Mancuso Auto Body shop is the absolute BEST and I am more that pleased with the work done on my car! I received email updates regarding the progress of the repairs on my car. Velma and Caroline are just amazing! They answered all of my questions and are both very professional and courteous. I will only bring my car to Mancuso Auto Body for the best quality care for my car.

Overall the work done on the car was good. But one of the headlights that was suppose to be replaced was faulty so i had to come back to get that replaced. When leaving with my car that time my dashboard was turned off and i was unable to turn it on by pressing the usual button. I would expect the car to be checked prior to receiving it back. They noticed that the sticker was left on my new grill said it would be removed when i brought it back. Brought my car back as they paid for my Uber to work which i appreciated but i had to find a way back to pick up my car no fault of my own and i work in the city. When i came to pick up my car the sticker was not removed and residue from another sticker was left on the grill. They proceed to remove the sticker by scratching it off with tool which could possibly leave marks on the newly put on grill which i did not like. A few days later i also notice papers that were not mine left behind in my glove compartment and compartment in the front seat left behind from the work done. Which is unprofessional these should not have been left in my car. Like i said overall the work was good. Not sure if i would come back.

Mancuso Auto Body is by far the BEST auto body shop in the area. Caroline, Velma, Ralph - the whole staff is absolutely the kindest, most helpful & reliable team. They are extremely quick as well with their service - had my vehicle ready in under a week!

I am beyond pleased with the quality of the repair and the service that I received. From start to finish, everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely seek their services again in the future if needed. Special shout out to the ladies who made me feel taken care of every step of this process (from arranging a pickup to the car rental to dealing with insurance). Thank you, Mancuso!

Nick and the crew have the absolute best customer service that I have seen in over a decade. Prompt service, accurate estimates, and great communication. After the repairs, my truck looks like it did the day I drove it off the dealer lot. Unfortunately my husband has been involved in two accidents, both not his fault over the past year or so.As luck would have it we found Mancuso s. With both accidents Karoline has gone above and beyond to help the process go smooth. Nick s work on his truck has been excellent as his truck is looking brand new. We are very satisfied, obviously we have been back after the first accident. Would highly recommend, it was a no added stress experience.Service: Body & Trim

Mancuso auto is the ONLY place I will ever bring any of my cars for repairs. Nick and his wife have always been a pleasure to deal with and the crew they have their is top notch.My mustang has been in two different accidents and each time they have been able to perfectly paint match the color, and more importantly make, sure my 11 year old paint looks just as good as the new paint. After seeing the work they had done I also had them ceramic the whole car as well and couldn t be happier. The car looks better then most cars coming off the showroom floor and It s been a full year since they had done the work on my car.The same is true about my brothers and fathers car and every person that I recommended to come here.Can t thank them enough!A trustworthy quality shop!

I took my Toyota Corrolla to Mancuso and they did a great job fixing the damage I had sustained to my car. I also got my car back within 3 days, which saved me money on the daily rental. The staff were very professional and kind. I would reccomend this place.

My experience with getting an estimate was horrible. My vehicle was there for (9) days, and the estimate was not prepared still. It would have been a better experience if, from day 1, they said it's outta their realm as far as dealing with the type of car and repairs needed. Just as mention previously in a post 6 months ago by another person in the reviews. They strongly suggest to "total" out your car, if they don't know how to work on it. Don't go here if you want your car back. Smh. Poor business habits. Just be honest upfront and say you're not comfortable in doing the repairs instead of wasting people time. Time is something we all can't get back!!!

Mancuso was an absolute pleasure. Their customer service was fantastic. They kept me up to date on the progress of my car, they were courteous at all times, they thought ahead to my needs before I realized I needed them, and they did great work on my car in a timely manner. Very professional shop and office!From the wall displays, it appears that the concern is active in the local business district.They are artists in graphic displays applied to automobiles and motorcycles.The office and customer waiting amenities include hot & cold water dispenser to make your own tea, coffee ... possibly instant soup?For entertainment, while waiting, one can enjoy commercial-free country music!Yahoo!All of these customer amenities plus from appearances, first-class collision and vehicular customization.As a final note: Mancuso's body works is an active member of the US Marine Reserves "Toys for Tots" holiday activities!527 South Fulton AvenueMount Vernon, NY 10550If possible ... Even though my car ended up being totaled, their customer service is amazing. They look out for their customers and are willing to meet you halfway. The person that answered my calls was very sweet. Even when she was busy or needed to find an appointment for me, she always worked it out. Thank you!

I highly recommend! Super easy to deal with - they went made everything easy to take care of. My process was completely contactless - as my car was in travel out of state. My car looks brand new and amazing!!! The process was easy and seamless - the work was completed in a timely matter! They kept me posted every step. Carolyn is wonderful!!! The work top notch!!! Place is horrible they work with insurance to try and total out your car by adding unnecessary things to estimate while you have no say so. Estimate was completely wrong almost cost me to loose my car. His father would be disgusted to know your scamming business. Came here a few weeks ago to get my car repaired and it was a good experience. Most auto body shops are only in it for the money but here they seem to be driven by passion. The only complaint I had is the appointment time I was give was 10 arrived 9:30 didnt leave until 12:15 although it was a 30 minute quick fix. I'm not complaining and still give 5 star because everyone was very friendly. The waiting area is clean and they offer snacks and beverages as you wait. The even have a cute motor on the wall as decor. Highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic. Fixed my car on a fairly major repair in just a few days. They rushed it for me out of kindness because I had a road trip coming up. Did great work. They're gracious and professional. They answer the phone right away every time, and give regular progress updates. They made sure to use all genuine factory parts instead of aftermarket generics. Definitely the place to go in the area.

Great job on my car! Two of the people working there was pleasant. The Owner tho seemed to have an attitude, both times I was there. I can only wonder if it was because I entered wearing a mask???

Since the mid 1970 s I ve known Mancuso as a place where great quality of work and great customer service exist along with a wonderful morality of customer service. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

My stolen car was recovered and had to be returned to the leasing company and they got the job done. They were very nice about everything and very professional. The owner himself is very down to earth and Caroline very helpful

Think twice before going somewhere else believe me. The work is top notch. Once I went the first time and saw my car looking brand new I had to go back and won't go anywhere else. Phonemonal work and great customer service as well.
