It takes a long time to get things done on the vehicle. But maybe like everywhere else, not enough staff. Prices are a bit expensive. But one thing that could definitely be changed is INSTALL CHARGING PORTS FOR OUR PHONES! Or install plugs that have USB ports in them. It s a simple upgrade. Get them from Amazon. No electrician or new wiring involved. Our phones die because we re waiting so long.

First time customer and booked apt. for 4 new tires and an oil change. I asked for coolant to be checked and manager assured me it was part of the oil change. Then needed alignment at no discount despite tire purchase, reminded them about coolant light. Picked it up, tire pressure light came on and so did the coolant light! Next day my car overheated, thankfully VW took me in and fixed immediately. I called and spoke to assistant manager who apologized for my "bad day". So disappointing.

Terrible experience. This establishment is scamming and defrauding its customers. You sold me a lifetime alignment and realized that you never aligned my car whenever i bring it to your shop since you don't have the needed tools and bolts to service a BMW car. Upon checking out, i requested for a copy of the alignment report since i was watching the technician and know that he did not align my car. They said they weren't able to print the report and had to lift the car again.I also had my rims balanced and nothing was done to the car other than to remove the tires and put it back. I inspected the rims and there were no new balancers and still had the old ones. You wasted 3 hours of my time during my last visit and all the years I went to your shop by pretending to work on my car. Im sure there are many customers who have no clue of what you are doing and keep paying you for service you never did. I will file a formal complaint and report you to the BBB and other rating agencies.

As always great experience. Just one little thing, which I will not take a star away for. Since some of us sometimes need our laptops to work while waiting a little area with a table, chair and outlet would be lovely please

Workers are nice however they had me wait 1 hour and 45 mins for an inspection and to change a break light. They said the printer wasn't working after the fact but someone should have told me to set the expectation. i even asked how long was the wait going to be and if i should have someone pick me up since my appt was at 9 before hand. But i was told under an hour and I should be fine. I am now late for work

I made an appointment for an inspection over a week ago. I arrive today on time for my appointment and waited a full hour before someone told me that I would have to wait over another hour to get my car Inspected because people were tied up with other things. If you re not able to meet your scheduled appointments than you should offer an alternative instead of assuming that everyone has time to wait. It s poor Customer service.

I sent a couple of my company vehicles to this facility and they have been absolutely wonderful I told him to take their time because I showed up without an appointment and they took care of it so fast I almost didn't make it home and I was getting a phone call keep up the great work guys

I have been to many Firestone locations over the years and this crew is really top notch. Thank you to Jason and Brandy for going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. There was an issue caused by faulty work at a previous shop, but Jason took the time (and made many phone calls on my behalf) to get to the bottom of the problem and corrected it to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Made an appointment a week in advance as this is 45 mins from my house and the nearest firestone location. Arrived on time, left after an hr and a half of waiting with my car sitting in the same spot I left it. By far the worst location I've been to in the 8 yrs I've been using them. Go to Newburgh.

Not just this location but all locations. Take your car to a real mechanic and you will save lots of money on time, labor and parts. Also, get multiple quotes of the work that needs to get done as they will lie to you about necessary maintenance in order to increase their bottom line.

Edited 10/2023: I visited this shop recently for work beyond tire service. Got a full brake job, a replacement caliper and replacement brake lines. Normally for stuff like this I'd choose to have it done by a local mechanic who I know and trust, but I needed my vehicle repaired and turned around in a weekend, so decided to call Firestone since I have had good experience on simpler stuff in the past. Overall I'm really happy with the job that they did. They got it done over the weekend as promised, they called me before they began the work with their recommended options and clear pricing for each option. They even encountered an additional small issue and fixed it for me w/o charging me extra. I can't ask for more and I think their pricing is pretty reasonable relative to today's costs for things. I'll continue to come back here.Visited this shop for the first time recently to get tires mounted and balanced. They got me in quickly, got the car into the shop immediately and had the work done pretty quickly. James and Tony were friendly and helpful. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Tony even noticed an error in my alignment report after reviewing it with me. The wrong vehicle spec had been loaded. He had the error corrected, and it turned out my alignment was 100% in line, and no further work was necessary. I'll definitely be back to this shop.

Fantastic job! Brought my spare tire in to get replaced. Took them 10 mins to complete the job. I was extremely happy with their service. I was also able to apply a coupon that brought the price down.

Even when they're busy, they are attentive with your car and service needs. They even do appointments for inspections, in case you don't want to hang out. Or just walk through the shopping center, there's several choices for food and some window shopping to kill the time.Still the best deal on a real lifetime alignment, they don't make you come back for all your front end work or void the lifetime alignment. 200$ well invested, between potential off-road/over curb incidents, to saving wear on your tires daily.

Had a problem with my tire leaking air pressure and called for an appointment. Brandy and Bradley were very kind to help in the process and made the experience feel very personalized to how a customer should feel when leaving the shop. Took car for an oil change, I watch the whole process asked questions. The price o er the phone was the real price I will be using them for all my car service moving forward. They were honest and didn't try to rob me !!!

4 New tires on Santa Fe & Alignment serviceSunday morning 9am appointment. Don t know the gentlemen s name(no name tag) had Dreadlock's bulk built. Bad Day/Not a morning person ? zero front desk manners no eye contact no Hello etc. NOTHING and we will never go back.

Went there with a flat tire and got an estimate for 1,500 dollars worth of work I asked them if they could just fix the flat for now. They changed the valve stem and said it was fixed when I went to pick it up it was flat lol. Tech said it properly needs a new rim so I went to Mavis the next day and they found a massive leak in the side wall. They showed it to me you could hear the tire hissing lol. Bottom line why trust them with 1500.00 dollars worth of work if they can't even fix a tire something I thought they specialized in..

I took some new wheels to have winter tires mounted to them, and the service was good: one of the managers, James, took my details and kept me updated. Waiting area was clean, had coffee, free WiFi and TV. Some of the reviews have complained about how long their job took: my wheel fitting had me waiting just over an hour. OK, this might be a 20 minute job, but I don t expect just to turn up, have the guys drop everything and work on my wheels! I mean the guys are working through their workload !! So, I was pleased - service was personal and professional. Priced fairly and competitively, and much better overall service than Mavis (my former go to place) - and no hard sell. Just did what I asked, and job done. Recommended.

Courteous, professional staff. My tire was unrepairable so they put the spare on at no charge and directed me back to the place I had purchased my tires because they are still fairly new. I would have given five stars except I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. The chairs in the waiting room are comfortable :)

Just drove my car out of Firestone and felt like I was riding on a cloud! The staff here is top notch, friendly and professional. It was my first appointment for routine maintenance, but won't be my last. They also have the waiting area set up to keep you safe while waiting for your ride to be ready. Highly recommend. In the area from out of town and one of our work vehicles got a flat. I called early in the morning about 7:15 am (all other tire places in the area open at 8) Talked to Anthony on the phone, he was very knowledgeable and we confirmed he had a suitable replacement tire. I got there about 20 minutes later and rolled my flat tire right in the door. They started working on it immediately and basically by the time Anthony was done with the 2 customers in front of me, the tire was finished, I paid, and we were out the door! Really couldn't ask for better service! They were great! If you read this, thanks again Anthony! If you're looking for knowledgeable quick service at a good price, this Firestone is the place!!

Had a flat tire. Called and Anthony answered the phone. Said he could look at it right away. Upon arrival he took the tire and found the hole. He was unable to repair to their standards. But told me the tire could be plugged. I am in the automotive business. His honesty and professionalism was second to none. Will be moving some services I have done elsewhere to them.
