inspection and my mechanics said I shouldn t have bought the car. Due to the amount of rust and corrosion on the gas can, under carriage, struts, basically everything under the car is rusted and/or has noticeable corrosion. Now I am out $3300 #Thanks

This guys are awesome. Recently my car had a major accident and I happened to be out of state. When i was notified by the police where my car had been towed, I call Broadway Automotive and they took care of bringing my car to their shop, arrange a car rental trough state farm and after state farm declared it a total loss they event took the plates and return them to dmv. I can be grateful enough. An accident is so stressful but thanks to this guys the situation was much, much better.Thank you so much for your help guys.

It was late when my wife and I walked to our car which we had parked on Carmen St. near the Village. When I turned the key to start it nothing happened. It was a very unnerving situation. I found Broadway Automotive on my IPhone and called. A dispatcher answered and dispatched a NYC tow truck to our location immediately. The driver was very professional. He tried first to get the car started but couldn't. He then towed us to his shop. We wound up staying overnight in Manhattan and got our car back the following day. It was actually a positive experience thanks to the professionals from Broadway Automotive.
