Didn't have any of the parts that I needed. Calling them on the phone as a retail customer is cumbersome. I had to call a main number, and then they forward the order to another location for pick up.

Employee said he didn't have a clamp. If I didn't insist on them having it he would have sent me on my way. Finally after 20 minutes they produced a clamp that was somewhat similar to the one I was holding. He should have to take a class on customer service!!!

Nick was amazing. Definitely went above and beyond to try and help my mom and I with our battery! Definitely made me feel like there are still good people in the world!

Was threatened with physical violence, and the girl manager named Marsie Shuba at the Fulton NY location, (because as she put it "I am not putting this on my ass"- about not getting paid back from ac delco on a bum battery they sold me) was actually stepping on my heels as I was walking out the door. I have lodged a complaint against her with the CEO and have not had a response yet.

Very bad experience with United Auto Supply. Parts were ordered 2.5 weeks ago, called to check on them and was told I ll call you back twice...no return call from them. Finally, I was given the answer that the company canceled the order and we spoke with someone at your dealership....which was not true. Spoke with the owner of our dealership who called United Auto Supply back and was hung up on...twice! Not the way to handle business! This shoddiness not only affects your business but ours too! We have customers relying on us! Called Auto Zone and the part will be here this afternoon!

Granted they have cheap prices but I will never go back here they are rude as hell customer service goes a long way They are not welcoming at all the return policy is the worst they have no regard for the customer a no go for me

7/11/17 5:15 pm. A driver in a United auto supply van was doing 85mph through the 690 east to 81 south interchange, so he could cut off 5 other vehicles who wherent prepared for this. Real professional.
