Extremely friendly owner and employees who are very knowledgeable in this industry. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure a well-done job at the cheapest rate I ve ever come across. Amazing customer service!!! They fixed my flat and rotated my tires for such an amazing price. They also told me I didnt need new tires, when they could've sold me some and make money off of me. They told me i still had a few months of tread left. Definitely recommend them!!! Glad they opened in Mount Vernon.

Customer Service was amazing, does an amazing job for the right price. Always have had issues with other shops, whether it be the service, the price or even the quality of the tire, but Empire does NOT disappoint. Couldn t have asked for anything more out of Empire City Tires. Definitely the go-to tire shop!!!

I was stuck on Gramatan Avenue & Broad Street with a sidewall rip. I called Empire City Tires & Service for another tire and they not only gave me a used tire that basically looked brand now, but they serviced me on the road and charged me no where near what the tow truck people would ve charged me for just a tow and no tire. These guys are great, and I definitely recommend them for the whole community of Mount Vernon and the County as well.

Mannnnnn these guys the real deal. After Bustin my tire on the way to work I found this spot nearby and called em up. They showed up within minutes and that price was right. All I gotta say is A1 products and service, I wouldn t hesitate to call em up again. If you ever need this type a work use these guys, Yuurrrrrd!
