We were driving to an event and our tire pops at exit 39 on the sunrise highway. We slowly get off the exit and park our car right in front of 835 Collision inc. Without a second thought they came out of their shop to try and help us. One of lug nuts. would not come off. That didn t stop them, they brought out tools, parts, equipment and something that looked like a flame thrower to get that thing off. I ve never seen someone be so accommodating and then refuse payment. That s right they wouldn t let us pay them. Only responded he hopes some helps his wife if she needs it one day. Amazing people at this shop. Great character and so helpful. Thanks again guys.

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!!! My car was involved in a hit and run with minor damage (dent and scratches). Sam is the owner/manager and he told me he would fix everything and replace the door. Got my car back 32 days later after minimal communication and it looks like a small child painted it and there is new damage. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST.Service: Body & Trim

So, I don't know what kind of experience these other reviewers had, but from my experience this place now top notch. From start to finish the representative I dealt with, Sam, was kind, helpful, and kept me updated on the progress. The repairs were conducted to my exact specifications, down to original factory parts, and the vehicle came back clean, buffed and polished, and most importantly FIXED. The ONLY negative thing I could say is that it took a while to complete ( 30 days). Otherwise, great experience!

I heard about 835 collision from a friend of mine as I was looking for an auto body shop who could assist me with my damaged vehicle after a hit and run incident. CROOK! Sam took my car and returned it to me more damaged. Did not fix ANYTHING. Threatened me to pay money to get the car back, even though I signed nothing. He is a complete scam artist. Wish I read reviews before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Steer clear of this place! I had an accident on December 14th they came and picked up my car on the 17th it is Jan 23rd and I still do not have my car. Every time I call to check on my car, Sam (who I assume is the owner) tells me it'll be ready Friday. Well 4 Friday's have passed and they're still not done. Just like the previous review my insurance company was there within a matter of days and paid without delay. This is completely unprofessional, they are a bunch of scam artists.

Absolutely DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO BODY SHOP!PLEASE GOOGLE THIS shop before you GO THERE. HE takes more than 30 days to fix your car and give you a run around, no updates, and will tell you he is ordering parts til death. ABSOLUTELY do not sign anything if you do choose to go to this place. Completely unprofessional!

I ran over a raccoon and had an issues with my radiator and a few other small mechanical components. I originally brought the car to the dealer to seek out what i needed to be repaired without going through insurance. Once i found out it would be more that $1000 I figured i would put an insurance claim in so i could get my front bumper fixed and the radiator/condenser. The body shop received the car on December 7th and the adjustor inspected the vehicle on Dec 12th. Its now January 9t and my vehicle isn t completed.The gentleman Sam said the car would be by Friday one week. Then a week later i called and he said it would be ready another week.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! They will give you the run around and not even try to help you in any way possible.

Took my car and held it hostage for a month. Returned back MORE damage. Paid 500 dollars to retrieve. Rude and disrespectful, will never have car towed here again. See you in court.
