Slowest shop I`ve ever seen. Refused to let my truck leave the shop after payment just because She wanted to. Good job Delaura super professional service you got right there. They will give you attitude at all times , assuming its a family owned company you wont be able to get to anyone to help you with any issues related to the service.They will tell you they will get on it right away then u will wait all day for them to finish , its all lies.I would avoid this place , be advised !

I had a blow out and needed roadside assistance. The company would not tell me the price of the tire, their call out fee, or hourly labor rate. They wanted to put a $1500 hold on my credit card before sending a tech out who would then do an assessment before they would let me know what the charges would total out to. Absolute madness thinking I'd give them the green light without giving me an estimate of what they would charge me.

After being on hold after hours only to be hung up on, called back, felt like 20 minutes on hold to get someone that barely speaks English. Do yourself a favor and call industrial tire. The guy that answered the phone is the same guy that Changed my tires.

I recently worked here, it was alright at first but the other comment is right. All they care about is there pockets. The manager Chris will give you this whole big speech about how we care about our employees and we want to make you the most money as possible and blah blah blah but he will take whatever he knows about you that s personal and basically throw it in your face in a sly way. Also I was originally hired for tire tech and ended up taking the delivery driver position my pay was kept the same because I would help out in the tire tech position when things would get busy I ended up being taken advantage of and basically full-time tire tech and delivery driver also shipping and receiving basically when I was told something else when I first was hired don t bother your time with these people. Also I had to point out how a couple of trucks were way past due on their inspections they re absolutely careless honestly. Also on top of that a few times Chris the boss would have me clean out his truck bed for when he would do personal at home landscaping and what not on his house and would basically have me clean up his garbage that was loaded on his truck in the dumpsters at work. Let alone tell me to gas up his truck that he drives everyday.

I am frequently at this business for tires and service for my employer. I am always greeted with a friendly hello and provided with fast, efficient and quality workmanship. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend STTC.

Drove in at 4pm on a Friday afternoon with a leak in my RV inside rear tire. Turned out it was just a leaky valve stem. They helped me out quick and for a very reasonable price. Quoted me a very reasonable price for a new tire, had I needed one too. Had tried a local RV store nearby first, an hour earlier(3pm) and they wouldn't fit me in before a 5pm close. I will certainly look first for this or another Service Truck Tire Center for my RV next time. I highly recommend them.

These guys here are awesome!!! A+, nice and friendly, they really helped me out with my truck and trailer. They work late to get me done. I'm a owner operator and they know how valuable my time is. Went in for a used tire. I received a good tire at a good rate. Was brought right in after I arrived. Communication in the shop lacked a little bit, but that could have just been my experience.

I asked a wheel bering check, mechanic figure out need to adjust, I ask if they can replace bering and seal, he said not necessarily, all I need a Adjustment, I said ok go ahead and do the job, job done after 95 miles I stop and figure Oil all over, first thing in the morning Called the Service Truck center, He Advised me Get the Cover do it my self, Anyway Later I replaced both side bering And seal, Called this place reimburse my money He said ok he will, is been 1 month bunch of emails and texting no answer, Please stay away from this Place not Safe

This place is an absolutely scam and the management is so poor did try to sugarcoat the beginning every service do you want to do but at the end they add up list of services that you never asked for and they came up with so many little fees that no other place will charge you I would not recommend this place to anyone that owns truck business.

900.00 for 1 tire roadside a little expensiveI know I asked for a new tire not recaps the bill I got was for 900.00 and it was a day time call not night time 30 minutes away from your shop you charged 125.00 3 hrs 375.00 just to come out I'm going by the invoice you gave me

Alot of delay, young technicians just drag themselves was there for 1.45 hrs for a flat tire otherwise price is encouraging

They charge me $530 for nothing they charge me .97 per milla plus $120 for driving to there $120 driving back just for nothing because the part was wrong!!
