Brandon did an amazing job on my paint correction and ceramic coating my car looks better than new and is protected for daily driving! He was very professional to deal with, communicated well, and gave honest advice and input to help give me the best results on my car. He truly does care for your vehicle as if it was his own this makes all the difference in the quality of his work. Highly recommend, will continue to come back for any of my auto detailing/protection needs!

Brandon is extremely professional and a master of his craft. He treats your vehicle like his own and is meticulous and detail oriented in his work. I highly recommend him for any and all automotive finish or detailing services he provides. He also keeps his showroom stocked with excellent and reasonably priced detailing products. Brandon never hesitates to explain the proper use of his products or to share his knowledge.

I am so delighted with the work that Brandon and his team were able to do for my car. He is so incredibly personable, passionate, and proud of the work that he's able to do for people.There was never a shadow of doubt that my car was in good hands when I dropped it off, and after picking it up I can confirm my intuition was correct! I really feel like the work done was above and beyond the scope of what I was expecting. The prices are *incredibly* fair for the quality of work and care put in to bringing your car in.Places like this where people value their work and have the skills to back it up are rare these days. The owner Brandon at Shawshanked Detailing is hands down the best detailer in the Syracuse area. What you get is someone who is Honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable at what he does. Mercedes, Porsche, BMW no matter what it is-Shawshanked Detailing can be trusted to treat them. I've had Paint repair, ceramic coating, scrapes/ paint chips repaired, PPF and details- Always makes your vehicle look fresh out the showroom. Definitely a well run and respectable business. 10/10 recommend! Shawshanked Detailing got my 2018 Audi S5 in and out in a timely manner with full paint correction and ceramic coating and I absolutely love it! My car has had a rough 40,000 miles/5 years put on it from the previous owner and Shawshanked Detailing was very thorough and clear throughout the whole process and got it looking better than when it was new! Got a paint correction and ceramic coat on my black Silverado. It s easier to keep clean and when it is clean it s like looking in a mirror! Definitely recommend, I will be back with my next car.

I use Shawshank for a ton of work. Super nice guy. Great detail work (the best I ve seen by far) I call him when another detail shop leaves swirls.
