Everyone was very courteous and professional. The mechanic even texted a video of what needed to be addressed. My only complaint is the cost of the proposed service.

Staff is absolutely incredible, always goes above and beyond. Service took a little extra time (meaning over an hour, which was reasonable considering the circumstances) on one occasion and they actually apologized and asked if I was hungry and if I wanted food ordered.

Had to take my Mazda CX-5 there for a recall. Made an appointment for 9:30 AM and drove 60 miles to get there on time. The recall notice said it was a 90 minute job, this place told me 4 to 5 hours. They didn t take the car in until 3 o clock and I am still waiting for it at 4:35. Every business has excuses today but that s all they are. If you can t honor the appointment don t take the appointment, if you can t do the job don t accept the job and don t make somebody wait eight hours for a 90 minute job. Totally and completely unacceptable
