I was Traveling from CT to Albany, my alternator was failing. I limped into Car Quest and inquired about a new Alternator, Mike was welcoming and professional! He gave me a very fair price on a new alternator, and offered me tools and offered to help me replace it, in his parking lot! Old school friendliness and Service! John Sherman, CT

Mike is very knowledgeable and fair. He is always willing to help. I can't go anyplace else because of the service I get. It doesn't matter if I buy a $.20 bulb or a $500 part, he treats me great.

Super nice folks here at this small town Carquest. I ve stopped by a few times and they give decent advice for auto repair/service. If they don t have what you re looking for they can point you in the right direction.

The person at the counter has been extremely helpful when I have been there each time! I'm so impressed that I will get everything I need from this store rather than Autozone or Advance Auto! This place knows how to work with customers!
