Is febuary 12:00 midnight I had the worst day of my life with one of your employees , I've been riding with your cab company since 2012 and I have never had a problem with anyone or anything I love riding with suburban because you guys are nice and clean and very very intelligent 90% of your drivers . today I had a bad, bad, horrible day it started when I realized my appointment is at 1pm it's 12:45 and then taxi is not here yet, I called your cab company to be informed that my cab was cancelled , I thought she was joking, but I was told because car 112 waited for me and I am a no show. How can I be a no show when I am waiting for a cab for a long time which prompted me to call suburban no one called me I called them to ask him why isn't my car here yet I was informed that the driver said that I was a no-show how can I be a no-show as an amputee I'm standing in my doorway , my doorway is 3 to 4 ft directly in front of my drivewayand I am waiting on suburban .Any driver would tell you that Brenda is never late .she inform me that cab number 112 was cancelled because he marked me as a no-show how can you mark me as a no-show when you never came to my house, the taxi #112 never came to my house. that's the case why didn't someone call me and to ask me like they normally do, I am a sick person, I don't have time to play games.they normally call me but not this time no cab ever came to my house never ,never ,never .I have been with your cab company since 2012, your drivers are nice , cars kept cleanI always seem to run into issues with your customer service if you could change anything about your company let it would be customer service there's always been confusion with customer service. please I'm asking you to train your employees in customer service , Customer service stink suburbanBRENDA MURRAY

Wonderful service! I commend all the drivers from suburban and call a bus ! They are the most kind ,friendly ,upbeat drivers that make transporting wheel chair bound people enjoyable! Thanks you so much for your services!

Grandmother was scheduled to be picked up at designated location at 2pm today.Currently 3:03pm and they have just pulled in to pick her up and bring her to a new location.We were NOT met with any helpful communication or updates from Suburban to let us know of any delay.

Suburban Transport serves the community by providing very cheap transportation from an elderly person, disabled persons home to either church a doctor's appointment or the grocery store and back home if need be at a cost of $2.00 per trip thru the Centros call a bus program.Vehicles are clean well maintained and in top notch shape

Suburban cab was clean and on time, unlike Blue Star, which was almost an hour late with their noisy, badly maintained car with filthy seats - choose Suburban, avoid Blue Star.

Just witnessed a driver of a wheelchair van in the village of Liverpool speed around a school bus that was stopped with it's red lights on and stop sign out. Tried calling the company to report and I was sent to a supervisor, supposedly, who's mailbox was full. They obviously don't care about the safety of others, and what about any customers riding in the van? Poor, unsafe drivers, would give zero stars if I could

Excellent experience with Suburban. Needed pickup really early in the morning and the driver arrived 15 mins early. Ride home with different driver was excellent as well. Both drivers were really nice and very considerate. Will definitely be using them again!!

Today I want to brag about Nate our driver this morning. He was the best driver we've ever had! His drive was smooth, careful, precise. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring!!! I cannot express my gratitude enough how we both felt of this driver!

Quick and on time sometimes early. Pretty Friendly service (I am an introvert so I don't start conversation 9fetn) when we do enter in conversation. Love the can tracker that's so cool. Reason I give four stars is because I have to sit in the back all the time and I have leg problems its hard for me to get in and out of back seats I can do it it's just hard

My daughter was picked up at our home and brought to accesscny for therapy in her power wheelchair. They never came back to pick her up and we do not have a vehicle that can transport her power chair. We ended up picking her up and leaving the chair to hopefully be picked up by suburban tomorrow

Personally, I didn't like the long wait times. I was told I would be picked up at 7:15. It wasn't till 10 of 8 till they showed up. I have a 8:15 on time for dialysis. Then waited over an hour for return. Same thing 2 times in a row. Have used this service before in the past and had no problems what's so ever. Very nice people though. Not one problem with my drivers.

I am a disabled Marine Corps Veteran on oxygen 24/7 in a scooter. Suburban transports me to and from my appointments at the Syracuse VA and in the community for over the past 2 years. The drivers are very respectful and very professional. The vans are always clean and sanitized. I highly recommend anyone in need of medical transport that they are the best around.

I am a regular customer with Suburban Transportation, and my experiences are ALWAYS pleasant. The drivers have all been professional, courteous, and prompt. Their vehicles are by far, the most well-kept public transportation vehicles in Syracuse.I am most impressed with the level of professionalism that extends from Dispatch to Management( Mr. John in Syracuse area - Very nice Guy!). Customer Service is a priority with Suburban and for that; they will continue to get my Business! Thanks

Suburban needs to do a better job of screening their drivers and making sure they are actually fit to work with seniors. My father went to ask his driver a question en route to dialysis on Saturday 12/18 and the driver slammed on the brakes so fast my father s head hit the plastic plexiglass nearly causing my fathers glasses to break. I will be contacting suburban. This is the second time I have had to call about one of their drivers. This is unacceptable. Just very disgusted that they would not do a better job of screening their drivers or better yet have cameras on their vehicles to see how their drivers are really acting to their customers.

After being in the hospital for 5 months and getting issued equipment (shower chair and manual wheelchair that breaks down), and having numerous patient belongings bags, the driver complained about having to haul my equipment and wanted us to leave some things behind and have them mailed to me at my home. When the transportation was set up, the case manager was assured that there would be enough room for everything I had. The driver called the company and complained loudly and even made some unprofessional comments about the hospital staff. The driver had to drive me 3 hours from Syracuse and on numerous occasions I saw that the driver was exceeding the speed limit both on the highway and through the towns. Upon arriving at my home, the driver asked for a tip for bringing me home. I was put in an awkward position since I didn't have cash on me since I had just been discharged from the hospital. I'm sure the transport fees they charge are more than enough to cover the transport and the driver's salary without them asking for a tip. Luckily this should be the last time I have to use them!

I called Medicare transportation on Friday to schedule for my father's appointment for Monday. The appointment was for 9:00Am with Oncology at upstate. The appointment was scheduled and suburban transportation was to pick him up on Monday.The lady called me on Monday morning to confirm the appointment and said someone will pick him up at 8:25 Am. At 8:30 Am no one showed up. I called and I was told to wait. Oh my God at 8:50 still there was no one. At 9:00Am I decided to call the hospital and let them know my father was running late. I am so disappointed that no one showed up.I decided to drive my father to the hospital. What an experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company, the drivers, dispatchers, billing office and President. My mother has been ill for the past year and requires transportation to and from dialysis three times a week. My father and I have been in frequent contact with various staff and have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Mother adores all of the drivers, as they have been so kind, gentle and patient with her. Whether it be taxi service or full wheel chair transportation, I'd highly recommend Suburban Transportation for quality care by quality employees.

I use them for my Medicaid Transportation now. They are professional and on time. I especially like that they text you the cab number that will be coming to get you and you can click the link they give u and u can see how far away they are from ur home. Also there cabs are all protected for COVID19. They have plastic barriers up protecting us from the driver, I thought that was nice too.

Took from Syracuse Airport home. Driver waiting. He was on the ball and chatted about weather, very was friendly. I could tell he loved his job. Car was new and clean. Price was fair and well worth it. I never touched a bag till I got to my door. Would never hesitate using them or referring to anyone. Great job!!

I can not speak for all their drivers but certain one the morning of 4/1/21 road raging and trying to ram into on two different incidents and riding my bumper. This was while driving thru the city by the hospitals where speed limit is only 20. Will be contacting company and city police on this. And took a pic of the drivers van

Drivers are wonderful, never an issue. Dispatch is horrible except for Joe he's awesome. For the past two months they have picked me up late and 9 out if 10 I have to reschedule.

When the suburban transportation van passed me doing about 70 and a 30 just about pushed me off the side of the road passing me so fast when you call to complain or let them know about their driver that drives the van 161 they hang up on you repetitively I have called five times just get hung up on. Is this a company I would trust somebody driving my parents or somebody I loved around in absolutely not

I am a disabled Marine on 12 liters of oxygen in hospice who suffered a medical emergency. Suburban was used to transport me home from the ER. The attendants, Tyrone and Clyde, stayed with me to make sure I was stabilized on O2 well beyond their shift, as well as safe at all times. Their concern was about my safety and my health situation which went beyond a routine transport service. Such professionalism is a blessing which suburban offers. Thank you for everything Guys.

I can not believe the driver I had! #158 on 8/23 at 3:20 was a horrible driver!! Not only was he speeding going 70 on 690 but I also almost fell out my seat! He was blasting music too. Just absurd!
