I called in the end of June asking if I could bring in one of my primary work trucks for repair. They said if I brought it in they d get to it in the first week of July. I brought it in then.I called every week asking if they had got to it, and they proceeded to keep telling me it was next on their list. This proceeded for months. Then, after 3 months, the mechanic who was supposedly working on my truck quit. They then proceeded to take another 3 months to fix my truck.When I finally picked up my truck 6 months later, the truck didn t make it a mile from the shop before breaking down. They hadn t reset the ECM. I returned the truck to the shop and they called me to pick it up 2 days later. When I picked it up the second time, the truck was making a screaming noise because they didn t reconnect the turbo. When I picked it up the third time, the brake lines blew within a day. It looked like they had been scratched up, likely from the sloppy work Victor Chevy did doing the rest of the work, costing me another $1,000.Victor Chevy charged me $14,500 and stranded me without a primary work truck for 6 months and lied to me every time I called them. I am blown away at how disgustingly and carelessly their shop is run and I am still considering opening a lawsuit against them.Don t walk, RUN from Victor Chevy.

Excellent service! I came in for an oil change without an appointment and Steve Flowers was able to squeeze me in. The lounge is very comfortable and I almost didn t want to go back to work. Very friendly atmosphere. They not only finished early but washed my car as well!!! 5 stars

This is the best dealer based service dept I have ever used. I have a '17 Colorado with the somewhat common transmission shudder issue. This crew has been great to work with while getting this fixed - even though it is in no way any dealer's fault. Every person in the service dept has been personable, professional, and efficient. The transmission tech (Brandon maybe?) was great: easy to talk to, open minded and experienced. All good!

I brought my vehicle into Victor Chevy for an oil change and recall repair. I was greeted with a smile by several employees. Particularly, Steven Flowers was very helpful and offered additional services fro my vehicle. Steven even provided a basic interior clean, at no charge. Awesome experience every time I come here!!

I bought my 2015 ford Explorer from Victor Chevrolet. I fell in love with it as soon as I drove it. I Found it online and it was priced great. I went there after work and drove it home that night. My salesman Kevin Nicholson was very friendly and helpful.After about a week of owning it, I noticed that the heat only blew out of the defrost vents. Being that it was a used car, I was worried. I called them up, they told me to drop it off. Ralph the service manager called me at the end of the day and told me that my car was done. No charge, and they even washed it! I will be recommending Victor Chevrolet to family and friends.

Once again, Victor Chevy proves that I should never return, after I even gave them warning this time ahead of little things that could make a difference. You forgot to tell me when the part came in, I waited two months. You didn't offer to do a check up but that is probably because the only thing to check is the wiper fluid, and you didn't even fill that when I brought it in for a routine checkup. And when I came to pick it up, you could have put it on the charger for an hour....the charger sits there empty....simple cheap things that could go a long way to return sales, and when I give this kind of feedback to help you learn about electric car owners...it falls on deaf ears. one word-FAIL...again...and then their response that they want feedback-half hearted at best. I keep trying to give them feedback and they post here that they want it, but they don't call back or respond to my emails when I try to reach out to give them feedback....so two faced.

I had a service manager tell me that they can get to look at my car on Thursday when in reality he didn t look at the car till Friday night and then wanted to charge me over $1000 in labor when in fact the labor would not take as long as he said And then when I said I m going to take it to get a second opinion they wanted to charge me $67 just to look at it and they didn t even do anything worst mechanic shop ever I would never recommend it to anybody

I purchased a tonneau cover from them and I found a coupon for 15 percent five days lster... I asked them for a refund and they refused...I also had trouble with them when I bought the truck...very unethical be wary and stay away...you have been warned
