Went to cirque du Soleil, decided to have a drink after. Garage was locked up and couldn't get out . Called number posted and was yelled at by the person who answered, because he had to come and let us out. Very confrontational, yelled at me and the rest of our party that we had to get out of the garage immediately after the event. I will not park there again.

Overall pretty easy parking at this garage.... If you go to the Oncenter you can stay out of the cold weather and walk across the bridge that takes you too the Oncenter... makes it pretty easy or you can go downstairs to the main floor walk across the street? Either one pretty easy.....

Venue is alright, parking garage is horrendous. Needs an additional exit. Someone backed into my car try to back out leaving very crowded.

Very convenient. Like many shows where you can choose where to park, it gets seriously backed up after the show...

Here for the 2018 USBC Open Bowling Championships. Went well. Needs a makeover on the Outside, make it flow. Inside seemed to be in good condition for whatever event you may attend.Traffic and parking wasn't to bad.

Nice parking garage. Didn't see garbage thrown around like others. After the event had someone directing traffic which makes it quicker getting out.

Pricey , but what can you do. $7 for an hour or so is why I stay out of downtown

Horrible place to park. Overcrowded & zero customer service. Location is all they have. Parked there for 9 years and they decided to change their payment policies. They were no longer taking cash so credit only. No problem I paid by credit EVERY month. The manager kept telling me I had to sign up for automated payments. I stated that s not what the sign says - just have to pay by credit. I said I would continue to make my monthly payment as I have made for 9 years. Again he handed me a automated pay form. I terminated my card. I park in there when daily is available and there is now a sign if paying monthly parking to come in office between a certain hours. Unbelievable would lie and now rip a customer of 9 years off. Horrible customer service

The 2019 Auto expo was absolutely wonderful. I would have liked to see better concession stands with food and beverages. A little bit more interactive competitions to win things and more free handouts from the auto manufacturers. Mitsubishi had hands-down the most friendly sales people

Well after waiting in traffic for 45 minutes with the parking garage in sight to find out that they only had 1 person collecting money from people to park there, I was so disgusted by the fact that would of been the reason we would of missed the beginning of the show. There needs to be a better program for collecting parking money. Plus for all the wait time to actually park the cost of $12 bucks a car is so over rated. Who is getting rich here? Come on Oncenter, if you're going to charge so much then make parking happen faster.

It's hard to find parking here if you arrive after the morning traffic rush. I had to use this parking garage for jury duty and it was hard to find a spot at 830 in the morning. It's also quite a hike to the court house from this location. You're better off taking an Uber or getting a ride if you get jury duty. It's great if your going to an event at the OnCenter, otherwise it's a hike to anything else.

Visiting for a PBA event that lasts for 1 week. Each day you must pay for event parking ticket which is fine, but then after the 3rd day when returning for afternoon session we were told starting the next day they will start charging if leaving and returning later in day, basically for another event parking ticket. The man sympathized and recommended we talk to parking garage office- they are the ones who changed the event parking

Parked here a few weeks ago because it was near the shuttle for a concert. The lot across the street was full so we were told we could park in the garage for free. We had to take a ticket to enter the lot (just like most other parking garages) but a woman working there confirmed it would be free for the concert, and even radioed someone else in the lot to make sure. The man in the booth wouldn t let us leave until we paid, and when we explained that we were told it was free he was rude and still wouldn t let us go. Contacted the garage the next day and they said they d resolve it within the week. It s been almost 3 weeks and we haven t heard anything. Horrible service

Nice area to park out. You can park outside so its easy to walk over and get in your car and go. Downtown so it's easy to walk to the places you have to get to, can get full at times when events happen.

Spent thousands of dollars and drove hundreds of miles trying to make some sales at a trade show at the Oncenter. The fellow collecting the cash this week (Older male wearing a hat that said Godfather. He also had a red lanyard that said Marines) was a disgrace. On the other hand a fellow named Stephan was the exact opposite. Kind and helpful!

No issues with this parking space. We went to enjoy some downtown activities and it put us right where we needed to be. It was easy in and easy out. Do not hesitate to use this lot.

Great parking plus it's super convenient to downtown area State, Federal and County offices. I definitely felt safe walking through there in the wee hours of the morning!

Was Never at The Garage I don't own a car!Someone else hacking my phone account was there! It showed up on Maps giving me the location the time this took place

Inventer parking garage is down town. You can park your car there for a reasonable price and walk to were you need to go. Love it

The exits could be much better identified. They say exit but then you realize that they are for monthly subscribers only.

It gets the job done and the garage has a bridge link to the Oncenter so you never have to go outside if you do not want.

Easy to get in and out most days. Always maintained. Limited ice in the winter. Friendly employees .

It's a parking garage in downtown Syracuse. The one I which the county courthouse has a discount program when called for jury duty.

Only complaint is that the sign said parking $5 but when an attendant stopped us he said it was $12 due to a special event.
