Joe and the entire J&B Body team consistently go the extra mile for their customers and are extremely professional. They have such incredible attention to detail and a high standard of work that was immediately evident upon being greeted by the team. My car went into their shop in shambles and came out looking brand new. The entire process was seamless and they kept me in the loop regarding statuses and were great about giving recommendations that I actually trusted. I would highly recommend J&B and will not be taking my car anywhere else.

Joe and the guys at J and B did an amazing job on my vehicle. I had my rims reconditioned and painted. They did an amazing job. There is no comparison to other facilities in the metropolitan area. The rims came back as if they were brand new. The car was detailed to showroom condition. I can t thank them enough. The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Thanks again

When I was given a recommendation to J&B Body Works I was told that this is the place to get things done right and I wasn t disappointed by my experience. The customer service I received from Joe Jr and the J&B staff was both welcoming and attentive. I came in for a relatively minor issue, the trunk and door panel on my M2 was not properly aligned due to work done by the previous owner. J&B assessed the problem and got the panels back to an OEM finish. I have to give them compliments on such an amazing facility and also the impressive body work I observed them doing on other cars many of which are high end. I left feeling that no job was too small, customer satisfaction is the driving factor and I have no doubt that J&B will be my go to for all my future body work needs.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with J & B Body Works. They took my Tesla in for repairs after an unfortunate incident, and the results were nothing short of spectacular. J&b took care of my Lucid Air to replace a damaged windshield. They assisted with working to realize the claim with the Insurance Company and their body work was fantastic. Lovely people, great customer service and beautiful work! I cannot recommend them enough.

Beyond impressed with the work J&B does. If you re involved in an accident do not go anywhere else. The office staff will take care of you from start to finish. They handle the insurance process for you and keep you updated early and often. Accidents can be stressful but at J&B it s a breeze. They will have your car looking better than show room quality, in a timely manner as well. Seriously, you will get your car back fully detailed looking better than new. Hopefully I don t need a body shop again, but if I do, I can t see myself going anywhere else. I have already recommended J&B to friends and family.

Referred by a friend and received royal treatment. Shop does high end body work but treated my Toyota like it was a Maybach. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Can I give them more than 5 stars?

This body shop was recommended by a friend. My 2023 BMW X 5 was rear ended. Wendy, Joe and the rest of the staff eased me through the insurance process and kept me updated on my vehicle repair. They are very nice and very helpful people. And the repairs to my vehicle were absolutely amazing. It looked like a brand new car. They detailed it and just did a great job. I will go to them in a minute if I ever need body work. Highly recommend them. Excellent!! Thanks guys

I was side swiped about a month or so ago and I was worried that after getting it back it just wouldn t feel the same or look the same but those guys at J&B body works proved me all the way wrong. Getting back my car felt like the day I drove it off the lot brand new with 0 miles. I was surprised at how skilled they really are and for me that s hard to prove because I am all about the little details. Great work J & B you guys really take pride in your work and thanks for the exceptional customer service you all showed me. When a collision on the highway with a raccoon tore up my 2002 Porsche Carrera, there was only one body shop that my car was going to! I had it towed 145 miles from Rhode Island to J & B Body Works. From the initial contact, and throughout the whole process everyone from the owners, to the office staff, to the workers in the shop were nothing less than amazing! They paid attention to all of my concerns and kept me apprised throughout the whole process. My car looks like it just came out of the showroom! Thank you Joe Sr., Joe Jr, and everyone at J & B Body Works. If you want your car fixed right, the first time... This is the place you want to take it, in the unfortunate event that it needs Body Work.

I would HIGHLY recommend J & B Body Works to anyone. Their level of integrity and knowledge in this industry is beyond superior. I drive a luxury SUV and had to book an appointment with my dealership a week in advance. Upon arrival, I was told there would be over a $200 fee just to do an hour long diagnosis to figure out the issue. When I inquired if they can apply the fee to the job if I proceeded, I was ushered inside and told to have a seat. Once seated I was explained this was a common issue and turns out they didn t need to diagnose it anymore. They had to swap out some parts and the entire job would be close to $1500. This whole experience made me feel uneasy and doubtful. I told them I needed to think about it. I called another shop and they said they won t touch it and it s a dealer issue. I happened to look up and call J & B Body Works next. When I called the voice on the other line greeted me with such a welcoming smile and said, Don t worry just come in we do everything. We d be happy to look at it! It took me about 20 minutes from White Plains to Mount Vernon. It was my first time at their shop, and I was impressed with how impeccably clean and beautiful it looked. Everyone on their team was so warm and pleasant (they re even pup friendly)! I had the pleasure of meeting the shop owners Mike and Joe, while they were diagnosing my car and they made me feel at ease. I was in and out within an hour for a fraction of the price. The best part is the issue the dealership thought it was wasn t even the problem. I will only be working with them moving forward and encourage anyone else to do the same. What an amazing experience!

J & B Body Works is the place to go if you have any body work / car trouble. There is a reason this family run business has been around for so long - the customer service and quality of work on every car they have the opportunity to work on is in a class of its own, bar none. Whether you are bringing in a Ferrari or a Honda, there is no waver in the attention to detail of the work, and your car is guaranteed to leave in better condition / shape than how it arrived.Joe and his two sons Joe and Michael (the owners) are extremely attentive and knowledgeable in the automotive / autobody world; they were able to identify the issue with my car immediately (my A/C drain line was clogged and it was leaking into the interior floorboard under the rugs). Additionally, there was some scratches and key marks to the exterior paint of the car that needed to be fixed up. The team at J & B worked on my car right away and were able to address both issues successfully within a few hours. The drain is now unclogged and working properly after being replaced, and the exterior of my car looks like a car that just left the dealership. I will definitely be taking my car back to J & B Body Works for all other repairs as well as recommending the shop to all my friends and family. The absolute best. I purchased a used Model S from Tesla in February and I quickly noticed that the car had a very minor dent on the rear fender. Since I wanted the car to be in perfect condition I searched for a place to get the dent fixed and found J & B Body Works. I went in and the first thing I noticed was that this shop had some amazing cars they were working on. Anthony greeted and treated me with such professionalism and explained to me the work that had to be done and the price (super reasonable price). Even though the job was a very minor job, they took care of me as if I was a long time customer and gave me undivided attention. From that first visit, I had the opportunity to speak to Joseph Jr and he was extremely attentive and professional. I eventually came in for two additional visits for paint protection film and to change the interior front door panels. For the paint protection film and door panel job, Desiree was my point person and communication with her was excellent as she kept me updated on the progress. The owner, Joseph Sr. was very cordial and very present in the shop. The employees all seemed satisfied and passionate about working on cars in the shop. IF YOU WANT THE ABSOLUTE BEST BODYWORK FOR YOUR TESLA, this is the place to go. You will not regret it. This shop will treat you like family and your car will come out better than new.

family ran business. extremely professional. an absolute pleasure to work with. i own a 98' range rover and was devastated when i walked out of my apartment and noticed that someone had key'd my hood. i randomly came across this shop on youtube where they repainted a porsche 964, rang them up, and within a week i had my car in their shop. i expected a good job because of all the exotic cars they were working on at the time but they smacked it out the park. the car came out of that shop looking better then it did when i had purchased it. Joe, Mikey, and the rest of the family, thank you very much for the outstanding job. highly highly recommended. top class for sure.

Over the years I ve trusted Joe and his team at J&B body works to complete work on my vehicles. After a recent accident with a deer, I thought my BMW X5 would never be the same and there was really no hope of restoring it. Joe and and his team were confident that that could prove me wrong and restore the car to its previous show room condition and they did. Honestly, the car looks better then the day I purchased it and the their work is flawless. I ve inspected the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and I am thoroughly impressed with what they ve done. J&B Body works has my highest recommendations, for what they do, they are at the top of their class.

This is not a typical body shop, Joe and his guys are leading experts in their industry and go out of their way to make their customers comfortable. I brought my car to Joe after being rear-ended. While I was there showing them the damage, I mentioned needing tires and wanting to wrap the front of my car to protect from damage. To my surprise, Joe told me they could take care of everything for me in house.. J&B have worked on my one of a kind 911 and my Ford F150. These guys are the best. It really is a one stop shop for all makes and models. (Cleanest and most organized body shop I have been to) If you want it done right this is the only place to go. 10/10Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

We had an excellent experience at J & B Bodyworks. Our Tesla M3 was badly damaged in an accident, and we found out not many body shops near NYC are Tesla certified. J & B was referred to us as one of the best body shops, especially for Tesla. From the day we left our car at J & B until it was fully repaired, we received frequent updates with pictures. When we picked up the car, it looked newer/ cleaner than when we first bought it. I highly recommend J & B to anyone who needs to repair their car.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Let me start off by saying this isn't your ordinary body shop. I think of it as my second home, they are more than just friends they are family. The staff member are very welcoming, I was treated with courtesy and respect and professionalism, I would recommend this place to anyone requiring auto body repair. The quality of expertise that's Being put into a car is to perfection. I never thought that my car would look the same after the accident. A Shout out to the staff who actually repair the car. I was very satisfied with my experience. It truly looks brand new.

The entire front right suspension of my 2018 RS3 needed to be rebuilt after a collision (thankfully the other guy s insurance paid!). My Audi service advisor referred me to J & B because they were the only ones who could get it done right. And I can say with confidence - this is no exaggeration! They kept me well informed throughout the process and the car drives as precisely as it did before. Well done J & B. And thank you!

I chose J&B Body Works because their online ratings were high. I now realize that not all these reviews are legitimate!On May 11, 2022, my McLaren was damaged, and brought to J&B Body Works. Insurance company authorized the repair in June. I was assured that the car would be done by July 2022; the owner contacted me directly to inform me that work has begun.Last week of July, I called the body shop to coordinate to pick it up, and I was told then that they did not start working on it, even though I was told that they began working on it weeks prior.They said 3 more weeks which is August, call them a few days prior, and lo and behold, I am informed that they did not even begin working on it!Now in September, the owner told me that he had already started some aspects of the repair. In October, I called J&B, and the owner tells me that the car still is not done yet. At this point I decided to contact McLaren Headquarters directly. McLaren contacted the owner of J&B, and they said that the owner told them it would be done shortly, so I waited.When I called the owner, he told me that he had not started repairing. When asked why, even though he was already paid, he stated that I just don t feel like it. I don t want to. You don t tell me what to do. I contacted McLaren. The owner decides to completely IGNORE McLaren, as well as myself, and just ghost both of us for a few weeks. McLaren is conveying to me that they are shocked at the unprofessionalism. I drove by the shop to see my car, and I could not find it. I went into the shop and asked where they store cars, and they told me the location. The day before I planned to come back to the body shop and search that location, I got a call from the owner that they are working on my car, and it is looking good. He tells me that it will be done soon.I contacted the owner the following week, pertaining to if it is done, and he ghosts me, and now we are in December when my car should have been done. Shortly thereafter, I went to the location where the receptionist told me they keep the cars that have not yet been seen or worked on, hoping I wouldn t find it there.I went to the location, and the car was sitting there, exposed to the elements, in a worse condition than when it arrived. I went down to the shop and demanded to speak to the owner since he not only lied about completing the work on my car but stored my car in such an unprofessional manner exposed to the elements with the window down and door open! Keep in mind this is a garage that any person can enter, not a private or secure location.The owner tries to gaslight me saying I want to do it right , so that is why he has not started to work on it. He repeatedly makes excuses.I received a phone call that my repair is done at the end of January 2023. I am happy since I can finally get my car and never come back place again! When I arrive, they make me wait over an hour.J&B not only improperly repaired my car, but they made it worse! They STOLE my Battery Tender, damaged my tire, and then stated it was due to the weather, even though every other tire was fine. Since J&B repaired my car, the door does not fully close. They failed to reinstall the paint protection film (PPF) that they were paid to on my car door.I called my insurance and they were able to take back their money from J&B for not repairing what they were paid to repair.To this day, over a year after my first encounter and 8 months after I got my car back in horrendous condition, the owner still reaches out to me asking if I can give him another chance. And yes, he still proceeds to gaslight me and refuses to accept responsibility for his intentional negligence and borderline-criminal behavior.As someone who has been here, I would avoid J&B and their hostile owner at all costs! If the next body shop is 5 hours away and J&B is 5 minutes, I would choose the shop 5 hours away. My dream car turned into a nightmare, but only after I brought it to J&B. Don t let my experience become your experience as well; save your car while you still can!

4.9 reviews?? Probably, 50% of them are fake or bought by this body shop.You guys remember Black 2021 S60 from Volvo Cars White Plains??Attached, is the fender painted by your people. This is a pathetic job! Honestly, my own mother would do it better than you!! This is ridiculous.People should stay away from this place.Do you want your car to look like this? THINK TWICE!!

Exceptional work and service! Joe Izzo and his crew at J & B body works have recently conducted some repair work on my Porsche Macan. Aside from the top quality and detail in there work, these guys provide top notch customer service. From the first visit to there facility until the moment I picked up my car, they have gone above and beyond to make sure my repair was done up to factory standards and that I was completely satisfied. Joe kept me updated and returned the car in better than new condition with a paint correction and fully detailed car inside and out. I am a car enthusiast and these guys are the only people I would trust and refer for any body/paint work for your high end vehicle!
