I do not normally write reviews but I am so impressed with the customer service and work done on my car by the team! They were thorough, professional, easy to contact, maintained excellent communication, always answered any questions I had and most of all they did an amazing job on the body work on my car! To top it off, I went to pick up my car and they had also cleaned the inside! I highly recommend Tony Rotella s and will return for any work I need done in the future!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Worst presentation for repair I have seen in many many years. Suggested it would cost me a minimum of 1500 to replce a fender just for the parts. Worse, I have had work done there before. Another place quoted me $600. When I challenged on the price, they thought it was a good price. Truly a rip-off. I will not return.

Not the best experience I have had with a business. Nick the tech I dealt with throughout this 3+ month processes was lacking appropriate customer service to say the least. Had a very smug at times rude demeanor at times and everything about this long drug out process seemed very unorganized and all over the place. It took many many many phone calls emails and more to get this company to finally do anything. When they finally determined the time to bring my vehicle in they originally said three weeks it would be done then it went down to two weeks then went down to a couple days and they didn't do nearly as much as they said they were going to do. Then upon pickup there was over spray on my tires and my complete front license plate Mount and license plate was missing. They eventually admitted they " accidentally scrapped my plate with the original front bumper they replaced. So had to go to the DMV and get all new plates and registration. When I eventually showed my disappointment and frustration with them they stoped returning my emails in the middle of the entire process and stoped answering any and all the questions I asked.

Had them mount and balance my new wheels and tires for my truck. They were quick and kept me updated.Also went back for a wheel alignment that they recommended I get done. Glad I listened cause now my truck drives so much nicer now and got a little bump in mpg. Thanks for the quality work!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Rotella s has 5 star quality. They repaired my vehicle after I was rear ended. They were able to get me in, have a rental waiting for me the day I dropped off my car. During the repair process, they sent me text messages to keep me informed of the status. I had stuff in the back of my car and they helped me put my personal items in the rental. I recently experienced a bad accident with a vehicle that I have loved for years. It was a very sensitive situation, and the team at Tony Rotella's made the situation much less stressful for me. I was shown my totaled car on the lot with grace, and was given very compassionate care by the technician. They were understanding and kind about what had happened, and opened the line of communication if I needed anything from my car or anything else. I will definitely count on them for any repair services in the future, and am grateful to find a reputable and genuine group of people to take care of my cars which I consider to be my babies. I've been in 2 accidents which required bodywork. Farmers recommended Tony Rotella each time, and each time I was very satisfied with the end result. They use a digital tracking application which keeps customers informed during every step of the repair process. I worked with Jim Roberts, who even called me and gave me personalized updates. I brought my vehicle to Tony Rotella's after I was rear-ended. They replaced all the damaged parts to perfection and blended the pearl paint beautifully. You cannot tell that my car has been repaired. They kept great communication with me so I knew at all times how the repair was progressing. They are professional and easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience!! They are very professional, friendly, and organized. Getting into an accident is very stressful but they really make the process much easier. They had the car repaired in less than a week, which was a pleasant surprise. The car s exterior came out perfect and they even seemed to have touched up the inside of the car, too. We got the car back cleaner than when we had taken it in! Just a wonderful, well established business. It s hard to find such a well rounded and professional place these days, so good for them!! We will continue using Tony Rotella s body shop and definitely HIGHLY recommend them!

Brought my vehicle here after I was rear-ended. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. I was able to drop my vehicle off and get a rental at the same time. They worked with my insurance company to make it a seamless process. The staff kept me informed every step of the process. They were able to repair my vehicle in a very timely manner. Absolutely amazing experience. My car smelled brand new and it was so clean it made my entire week. Went in for a new seat and came out with a new car (not literally). Will absolutely be going back!

Have been going here since 2009, the quality has remained excellent over the years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Rich has always been helpful and keeps customers coming back. The pricing is fair and reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

I was in an accident, at the fault of the other driver. Geico referred me here and I was impressed from the 1st interaction. The driver had hit my passenger tail light, bumper and side. When I arrived, the staff were friendly and had everything ready to go, including the rental car. They walked out to my truck to go over the repairs with me and gave an estimate of 6 days. The repairs were done in 2 days! I picked up the truck today with all the repairs looking great. I would recommend this place to anyone! Overall, so impressed!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can not recommend Tony Rotella s enough. They took care of my car like it was their own. Nick was wonderful to work with, everything was smooth and simple. They set me up with a comfortable loaner car for the time they had mine. When I came back to get my car, I was amazed! They did an absolutely wonderful job on fixing the damage and making the car look good as new! They even vacuumed the inside of my car and waxed it! I recommend you see these guys!

They text me frequently with updates on the progress of my car repair. They were so kind and helpful. I ve used them twice for repairs after an accident. My car was done sooner than expected. They made the process of dealing with insurance and a rental car so much easier. This was the first time I ever needed the services of a body shop & I was so glad I went with Tony Rotella s. I was able to pick up a rental car on the spot. The girl who helped me from Enterprise was very friendly & helpful. I took my car in on Monday morning & got a call late Wednesday afternoon that it was done. It looks like I got it right off the showroom floor again. I wish I remembered the name of the man who helped check me in & out. He was fabulous, answered questions & was very kind to someone who had never been through this before. I had superb service from the moment I walked in to when I drove away.

I brought my Jeep there for assessment and repairs after a tree fell on my Jeep. The staff was a pleasure to work with, keeping me informed every step of the way.
