So it has been a month or so since they replaced the windshield on my RAM. It was the easiest repair I have ever had done on a vehicle. Job well done. I couldn't get over how well they were able to even move the inspection and registration sticker over. Professional guys and personable. Coffee wasn't bad either....

Great service! I have an 2004 Lexus rx330. Before I purchased it, they told me it was a difficult and complex remote starter to install. It took a couple tries, but they got it right. The best part is that, they dropped me off at my job and picked me up after they fixed it. Great service. Thanks again for your help.

These guys are awesome. My window broke at the end of the day just after it had snowed. I called and they were able to get my car in same day so it could be inside, they didn't even mind letting me stick around while I waited to get a ride home. The fix was great. They also took a look at my remote start which had been acting weird, even though it wasn't one they installed, or even a brand from here, since it came from across the country. They were great the whole time they had my car at keeping me updated with things they found and what my options were. There's no way they didn't spend way too much time on this car. When I came to pick my car up it all cost much less than what I had been expecting to pay when everything broke. Could not recommend more.

Tim has been awesome in trying to help me find the issue with my sunroof rattling and leaking only after the seals get wet in my 2016 jeep Cherokee which I had just purchased from Ryan Phelps.

Thruway is top notch. Tim and Dan are great guys and do great work. Nowhere else I would get a remote starter, AC, or Glassworks done.

Highly recommend this repair shop. Great service and communication. Needed a new front window and sun roof due to a lightning strike that left burn marks in both spots. They told me it would take two days due to the complicated nature of replacing the sun roof. At the end of day 2, the vehicle was expertly repaired and ready to pick up. It was even cleaner on the inside than before it was dropped off.

I m not one to usually leave reviews but I decided to look into Thru Way Auto after my dad recommended them. Thru Way Auto got my car in as quick as they could, they worked with my insurance company and decided to work on my car even though my insurance only uses certain places. Thru-Way Autoglass provides A plus service. My husband and I dealt with Tim and Dan, they both were excellent communicating with us. Our RV windshield was separating from the top seal. They scheduled an appointment for us very quickly. Upon our arrival for our appointment, Tim explained thoroughly how the repair would be done, the timeframe for the repair and the approximate cost. Tim and Dan kept us informed throughout the repair process. The job was finished well within the timeframe given to us, and the cost was reasonable and as estimated. The repair was fantastic. My car was broken into at local hotel, we were 700 miles from home. Tim was awesome!! He work us in even thought their schedule was packed and got us back on the road that day!!!! A/C recharge on a 2012 Toyota Venza Black. Staff was friendly and professional they brought my vehicle right in, I had to have the A/C recharged due to a tiny leak. Prices were reasonable they put in a dye for next time. The store was neat and clean. Staff made my A/C cold fast. Will return, I do trust this business with my vehicle. Great job thank you again.

Wish I could give them morestars. After being screwed around for 3 weeks with another company...1 email..1 phone call....2 hrs later window repaired. Old school customer service. A company that really understands customer service ! ! !

Fantastic job replacing the passenger side rear window, and at almost half the cost of some other quotes! A little bit of a wait, but that's completely understandable, considering pretty much the entire door needed to be taken apart. I would much rather have someone take their time than do a sloppy rush-job. After the repair, my door was left looking the same as the day I bought the car. Appreciate that! Great customer service from Dan and the rest of the team, too. Definitely recommended.

The place to go for windshields. Had a 3/4 crack appear in my windshield one morning from an errant rock and figured I d have to replace the whole windshield. Called these guys up, got an appointment to come in within the next hour to take a look (same day!) They looked at it right away and not only did I not have to replace my windshield, they were able to repair it as if it never was there and in under 45 minutes! I will recommend these guys to everyone!

I have been to Thru-Way Auto Glass twice and and I have been very impressed both times. Tim and Dan offer outstanding service at a competitive price. I wish I had discovered them years ago !

Brought in my vehicle for a rear window replacement, they installed my rear wiper the wrong way and said it didn t work. The wiper motor wire was not plugged in when I brought it there because I knew they had to remove it. So now when I received the car back, the wiper was the wrong way and I can t see the wiper motor wire anywhere. They tell me that I need to file a new insurance claim to fix it, when they installed it the wrong way. Horrible customer service, as they would give me this run around for their own mistake and not just fix the issue they causedService: Auto windshield replacement

Honestly the first genuinely pleasant experience I've ever had working with an auto shop. Just friendly, prompt service. He even connected my windshield to an additional feature because "the wiring was already there anyway". I got a remote started installed almost 1 year ago and it stopped working. They fixed the problem at no charge AND with no hassle. My family and I have done business with them on several other occasions and have always been impressed with their professional service and highly recommend them.

I've been to Thru-Way every time I've needed auto glass work except once, and I wish I'd have gone to them then. Very professional, accommodating, and experienced. This time they got me in the day after my windshield was shattered by ice flying off a car on the highway. In less than 24 hours they sourced and installed the windshield for a 1992 Dodge B250. Excellent work!

I took my rental vehicle in to get a chip in the windshield repaired and they informed me that it had already been repaired before. They gave me a cup of coffee, returned the vehicle back to me , gave me their card & said give them a call if the rental agency says I did it. Great service from Thruway auto glass . Had a cruise control installed on my van. Stopped in to see what they had and they explained it very well. I left without making the purchase but they gave me a card and product info to think it over. A week later I called and they installed it that afternoon. Quick, clean and professional install. Great customer service. Couldn't ask for a better shop.

Dan and his team went above and beyond. On a busy day, found a way to get a window replaced on my son's truck. He broke it at 1PM...they had him in his truck by 5PM. He had to leave for work in Baltimore the next morning. Dan truly treated us like he would have like to have been treated himself...could have said to busy like others...but instead did all he could to handle our emergency. Great customer caring!!! Thanks Dan!!

I dropped my car off in the morning for a remote start install, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, there was a tremendous amount of damage to the rear quarter panel, bumper, brake light, etc. They all claim to not know what happened to it as it was not there when I left my car in their care. Too top it off, they refuse to pay for the damage and their insurance company, Falcone, is telling me that the damage that happened to my car is not covered because no one fessed up to it. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. All the while, Dan and Tim were inside looking like a deer caught in headlights. Avoid this business at all costs. A $300 remote start install is now going to cost me well over $1,000!Service: Installation

They saved me money by not fixing a part of my a/c in my van. They just fixed the front part and that's good enough for me. I would definitely recommend then, especially if you have a handicap accessible van.

Imagine that you have glass coverage through your insurance company but yet they steer you to a national glass replacement company AKA Safelite. Thruway would have to charge me $100 for replacement. Before you read on this is not a slam against Thruway and please read on.Safelite recommended to us that we replace our windshield wipers at a price of $43.00 which they would do when they changed our windshield. Safelite also could not get to us for 5 days, we would have to leave our keys in our vehicle, plus we would have to take our vehicle to a garage to get a replacement inspection sticker and have to get a new registration sticker from the DMV.Thruway got us in the next day, we didn't have to replace our windshield wipers (Thruway chuckled when they heard this) and they were able to remove our inspection sticker and our registration sticker. Thruway saved us time! Thruway didn't take up our time by having us go to get new replacement inspection and registration stickers for our windshield. So in the end I think I came out even spending what I did with Thruway. Thruway Auto Glass was up front with us, treated us respect, didn't try to see us something we didn't need and we didn't have to run around trying to tie up loose ends.I will go to Thruway before I ever go to Safelite. Just my take on things and a nasty letter has been sent to my insurance company. Go local and support them like they deserve.Service: Auto windshield replacement
