Christmas Eve and we had plans to spend the night with family. We got to leave and we have a flat in our driveway. Called triple A and they gave us an hour and 15 minute wait time, 2 hours later we are still waiting. Triple A called and changed companies. They were here in 10 minutes. How do you treat a customer that way?? Ridiculous and embarrassing. Do not use Crossfire Towing.Service: Tires

The actual towing experience was fine the driver was courteous, kind and professional. The problem was management . I was told it would be less than an hour, at an hour I was told 25 more minutes , at 25 more minutes I was told 10 min, at 10 min I was told 5min and 25 min later the tow truck showed up for a total wait time of 2 hours and 15 minutes. If the management was honest about the wait I could have been accommodating as I was in a situation that I could have left the car went to my meeting and returned to the car in 2 hours. Instead they were dishonest because they were afraid to lose business and kept me hanging for over tow hours. This company should not be allowed to work with insurance companies that have policy of less than an hour as they do not operate with honesty and integrity.

Crossfire auto is a very reliable and honest company. Needed their services for towing. The owner Javier was very accommodating and professional. Tow operator Steven arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would recommend this company to others.

I usually don t bother with reviews but I feel like this tow company deserves it. They not only over charged but also delayed bring my car back to the mechanic, embarrassing and my dad in front of the mechanic by dropping my car which was un-drivable in the middle of a busy road. Like what???? They yelled at us multiple times telling us our car had no sort of remedy and called it garbage. Geico claims to work with them so I m also going to leave a note with them about their horrible tow service. Please don t ever get your car towed here, you ll regret it fully.

The wait time was longer than estimated so I was a little irritated and hot from waiting, but that kind of thing happens to EVERYONE! The guy, I didn't catch his name, who came out to install a new battery was VERY knowledgeable and got me taken care of very quickly once there. Highly recommend!

My insurance company sent Cross Fire out to change my flat. They got to me in 15 mins. The tech was great. He explained everything and saw that my donut tire was low on air & inflated it for me. Excellent experience!!

I recently needed a tow back home with my vehicle that was out of service. After a long and stressful day, Joe shows up to tow my vehicle. My day went from bad to good. Joe was professional and genuine. We spoke the whole hour ride and it made me forget what had happened to my vehicle. Joe, thank you for your help and time. It was a pleasure to meet you and we need more people like you in this world.

Horrible and untrustworthy. Called Geico for a tow and they assigned this company. Owner called with 50 minute ETA. 2 1/2 hrs later still nothing. DO NOT USE.

I have had my car serviced at Crossfire towing several times from a simple oil change to having my car evaluated by an adjuster to get it fixed. My experiences has been wonderful every single time.

I waited three hours stranded for my car to get towed but no one showed up. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone unless you have no other choice.

If u want a honest & reliable mechanic see havier he's the best mechanic in new hyde park . His towing crew is excellent & professional.

They were chosen from Ford's Roadside assistance and picked up my car. Driver left the car outside of the Ford dealership and my car got a ticket. Cross fire then denied that they left it on the street claiming that they would send me proof that it was signed off at the dealership. They never gave me that proof.

WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE....FEW MONTHS AGO MY CAR WAS STOLEN (GIVEN AWAY) FROM THERE BECAUSE THEY HAD LEFT THE KEYS INSIDE OF THE CAR...FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, PLEASE STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY!!!
