I would give them a 5 star review however. I brought my car in today to get 1 door tinted due to the glass needing to be replaced. I booked online for 12:00. After sitting there for 2 hours I asked how much longer on my vehicle and I told her that it shouldn t take 2 hours for one window. The receptionist started giving my girlfriend and I attitude. Very unprofessional and name calling. They do great work but the person that is the face of the company does not know how to treat customers. Just go the The Tint Shop in Rochester!!

Tint Squads is definitely the place you want to go to get professional window Tint done on your vehicle because it always comes out so good! I won t go anywhere else but these guys at Tint Squad! They are very respectful and professional. Also to mention with NY dum laws if you get pulled over for your tint they will also remove the tint for you and give you a receipt to show it was removed so your ticket gets thrown out. You guys are awesome business for all your work tinting needs. Services: Sun control window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

What kind of business doesn't have the courtesy to have someone answer the phone or even call you back , thier ai voice system is beyond stupid and doesn't work . I called the tint shop and was in an out in 2 hours this place is a joke !

We made an appointment for 30 minutes after opening, received two appointment reminders from Tint Squad throughout the week, and nobody was in the building. The AI chat assistant offered zero help, just kept telling me I couldn t speak to anyone, but they were open. I guess we were just SOL.

Tint squad is a must ! The owner was such a sweetheart ! He over heard me talking about how the cord on my air fryer broke and immediately offered to rewire it for no charge ! I was in an out in 2 hours , left with 5% and and a fixed air fryer . Went out of his way when he didn t have to ! Great people !!!

Called Tint squad and they got me in the next day, reasonable pricing, top tier quality. The guys brought my vehicle in immediately when I arrived they followed their process and did impressive work. The guys were dealing with sub zero temperatures and still made the job perfect. I met the owner Mike and his wife both great people. I have more work coming to you and I'm telling everyone I'll send them over. Great work and thank you again

have had my car tinted in many places, but none have provided the level of service that I have experienced at this particular establishment. Not only were their prices extremely affordable, but the fact that it is a family business makes it even more appealing. I was particularly impressed that they called me days after the job was done to check on me. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to tint their car.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment and no one in the building and they don t answer the phone. The automated message is of no help and even after leaving and returning an hour later, no one has answered or arrived. Scam alert

DO NOT GO HERE ! Very unprofessional, don t answer the phones nor communicate with customers . Took almost 4 hours even with me dropping my car off the night before for a 9:30 appointment for it to be done . And when expressing your frustration they acted so unprofessional! Called over on a day that they were closed and was graciously greeted with a return phone call from Erika. She arranged for the work to be done and also set up transport for me while they had my vehicle. Thanks again.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! By far the most poorly run business I ve ever been too, the owner is a complete POS and doesn t care about his customers or workers. Took 4 hrs to complete 2 front windows and his excuse was that they didn t pull it in until 2 hrs after scheduled appointment when the whole process takes 40 minutes. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Like I said take your business elsewhere and don t bother with these guys!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

The front end staff need to communicate with their customers better and give them the correct time that a vehicle will be ready.. There is clearly a disconnect between the receptionist who answers the phone and the technicians working on the cars. This is the second family member I have sent there and both times when they have called for an update to find out what time their vehicles would be done and showed up to pick them up their vehicle had not even been brought into the shop or was not ready. This was after a noon drop off and told to pick up at 6:30. Sadly this is the last time I ever refer anyone here.

Really nice work but I was the first to drop my car off as soon as they opened at 8am, made it very clear I was picking up at 3:30pm which they said was no problem it wouldn't even take that long. They didn't start the car until right before i got there. Had to stand out side on a 90 degree day for 40 minutes. Excellent work but not very on time.

They tinted my Windows and Taillight (about 7 months apart) When I first got my windows tinted they said come back in 2hrs because my car was next.. Came back in 2hrs and my car was not touched and there was a car in there that was not there when I first arrived. Just got my taillights tinted and after 1hr 45min of waiting they said they had to do another car and I had to wait 1hr for them to continue the work (because the guy behind me had to be to work at a set time). Came back and the work was finished and it was perfectly done with no flaws to the work.

I just found a bunch of bubbles in the passenger side window. I did what they said and didn't roll down my window for 24 to 48 hours. I will be contacting them Monday to see what they can do about it so I will let everyone know. They seemed extremely nice so we will see.

We had a mixed experience with these guys. First impressions seem just fine and pleasant. Although there waiting area and public store area was not yet finished, it looks like they got the right idea and good start though. They got us right in and at a fair price. But maybe paying a little extra elsewhere might have benefited in the end. We had to return after getting tint done because they did not replace the door panel correctly on my passenger side and a already existing problem but tore handle off the driver side door made it worse then it was already previously. I can't blame them completely for that though because it was already previously coming off some. Also not totally satisfied with the tint job. It looked rushed. But they did say it has a life time warranted. But did not come with any paper work and we had to ask for a respite. They told us us to come back when's the weather gets nicer out and they will go over it and fix any imperfections or concerns we may still have.

Best place to get your windows tinted. Called about 1 pm got me in same day. Price was right and quality is second to none. Explained the whole process. Took about 3 hours to complete job. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job on my new car

I had such high hopes that this would be the place to get my car windows tinted after reading all the good reviews. However, I ended up very disappointed with no tint on my windows! If you have plenty of time to wait & waste, then this is the perfect place to go. I made an appointment about 4-5 days in advance to get my car windows tinted, and was told by the guy on the phone to drop my car off at 9am on the day of my appt. When I showed up to drop my car off, there was no one inside the shop and nobody was picking up the phone or answering my calls/texts. After waiting about half an hour for someone (anyone) to show up and they never did, I just left. I suggest taking your money somewhere else to get car tint.. I m sure there are more professional shops in Syracuse that won t leave their customers hanging like this! Would not recommend this place to anyone

5 stars on the tint. I gave a 4 over all rating because I had to wait there while my tint was getting done. They run behind pretty bad. The process did not take long at all but the vehicle didn't go in to actually get worked on for over 2 hours after we arrived.

Called and made an appointment due to reviews I saw here. They scheduled me an 11:30 am appointment and I waited outside until someone showed up at 11:50. Called hours later to see if the 3 Windows and the tint band had been finished. Guy tells me "it been done". Go to pick the truck up and see a gouge in one of my aluminum tool boxes. I ask the guy who I dropped it off with, what happened to my truck? Nothing sir he says!! I said that huge dent in my aluminum tool box wasn't there when I brought it in here. He made a smart remark and pointed to the "owner" tells me "talk to him!". I spoke to the manager/owner, I believe. Admits they may have made the debt and says he will "try" and make it right. Haven't heard a word since and am not getting phone calls returned. I've spent money at other shops like installations and others. I will never recommend this outfit to anyone and surely will never go back. Damages will be handled through court if necessary. Will update if they make it right! BEWARE

The best place to get your car tinted! I have never had any issues with the tint on my car and they give you a life time warranty which is fantastic! Staff are very kind and easy to talk to. I recommend this place 100%

So glad I took my truck here instead of another local shop. This shop in my opinion seemed more equipped to do the job right and QUICK. No leaving your vehicle over night same day pick up. Tint Squad is by far the best tint place I have ever been too. Mike uses a dust free environment with a sealed off room also uses laser cut to get the cuts on the tint down to a tee! Mike made time for me on my busy day to get in to get my car done! I have referred several people who all have also had pleasurable experience!!

Did a phenomenal job on my vehicle! I would highly recommend Mike and his staff.Just be patient when it comes to communication. He is tough to get a hold of.Just get that appointment!
