wouldn t trust anyone else to do maintenance on my car!! love the whole crew, and their attitudes were beyond positive and welcoming. if you ever need an oil change this is the place to go, they re the definition of price=quality!

As I pulled up, I noticed three employees come into the garage area as if they had been waiting for me. They quickly opened the garage door, and Hunter guided me in and started the intake process while the other two got to work. I quite enjoyed listening to their communication as they ran through the process of my oil change. They were very in tune with each other, and I've described it to several people as a well-choreographed dance. Well done!

This location just opened up and I would say they are on the right track. They have a great afternoon team. They were very nice and helpful as well as wanted to make sure I walked away a happy customer. One location made a small mistake and the men at this location made sure to fix it as a team and even had the manager come out to help me. Even going as far as the great employee Matt , leading me in the right direction for a mechanic! Everyone has Great customer service!

Professional, friendly, thorough, clear and detailed communication. Gave recommendations (while showing the filter needing replaced) but not pushy. Manager Colby and his staff did a great job!! They also offer free oil level, fluid levels and tire pressure checks. Would definitely recommend...

Amazing group of dudes - Matt, Hunter, and several other techs - including the manager! What a great team of knowledgeable and kind people who went above and beyond to give my car a quick and professional oil change! I have been going to Valvolines from Colorado to Florida to New York for the last 10 years, and out of those 50+ experiences, this was easily the most pleasant and enjoyable of them all. Never stop doing what you're doing, the incredibly positive attitude that you each possess will get you VERY far in life. The fun and success is only getting started! Colby runs a great team. Nobody made me feel weird bringing my car alone as a woman, and none of them tried to up-charge me either. They explained everything very well and made the experience so pleasant for me.

Colby (manager) was amazing!!! He was so thoughtful and knowledgeable!! I was impressed and it was refreshing to have someone be so honest and upfront with car service My family will definitely be return customers!! You make a great team guys!

I went to Valvoline Instant Oil in Victor and they seemed so sweet. They informed me everything wrong with my car and told me they could fix it. I politely declined and they went on for about 10 minutes to tell me what was wrong with my car. I immediately went to my mechanic that my families known for years, and he said the only thing wrong with my car was the breaks. I was stressed the whole week before my mechanic looked at my car. Keep in mind, i m young and a female so they thought that they could take advantage of me. I will NEVER go here again. They also charged me about 80 bucks for an oil change when I can go to Mr. Tire for 40. Maybe Valvoline is good foroil changes but if they say anything is wrong with your car, get a second opinion.

I typically wouldn t go out my way to write a review about getting an oil change but I was completely blown away by the level of service, cleanliness of the facility, and helpfulness of the staff - specifically Colby. Can t recommend this place enough. We were in and out in 15 mins and had a great conversation while we were waiting.

I went to the Victor location due to having a coupon for there and will always go back. It's worth the drive. I traditionally go to the greece location and was never told to check these 2 important things and apparently they were in bad shape. They even show you how bad the item is. Glad I went there and will always go back to that location. Well worth the drive.

Just went to this location on Saturday, and got phenomenal service! Hunter did a great job explaining the services due on my vehicle, and they even filled my tires too! I will be going back next time I need an oil change.

Stopped in just to have someone check my fluids before a long trip. Charles has me pull right in and checked and I was on my way without a worry. Very friendly and efficient. Bonus no charge! I'll be back when I actually need an oil change. Thanks!

I went to this location this morning and I must say all the guys there were very helpful and sweet. I don't understand much about cars but the manager was able to explain so I could understand better. I highly recommend this location.
