The employee who checked me in and installed my hitch was super kind and efficient! I overslept and turned my car in a little later than I had said. I was leaving it so she had all day to install the hitch, but no more than 90 minutes later and I was getting a call it was done! Amazing. A different employee checked me out after the installation, and he actually found a way to save me money. Since I already paid, he gave me a refund of the difference. All of that, just to be nice! Great experience.

My appointment was moved to another time and location but I was not made aware of this. I learned this upon arriving to the original appointment location/time.Everytime I called Teall Ave. a woman put me on hold only to hang up on me once and leave me on hold for over 12 mins the other two times I tried calling.HOWEVER, The gentleman who did my hitch installation at the East Taft Road location (where my appointment was moved to) was quick and very polite and friendly.
