Dropped off rims last week to get snow tires out on. We were told come get them the next day and haven't been able to get ahold of the owner since. We have called, left messages. Been to the business 3 times, always closed. The police are involved now. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

Can't say Thank you enough for the service provided today. Enroute home and halfway through our 9 hour drive we had a sidewall puncture occur. Mike could not have been nicer and helped to get the spare on and us back on the road. Thank you and we only hope we can repay your kindness.

Go here if you need a tire patched quickly! Was on the thruway and got a flat. Called Stevensons and they got me fixed and on my way fast. Honest, friendly, and genuine, Mike is the real deal. I highly recommend him. Thanks Mike!

I called ahead after I had noticed I had a screw in my tire, and I was taken care of quickly. All 3 people & the adorable pupper I interacted with were professional, kind, & courteous. Great prices, pleasant experience, highly recommend!

Wow, what a great experience. Limped into their station with a major oil leak and was met with knowledgeable, incredibly nice and honest service. Went the majorly extra mile to determine that my costly repair was under warranty. Highly recommend this locally run business. Lori and Mike are the best!

Brought my car on a Wednesday at closing time and the guy there looked at if for me quick just to see what was wrong with it, they scheduled me for the very next day to get it fixed. They were very nice and fast service and Laurie in the office was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you will definitely be back.

Absolutely thrilled with the convenience, comfort, and excellent quality professional performance. I buy my tires here. I also bring any repair or maintenance issue for my vehicles here as well, even my annual inspections. They can do it all and do it right. Highly recommended!

I have been a customer at stevensons fo almost 3 years. I've had only Excellent service from them. They are a friendly courteous hard working g honest family owned business. If your lucky enough you just might meet their maltose which is a cute friendly tiny dog. My grandchildren just love playing with her. They go out of their way to help every one that comes through the door. I've been there many times where they are booked solid. People would come in and they would go out of their way to accommodate them. I will and have recommend them to friends and family. Even people I don't know.!!! Thank you all at stevensons tire and service center. You are such a pleasure to do business with!!!!

We had car trouble on the road, called ahead from the thruway, and were lucky to find Stevensons. Mike was able to diagnose the problem and managed to give us a temporary fix that would get us home. (All the way to Maine!) It was late in the day, and we so appreciated the great service! If you need any car service, you can't find a better place! And if you go there, give Izzy (the pup) a pat for us!

Poor customer service- I've got two cars that I've brought to them over the last year and have been continually frustrated with the lack communication from the garage. Follow-up is bad and I never really knew what was going on with the vehicles. Last month I called about getting a part (for repairs that they already knew about) and the mechanic actually hung-up on me. I called back and they said they "he just didn't know how to handle the problem" and also couldn't apparently work the computer to find the service record or parts. So, if you like OK maintenance with frustrating customer service then Stevensons could be good enough in a pinch.

Went with a friend to get the smart start calibrated and taken out, they have a dog that the women clearly could not control. The dog barked and lunged at everyone who came even close to the door. The women who should have been in control of it, had a serious attitude. HORRIBLE customer service by her.

Great place to take your car! The owners are so kind and honest! Have been there many times and have always been pleased with the repair. Waiting area is pleasant and clean.

Really quick service. I dropped off my truck for an inspection and they had it ready in a little over an hour. There was a scheduling mix up and I wasn't put on the calendar but they still fit me in.

I live in Indiana and my Daughter is a student at Syracuse. She was to leave to come home to Indiana for Christmas tomorrow. However, she slid on the ice and damaged her car. I called Stevenson's and explained she needed some help and was looking for someone to do a quick and honest repair so she could make it home and be safe. Even though Mike was booked for the day, he made room for my daughter. He made the repairs quickly and at a very reasonable price. THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR FAMILY MIKE!

What a wonderful garage. My car broke down while I was up in the area for an appt. They got a tow truck and stayed late to get me back on the road. Very courteous and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so very much for everything. Bless you all.

Went several times and they made the car worse, more problems have come up every time I leave and they never fixed the first one! Very rude. Will never return.

They were able to fix a problem that Mavis discount tire and even Firestone couldn't figure out and didn't try to sell me something not related to my issue.. and the lady behind the counter has a cute puppy..

When you head to their shop and can t even get into the place because they haven t bothered plowing or shoveling anything, anywhere... almost ripped my bumper completely off trying to get in...NONE of the employees offered to help AND WAS SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD FOR 20 minutes!!!! Never again.

Never had a bad experience there. Everyone is very friendly there and they very willing to help you understand any problems they find. They are my go to, mechanic for all my auto problems.

Best prices and best service I went to a different tire store and it cost me $1500 to fix my tires and I went to stevensons and he check it and the other store didn't do anything and stevensons gonna fix my muffler and my wheel berring for $800 and there doing my oil Change free so don't waste your time paying $5000 dollars for a car car checkup and go to stevensonsons

I have a Smartstart on my truck took it in for my monthly plug in and had a violation for a test told the man there and he asked if i had a receipt for work done on my truck the day before and faxed it for me to smartsmart and they refunded the $75.00 charge hat of to the people there THANK YOU BOB GATES
