When shopping for a new vehicle we had the pleasure of meeting Kyle from Miller Hyundai in Vestal NY. He was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to our needs. We were able to negotiate a great deal on the exact vehicle we wanted and beat the competitions prices! Rachel was awesome, she's adept with financing options and was able to provide advice to us after listening to our thoughts regarding financing. She is certainly an asset to this establishment and helped close the deal on the purchase of our new vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our new Santa Fe Calligraphy from Miller Hyundai... The absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. My Sonata needed a new engine, which they replaced free of charge. They also provided me with a rental free of charge.Customer service was very friendly, helpful, & communicative. My new engine makes my car feel like new. Great job everyone! Thank you so much!

I was just browsing, out of curiosity of the Hyundai brand, until Joe came out and said hello. Joe made sure I found what I was looking for, got me a better price than the sticker and stayed true to everything that was said to come with the vehicle.Shopping at miller was a breeze and I couldn t be happier! There was no pressure what do ever, especially compared to other dealers where it feels like you can t even leave the lot.I truly love my beautiful Tucson, and when the time comes to upgrade I m a few years. I m going back to joe!

I bought my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe about 3 months ago. I brought it in because of the rattling of the license plate on the back of my vehicle. I found out that when someone put the license plate on incorrectly it caused the rattling and when I tried to take the bolt out it kept spinning inside the casing. I told Miller about it and the service department wanted to charge me $180 to get if fixed. I have bumper to bumper warranty and this was not my fault and Miller Hyundai should have fixed it for no charge. Instead of electrical tape around the bolt to hold it in place that cost me $3. This is the most ridiculous thing I have had to deal with to be ridiculously charged for to have it fixed. Then one service guy put new tape over the bolt and that didn't help the rattling so i had to take the tape off myself and put new tape on to hold my license plate down when i got home. I have had other vehicles where I have never ever had an issue with the license plates. This is my first time buying a vehicle at Miller and probably will be my last too. I will not be bringing my vehicle here for any service unless it is covered under a warranty. The service department is awful. Go to Mavis on Front Street. You get treated better and the service techs know what they are talking about.

I took my car in March for an update while there I asked the guy about my peeling paint .. he looked up my vehicle and told me it was out of warranty however u could always qualify for a good will paint job .. so I drove to paint dept .. talked to another person.. he took some pictures and told me he would get back to me .. 2 weeks later he called and I qualified for a free paint job .. this was in March / April of 2023. He said my appointment was for November 27 he said my car would be gone close to month maybe month and half .. either way I said if yall want to keep my car till spring go ahead .. in other words .. DONT RUSH .. we have brutal winters here so today 4/9/24 I am picking my car up .. they didn't charge me for paint job nor did they charge me for loaner car .. MILLER HYUNDAI IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK FROM MY PERSPECTIVE.. EVERY EMPLOYEE IS PROFESSIONAL / CARING FOR THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS .. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND MILLER FOR ALL AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS

Excellent service and got in quickly despite my being on a trip from out of town. Have a sick mom. Coil ignition pack busted in cylinder 2 so decided to have all 4 done as i expected the rest would go. Price was fair and i got a discount for having all 4 done and also the diagnostic fee was folded into the overall bill...not billed as extra fee...wish my home town dealer did that in Richmond Va area. They discovered a warrantee issue with my Cat converter and took care of that as well at no charge, neither did they try to charge a lot of extra weird shop fees despite the free warranty work. Binghamton and Johnson City has this arch on main Street that reads "Home of the Square Deal" erected by EJ workers decades ago. I feel this dealership still exemplifies this attitude in its service to its customers...even impromptu ones from out of town!Michael Mathis...of Midlothian, Va!!!

I have a 2022 Kona EV. My low tire pressure light came on, showing I had 28lbs in the tire. I reinflated the tire to 33 lbs, but the light stayed on. I took it to Miller`s service dept, to have them turn the light off, as the manual suggested. The service writer made an appointment for me to drop the car off for a day, so they could figure out what was wrong, because these things are complicated, explaining that they will have to dismount the tire to check the sensor, and then go through the electronics to troubleshoot a communication error, and it will cost me $163 for a diagnostic session. When I went home my daughter went on a Hyundai forum, and posted the problem. A Hyundai mechanic on the forum told her to just inflate the tire to 37 lbs to reset the switch on the sensor, drive it ten minutes and after the light goes out reset the inflation to 32lbs. It worked right away. I stopped back and told the service writer what I did and canceled the appointment. When I bought the car there I was told that I have a bumper to bumper warranty, and paid extra for all the electronics and computers to be covered, but yet they were going to stick me with a $163 dollar diagnostic fee. I thought my buying experience at Miller was a good smooth transaction, but I feel the Service department can`t be depended on to do the right thing, even if the car is under warranty. Unless there is some sort of factory recall I won`t go back there because I no longer trust them.

We had the best car buying experience with Miller! Amanda was so easy to work with, felt no pressure and she really listened to us. We purposely contacted Amanda again when we were ready for a new lease for my son because our first car buying experience went so well. We truly appreciated the time she took to explain the car's features... very knowledgeable! Miller has a gem in Amanda as a salesperson. Thank you!

Recently bought a car from Miller Hyundai with the help of Anthony Tanzini!! I was extremely grateful to have had Anthony as my salesperson, as he really put everything into plain sight with NO hassles or holdups! He went above and beyond by contacting me in his personal time outside of work to update me on the status of my car delivery! I live two hours away from Miller Hyundai, and he made everything straight forward and the process a breeze once I got there! Would 10/10 recommend his service at this dealership!!

My son was on his way to college when his Hyundai Ioniq suddenly lost power, leaving him stranded. Anthony T. In sales was just amazing. My son was dead set on walking in, picking out a car and driving it home the same day. After working with finance and delivering another deal In between, we were in and out in less than 6 hours! He was super friendly and kind during the whole process. I just leased my first ever brand new car with the help of Anthony Tanzini at Miller Hyundai. I had to wait quite a while to get the exact trim level I wanted, but as soon as it arrived on the lot, Anthony was in constant communication with me and I was able to pick it up the day after everything arrived. Anthony was great to work with, didn t pressure me at all, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. On the finance side, Rachel was so positive, kind, and knowledgeable. I am glad to have worked with them both, and I am so happy with my new car!

My husband and I both have had exceptional experiences working with Anthony Tanzini at Hyundai. He is very prompt with responses when communicating, easy to talk to and will make sure you get the BEST deal! We couldn t be happier! Although Hyundai had limited inventory in the car I wanted, he made a suggestion for the Honda Pilot. He had no problem working with Honda to ensure I had a great experience. If you are buying a new vehicle, just go see Anthony at Miller Hyundai (especially for international students). I was in rush for a new car and he helped me with all the required documents. He drove me to all places I needed for documents which I doubt if any other dealers are willing to help their clients with this much commitment. I definitely recommend Anthony and there is a reason why he is the best at what he does without doubt.

I too would give service center a minus 1 if possible. There service dept VERY unprofessional!!! 2nd time zip tying a shield. Have a hard time believing Plastic broke on its own!! No it breaks when changing filters guys are not careful and break it. Best of all they DONT inform customers!! So when that zip tie breaks and you re dragging the shield not knowing what the hell. I mean really people!!! Be fricking honest. Love my Hyd just hate that service. Need to find another dealership to buy next car

My fiance and I were going through buying a vehicle from a dealership for the first time and I can't say enough good about Miller Auto Team. Anthony Tanzini is a fantastic salesman! He did such an amazing job taking us through the process start to finish. He answered all of our questions, was very prompt, attentive and thorough, and worked closely with the Finance Manager, to get us the best deal! I had the pleasure to work with Anthony Tanzini. I was very unsure of a car I wanted but knew what I wanted in a car. He was happy to help and put me in a car that suited me best. When researching cars recently, I found that Miller seems to turn over inventory pretty regularly. When we found something we liked, Matt was great. He was honest and straight forward. He and Rachel made a great team. There was zero pressure through any of our encounters. When it comes time to buy again, I'll definitely consider the Miller Auto team again.

Amazing experience with dealership and salesperson Jim wood. With currrent market like today's, the dealership went above and beyond not to push extra features and I got the car on Msrp (which is unheard of in today's market.I would highly recommend them for your car needs.
