I came here last week to try to put new tires on my car ( I came by myself) - I showed the young man a picture of the brand of tire I wanted and my price range - they didn't have the tire in stock so he recommended me a different brand, price, etc. So I accepted - He asked me what type of car I had, I told him, and I payed for the tires. They took my car back right away and an hour and a half later I got a phone call "We have a problem with your tires, can you come back". Long story short they had all 4 of my tires off before they even realized that they sold me the WRONG SIZE TIRES - then blamed it on me saying that I came in with a picture (Which they didn't even sell me the tires I showed them originally). I went to member services to get my refund while they put my tires back on and the girl who helped me was a JOKE (screwing around with her coworker) and did not even listen to what I had to say - she just kept reiterating to me "Well YOU showed them a picture of what you wanted" .... Again, they never sold me the tires I originally showed them so how exactly is it my fault???? Very disappointed .. I ended up at Big E Tire and ended up having the best experience so if you need tires - skip Sams club and drive a little farther down the parkway.

Had 4 new tires placed on Tuesday. On my way to work today (Friday) I almost died when my tire almost fell off. Thankfully I was able to find someone help me get it on correctly and tighten up lug nuts. How can a tire place not know to tighten the lug nuts!!!

Kevin was great. Very helpful and friendly. My appointment was cancelled due to unexpected staff shortages, which is understandable. I was told to come in the next day by a different employee, and when I did, I was initially told by a 3rd employee that the next available appointment was 3-4 days out. After scheduling, Kevin met me out at the truck and offered to squeeze me in. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Please don t buy your tires here I brought my truck k to get tires. Then I realized it was missing the tire pressure top and that they didn t do balance on them. So I brought it in again to get it balanced and they still didn t to it. So I brought it a 3rd time and they told me to wait 45-1 hour and I waited over 2 hours. Bad service please don t come here
