I love love love my Volkswagen Tiguan!!! All of Volkswagen cars are top notch! This is my second vehicle from Hudson Valley Volkswagen.If you are looking for excellent service, top of the line vehicles, go see Eric! He has excellent customer service skills, very knowledgeable about their cars, and gets the job done effortlessly with a smile! I will be a Volkswagen buyer for life!

I had the BEST experience here at Hudson Valley Volkswagen! Everyone was extremely helpful in helping me get my dream car. I worked with Mike, the salesman and Chip, the finance manager who were nothing short of amazing. I got such a great deal that my mom had decided to get herself a new car from Mike too within the same week! We both had such amazing experiences here. I promise you will not be disappointed coming here for your Volkswagen! They re the best in the business

Debbie and Kenny in the service department were super lovely. They were very clear with how the services would go for my vehicle and were transparent and upfront about pricing. The space was perfectly comfortable to sit and wait, they had snacks, coffee, and a great little area to hang out while waiting. I loved their honesty and professionalism; in the end I didn t need a tire rotation, which they easily could have done anyway and charged me, but instead told me it wasn t necessary. I will continue to go to this dealership for all VW needs. Thank you!

Had a great experience buying a vehicle here with Eric! He was very kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Also I explained that I was going to be in a time crunch when I came back to sign all the paperwork and they did an amazing job having everything ready so I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend their dealership if you re in the market for a VW.

Just recently switched from a Jeep to VW and aside from the overall vehicle improvements, the service I experienced at Wappingers VW was better than any dealership or mechanic I ve been to thus far. Kenny went above and beyond to communicate everything efficiently, ensure I was well taken care of, and that I did not leave without knowing what was done on my car and how I can prevent future issues (and if I end up in the same position- they have a warranty to over it. ). EXCELLENT service and again, thank you so much to Kenny for making my experience straightforward and stress free.

Amazing experience! Everyone was extremely nice and allowed me to keep my dog in the waiting area. It was raining. Additionally, my car was fixed fast and it was no charge!

The dealer was knowledgeable about the car and could answer all my questions. The salesperson assisted me through navigating the registration of the vehicle as well as the financing options for the car.The sales manager deserves the most praise for how the dealership is being run. I was an out-of-town buyer and was not local to the dealer. They have a model that is friendly to people like me who were already educated about the product and just wanted to find a good deal. Right away, he understood my position and was able to offer a price that could not be beaten by ANY other dealer in NY and NJ (trust me, I spent hours on this). So I can appreciate a no-nonsense dealer with a friendly staff and an exceptional delivery experience. This is my third car purchase, and by far, it went the smoothest of any delivery I have taken part in.

This is a very clean and well run dealership. The service department s representatives are friendly and try to explain everything in plain English. The waiting area is comfortable and has a great coffee machine. I would have given 5 stars but they are still a little unfamiliar with the ID.4 and could not answer all my questions. But the service was quick, the service rep wisely spotted that my inspection was expiring (saving me the trouble of dealing with that elsewhere) and I got a coupon for a free car wash.Follow up: returned 2/9 due to recall. They had a loner ready for me. Car was repaired a few days later. Drive away and managed to pick up a nail in a tire on my way home. Had to have it towed back. They had a loaner ready, ordered a new tire for me and said I ll have the car back in a day. Very friendly service department.

Fran and the whole team were a huge help. I was in a sticky situation with my current lease and they helped me out of it and into a brand new lease and a great price. Everyone was super courteous and responsive. Great experience all around and I love my new Tiguan!

Erik Hughes was our salesman and he was beyond professional and helpful. Not pushy at all, patient and laid back. I went with my brother and his wife to pick up a preowned jeep compass that someone had traded in. Kevin in finance was great and they had a very good experience when making the deal with Mike a few days earlier as well. I would definitely purchase a car from this dealer. One of the smoothest experiences I ve seen.

Everything from selecting a vehicle down to the financing was a breeze at HV VW. Mike P. (sales) and Kevin S. (finance) made the process enjoyable and easy! They were patience, kind and really listened and made recommendations based on my insight. I really felt like they had my best interest at heart and not like a basic sales transaction.

Eric Anderson and the team at HV VW were wonderful! I recently purchased a 2024 GTI and they were quick with helping me out and getting financing and paperwork done while i was out on a business trip. they were very responsive while i was dealing with difference in time zones, and the car was ready for me when i returned home to pick it up! I would recommend the sales team here anytime!

Service representatives are beyond rude. Got pointed at with a finger when addressed. Had an oil change appointment that ended with a water pump needing to be replaced. Was told since the process takes 4 hours, I would need to have it completed the following day. So I made an appointment from 8am - 12pm. Was specifically told not to worry because they have plenty of those items in stock. The next morning I arrive at 8 am to have water pump fixed. About an hour later I get pointed at by extremely rude representative stating that the part isn t in stock and they had to have it delivered from VW nearby. They provided me with a loaner until the car was finished. I had work at 4:30pm and mentioned I would appreciate if maybe I can pickup prior. She said she would let me know. After hours I decided to call and get an update, around 2-3pm. They mentioned to come at 4:45pm. So I missed work since 4:30pm was when my shift started. Went to VW at 4:45pm and was told they needed until 5pm. Finally went back at 5pm to see if vehicle was ready. It wasn t so I voiced my frustration in a professional manner stating something must be done to compensate for inconvenience from the entire day. I mentioned to representatives that it is very important to make sure the information they are stating to customers is accurate so people schedules won t get ruined based on the inability to simply check the prior evening if the part was actually in stock. What happened was a RO wasn t completed for the part that was supposed to be ready to be installed during my appointment time. So representative initially told me not to worry about part for following day because they have plenty in stock. Turns out we find out the lady never had her facts straight and the part wasn t in stock. My frustration comes from being told information that was invalid by an employee that couldn t double check to see if part was actually in stock prior to appointment at 8am. So not only did I have to be ready early in the morning for an appointment that ended up taking from 8am until 5:30pmAfter explaining my disappointment and frustration regarding situation. The female representative started to yell at me and create an extremely embarrassing and stressful situation for me. Mentioning statements like I m done with you using profanity and disrespect towards a customer that was just inconvenienced for entire day. Cannot believe how absolutely unprofessional the female representative at VW service department was towards a customer. She is unable to handle her position and definitely unqualified to speak with customers. The many 1 star reviews from this establishment are almost all based on the service department. I can fully understand why that s the case after my experience with Hudson Valley VW service department. Was addressed in such a rude way that the only discount for my inconvenience would be $50. My total bill was way over $1000 with tax s and fees. Finally the floor man for mechanics made the executive decision to provide me with a $150 discount based on him acknowledging the inconvenience was their fault.Here s how that situation could have been avoided. Making sure parts are in stock by double checking with not only computer inventory, but physically in person with floor man of service department. I m not a specialist by any means in this industry but even I would have handled that situation better by guaranteeing part was in stock.I m disgusted with Hudson Valley VW they need a paramount employee training in customer service and inventory management. I would hope corporate VW will handle this tremendous inconvenience better when addressed to them. We shall see.

Just purchased a car from Levent Ece, he was an amazing customer service rep and did NOT sell us the options but sold us on the quality of the car and it was exactly what I wanted to hear! I highly recommend Levenet when purchasing your next vehicle, we could not be any happier! Great experienceI also wanted to thank Kevin Smith, he explained all the details of the service plans, transfer of plates and financing. He was amazing and made the process easy and quick! If you are purchasing a car for Hudson Valley VW, you will be taken car of professional and no stones are left unturned! Highly recommend this dealership and both Lev and Kevin

Service Dept. - brought it in for an inspection but they were able to do same day service for replacing brake pads after noting they were very worn. Was very happy with their service and will be bringing my VW for service from now on.
