I just took delivery of a Ford Lightning from Warren Ford. I cannot say enough about how easy the sales experience is with this dealer. I would recommend them to anyone. In days where many dealers lack integrity, Warren Ford is a shining example of how things are supposed to be done.

The folks at Warren Ford saved the day for us today! We had a loud noise coming from our tire. We called them and they offered to help. They had our tire fixed and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. They are very professional and went out of their way to help us. THANK YOU!

I've had a lot of minor and major work done on my Ford vehicles by Warren Ford. They have always come through for me in a timely manner. Occasionally they've apprised me of recalls on my vehicles that I didn't even know about and they took care of everything for me. Quality of work has always been great.

I'm not a fan of the service department. They keep jacking my friend around on how long it will take to repair her vehicle. First, it was an antifreeze leak, now something to do with the transmission! I'm not at all pleased with this place.

Stranded with no-crank,no-start failure late Saturday after closing 250 miles from home. Had truck towed unannounced to Warren Ford. They called me Monday AM at 8:10AM, telling me the truck is going to be ready around noon that day, already having diagnosed the problem. Beautiful experience.

I was treated very nice by Warren Ford. My salesman Scott took time to explain all about my new Bronco and all the items it had on it and had me test the things I wasn t sure of. I found the Bronco on a Wednesday and took it home on Thursday. Nothing could have been easier, and it had a full tank of gas. If you want a vehicle and do not want stress and pressure go to Warren Ford !!

Pretty much the most underwhelming service location in the Adirondacks. Had an appointment for an oil change. Took an hour and a half. Seriously? I don't think they could have moved any slower. Other Patrons were just as annoyed and no one there seemed to care. 4 people behind the counter chit chatting.... Don't tell me it's hard to find help. You shouldn't book an appointment if you cannot honor it.

Always takes well good care of their customers. I don't usually not go with a recommendations when they recommend work to be done on my car. I have a 2016 Ford focus I got in January of 2017 there I dealt with Mr. White! To be straight up he did not BS me at all didn't beat around the bush got me taking care of that day. Everything figured out within about an hour and a half at max between running numbers and getting all paperwork gathered together for what I needed of any proof. The mechanic shop also takes really good care of me. I'm lucky to say with part of going to Warren Ford and getting my car there it's nice to have the perk of a loaner car as long as you call ahead and make an appointment.Well I don't want them to feel I abused the privilege. I definitely use this perk so I can still go to work and drop my car off in the morning so I don't miss out on a days pay but rather just a couple of hours at max. Or it's just plain nice so you don't have to be sitting in the waiting room or have somebody come pick you up just to not be stuck at the shop while your vehicle's being worked on.Warren Ford has always been straight up and it's always been a good experience going to them for all my car needs!Warren Ford also likes to do what they can to help out charities or organizations as much as possible.

Bought a lot of new things but Rich is the best salesman I've ever met. No pressure. .He does it all. He is the salesman, the finance guy and anyone else you have ever had to talk to at a dealership. He knows his job and does it well. Makes you feel so comfortable- not like your usual dealership. I will recommend Warren Ford to my friends and tell them to ask for Rich. He has the answer to any question you might ask. Looking for a vehicle? Go see Rich, you won't be sorry. I can't say enough good about him and Warren Ford. Jim Saracino

Fast & friendly service! While on vacation car got flat tire. Called Warrensburg Ford, was told they would order tire & install next day. As promised got a call 11am, was told to come 1pm. Only had to wait ~30min & they were definitely busy!

Staff were super nice to me after my car broke down. They did all the work as needed, under quote, ahead of schedule, and were super communicative during the whole process. Worked with my insurance company, and just went above and beyond every step of the way.Even helped make sure I got a car from the nearby Enterprise Car Rental agency so I could get back to work a couple of hours away from their shop! I cannot recommend their service department any more highly. If I lived nearby I would use only them.

I love Warren Ford. Rich, Scott and Rick (the salesmen) are awesome to work with. I wanted a certain color car and they found it for me the next day. I never feel badgered or taken advantage of because I am a woman. This is my 5th vehicle from them. Greg in service is awesome too.

Went in this afternoon with my BMW while I m here on a few day lake getaway. Had a screeching sound coming from my car. They made time to figure out what was wrong, were professional, polite and didn t try to overcharge. In and out in 90 minutes and couldn t be more pleased with an honest car establishment. Would come back anytime.

This dealership has no integrity and cannot be trusted. I went to purchase a truck on the lot, however the salesman Scott immediate told me the advertised price was wrong and was actually $7,000 dollars higher then the price shown and refused to honor the listed price. It was clear to me that this dealership valued lining their own pockets at the expense of the buyer.

We were in a jam with a Ford Explorer and a faulty ignition coil. Stopped by Warren Ford (off the highway about 1.5 mile) and were amazed how quickly they fixed the issue. The cost was very reasonable considering we did not have an appointment. Could not have been happier.

I'm from eastern Long Island and saw a F!50 (Raptor) driving past their lot. I bought it and the whole experience was excellent. Rich my salesman was so forthright and friendly. Warrensburg is so fortunate to have a dealership like this! Rob
