I stopped in there a week ago to see how much to Mount and balance a tire on my 98 Fatboy and it was off the motorcycle when I got there the door was locked he met me at the door asked me what I wanted just like that I told him I was looking to get a tire mount in a balance he said to me you didn't buy the tire from me so 100 bucks he told me he doesn't do any work appointments only just by his attitude and the way he talked to me I wouldn't recommend him to anybody I thought he was a jerk

Please for your safety avoid this business. I brought my motorcycle here to be serviced and afterwards had a sprocket explode because of negligence. The repair shop I brought it to said that it was from the bike not being put back together properly by Universal Sales and Accessories. I could have been seriously injured and don't want anyone to experience what I did.

I would just like to thank Shawn and Tony for their time and help answering all of my questions and steering me in the right direction.I am very pleased with the work they did on my bike. I will definitely go back to them for service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their bike.

Great place to do business with. Every time I go there I get great service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a ton of parts and always have nice bikes in the showroom. The owner, Shawn is a straight shooter and knows bikes. Price, service, and honesty are what I'm looking for in a shop. These guys nailed it! Would definitely recommend them.

If you want great service and quality work this is the place to go. Bought my bike there, and have had all my work done on it there and have always left happy. The owner is a great guy you can trust, he will NOT screw you over.

Supplies only quality parts, does things right the first time, and is more upfront than any businessman I've met. Great knowledgeable experienced employees, no punks. Had trouble with my Kawasaki Z that was driving me crazy! After finally deciding to make the proper decision to seek professional assistance, Shawn and the Team got me in for service far sooner than anyone else in town could, with a super competitive service rate to boot!The next thing I knew in a blink of an eye and a bill that made me smile not cry, Universal Sales had me off and running again strong. My bike's dilemma was solved quickly and professionally.All said, I couldn't be any more pleased with the entire experience! Universal Sales is definitely the place to go, highly recommended!

We were on a ride through New York and happen to exit off the interstate and needed to rest and stretch our legs. We saw this place and decided to stop in here. Very cool bike shop. Had some nice bikes out front and inside. One of the guys helped us with directions to the Finger Lakes area and recommended a few hotels to stay the night.

I needed a negative battery cable for my 1999 Wide Glide. Stopped at HD, they did not have it. The parts guy called these guys and sent me there. 10 dollars later, I was in my car headed home to the exact cable.

I would leave 0 stars if I could .. Literally called and the person that answered was talking to someone and then said hello - goodbye with an attitude .. I called back and the same person answered and I asked what that was about and he said that he has 5 customers waiting, I don't have time .. I guess I'll take my bikes and have others take theirs to a different shop after having numerous people recommended this shop and having a completely RUDE guy answer the phones cause he hates his job ..

These guys are the best. If you need anything for your bike they can get it. Good prices on used bikes. They are loyal. If you take care of them, they will take care of you!

I called about service for my bike and the person that answered the phone was just a little beyond rude. He would not really listen to me. I am a new rider and there was no patience. I had been to Micro-bore in North Syracuse and they were more than patient with me as I asked all my stupid questions. After reading reviews, I thought I had found my go to location for all things motorcycle, I guess I was partially right...I should have never thought of going anywhere else but Micro-bore.

We've used Universal Sales many times. Well, today was the LAST! Worst customer service I have ever encountered with a business. Having a bad day doesn't excuse threatening a teenage boy and telling him in such a vulgar way that you should come over the counter and backhand him because he went to a competitor for one of his parts. We just spent $800 there recently, of the thousands we've spent there over the years. Now the competitor will get ALL of our business!!! Used to be a great business but it's gone downhill.

Used to be Great, now I'll take my business elsewhere. Called in for a K&N Filter, gave them the part number 3 times. Said they had it in stock. Showed up they passed some HiFlo filter over the counter and "Tony" assured me they're made by K&N, Not knocking the quality, but I kinda drove down for what I asked for. Figured while I was there, maybe Pickup New Tubes. Nope. $57 for tubes where Microbore charged me 14 Each (28$)) for the same Bridgestone Tube. 55$ per rim here to mount tires if I bring the Rim, tire, and Tubes. 40$ at Micro Bore. Atleast they keep a good inventory?

Went there with my bike recently because I'm a new rider bought a used bike and they told me I need new brakes rotors ,chain and sprockets, tires, balancer , basically everything they could fix quick and then they would put me in there service in 3 weeks never heard from them come to find out just threw my paper a way took my bike elis where just need brakes and 1 tire to ride to pass inspection and when I asked if he could service my motorcycle still he said he was booked till nexit September so all summer what a joke
