Carmine and Chronic are true professionals; they are trustworthy, honest, and have respect for their customers. I've known them both for a year, bought 2 bikes from them, and have nothing but good things to say about their attitude and service. The shop is a necessity to the motorcycle riders in the community, and both the owners are an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Very professional and very friendly guys ! Know exactly what they're doing and believe me I know first hand after purchasing a ZX6R second hand and carmine did a great job getting midnight started (Kawi Zx6r) . If you need good advice and great service this is where you'd want to go .

These guys are the real deal. I bought a used bike from Chronic, which had a problem after the first ride - I took it back to the shop the very next day and he fixed it on the spot for free. He promised me the bike was mint and lived up to that promise - he is a man of his word. Clutch Powersports is an absolute necessity for any sport bike riders in the area - whether you are going in for repairs or just to hang out, the atmosphere is great and the staff is amazing. - Ash

Charlie is very knowledgeable in EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that has to do with a motorcycle. Customer-Service-1st mindset. REAL TIME ETAs and expectations. From a stunt bike to a race bike, ClutchPowerSports gets it done THE RIGHT WAY!!!! Call and setup an appointment for the best work, PERIOD

Don t buy a bike that day but it was just me randomly walking in to see how a dealerships like. I was welcomed by a young man and he really gave me a good rundown of everything and let me take a look around while just answering my questions. Will update it if I buy a buy from there.

For new riders and throw backs ... this is the place to go for major and minor repairs ... the owner Carmine is super nice , a real pro and personable which is hard to find ... Chronic was on top of it! they came to the rescue in a pinch and worked quickly for a good price considering the bind I was in and offered to comb through my bike free of charge ... Great customer service! I dealt with Carmine he communicated the issues with my motorcycle within 24 hours & had it repaired the next day. I can t say enough good things about Clutch PowerSports.

I was on my way to work on my Ninja 650 and caught a flat on the Bronx river, fortunately clutch power sports was open and I was able to make it in. The owner brought my bike straight inside and quickly identified the issue. Taking the time to unsure a good plug would get me back to work delivering food with Uber Eats. All I have to say, great work and small world.

I shared my experience: They advertised they open at 11:00 am so I show up at 11:05 and the place is closed. 11:20 am the Mechanics shows up and start getting the place clean and ready for business. In the meantime another costumer came to do the same thing I was going to do (tire change) Both without appointment! No question asked the Mechanic started fixing the other person first and they didn t look at me. Unfortunately I wait until 11:50 for no reason before took the decision to grab my bike and wheel and leave the place. Ehhh I think it will be hard to scaled that small business with no Costumer Service.

2003 kawasaki 636. Changed chain and sprocket. When I pulled up, they noticed I had a radiator leak. They ordered new radiator, thermostat and cap. Picked my bike up a week later. All charges up front, no b.s. Very knowledgeable crew. They called with updates and suggestions. These guys a legit. Prices are very fair. They work quick. Chain and sprocket within few hours. Radiator few hours. Shipping the radiator took several days. I recommend Jospeh and Carmine "Clutch Powersports".

The owner happened to drive past me while i was stranded. & sent some one to help me. The man name E pushed my bike to the shop where he diagnosed the problem & fixed it after 9pm. He then Went over the bike & checked everything. He adjusted my tire pressure & even wiped my bike down. I love it here. The dealer will not be seeing me again . I ve found a new home for my bmw

Very professional shop with experienced mechanics! Came here for a tune up on my ZX6R and got so much insight from the mechanic. They work with you instead of against you not like a lot of motorcycle mechanics in the NYC area. The rates are very good compared to almost all of the shops in NYC so you re actually saving yourself money coming here. More bang for ur buck !! $$

If you are looking for a mechanic for your bike, look no further CLUTCH POWERSPORTS is definitely where it s at :) I thank God for this place and the wonderful, thoughtful and amazing people the owner has working here! Not only do they do an amazing job on your bike, but the heart, love and dedication the owner has and the same that he installs in his team is unmatched! Without going into details and tearing up I just want to thank this shop as a whole and the trust you can have in them when bringing your motorcycle to them. Needed a tire installed on my Tuono. After having no luck, a stranger recommended Clutch Powersports. I called and was told to come in. Tire was off within 10 minutes and done shortly after. Pricing was great, and letting me hang around and wait was even better. Other shops wanted almost double, and it wouldn't be done the same day. Can't thank Carmine enough

Brought my 2010 Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO SP to Carmine with a check engine and he took care of it all! Can tell he has experience, even with complicated ones like mine. Definitely recommend!
