Bought a 2018 Mazda 3 from Nima and I had a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and so funny. Really took the time to get to know me and made the whole thing easy. Very satisfied with my (new to me) vehicle. Absolutely recommend him and Romano Mazda!

Romano Mazda was excellent, every step of the way, to help me get the car I wanted. Salesperson, Nima, is so good at his job. He listens; doesn't forget what you say to him or what he has said. He's the same with paperwork, too! Steve, the manager was great. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I just got a new Mazda CX 5 and it couldn t be done without Nima! He is so personable and knowledgeable. He speaks to you like you are his best friend or a family member. In fact, all the staff members were so incredible and patient (I had a two year old running around). From start to finish the process was easy, fast, and I will for sure guide everyone to Romano Mazda.

This car buying experience by far has been the WORST! From start to now.1. I m buying a certified pre-owned with only 6,000 miles on it. They don t even make sure it s clean. They said they were busy.2. I have had issues with this 2021 Mazda CX-30 and each time I m given the run around trying to get it fixed before the warranty runs out. Car won t start, they ve had it over a week and can t figure out what is wrong. I would never buy a car from them again and plan to warn anyone who will listen on how they do business.

I want to thank Romano mazda and especially my friend NIMA, for helping me make my first big girl purchase. my friend NIMA kept it real with me throughout the whole process with pricing, if I should lease and or finance, as well as finding which car was in my best interest. I would highly recommend this dealer ship if you are looking for a family oriented dealership that treats you like one of their own and charge your worth for a trade-in, also keep you inform about other options and check in frequently to always allow you to know what's going on especially if you order a car!!! I'm now highly satisfied with my BRAND NEW, ZERO mile 2023 CX-5 carbon edition with the red interior that I was waiting for 2 long months for due to back order ;) for the people that's trolling this company and never had an experience with an actual salesperson shame on you!

Nima was very personable, informative and easy to work with. He made my fianc� and I feel very confident about our purchase by giving us all the necessary information we needed. He spent ample time with us, we never felt rushed or pressured. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone interested in Mazda. This was our 4th vehicle purchase from Romano and we definitely will be back!

I kept forgetting to post about my 2020 experience when I bought my 2020 cx30. But as I am in the process of changing cars, this resurfaced. I thought everything went well, I wanted to get things wrapped up in 2 hrs but they didn t have the car ready, spent a week getting them everything they needed and assured me I be in and out under an hour, naturally caused me to be a little impatient, but still civilized and understanding. But guess the final guy was having a bad day or a tad bit crude all around. When I was done with the finance office, and all was said and done on my 2020 purchase, he calls me into his office and proceeds to tell me you know the best part, I never have to see you again all the while smiling. I was kind of awestruck. But honestly I found it funny a grown man, on the heavier side of heavy, behaving like a teenager. Neither I nor any one in my network have stopped by since. Just took our business to neighboring towns, we especially enjoyed Northtown Mazda over the years. I thought about proving his words wrong, but you shouldn t piss on a sick person just bc he s pissing all around. Not posting any names since he still has to feed his family, but I hope you see this and know the next person might not hold your name back.

First, everyone I ve worked with at Romano Mazda has been friendly and kind. With that being said, that s the only good thing I can say about Romano Mazda. The first experience I had was a simple oil change on my 2023 CX-50. I had to wait 1.5 hours for an oil change which is frustrating since they told me it would be 30-45 minutes. When I got my car back, it was covered in dirty handprints and foot prints. The second (and last) experience I had with Romano Mazda was for a small recall- I had a tiny (~1 ) tear in my drivers seat. It took Romano 2 months to get me in for it to be repaired. Every time I called, they d tell me I ll call back tomorrow to let you know when we can get you in. A week would go by and no call back- this occurred 6 times in total, even with the manager. When they finally got me in to get my seat fixed, I drove over an hour to pick in up and the heated seats didn t work (they worked well before ). So they brought it back in the shop- A week later I never heard back (I m still without my car- although they did give me a loaner), so I called when they told me they broke the seat housing in the process of trying to fix the seat warmer that they broke.Just over four months since I reported the tear, my car is fixed and looks/works great again. We ended up buying another new Mazda, and this time we went to Steet Ponte Mazda. We had an excellent sales and service experience- much quicker, friendlier, and higher quality service than Romano. I will not (and encourage no one to) return to Romano Mazda.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at the Syracuse Romano Mazda dealership. I hadn t purchased a new vehicle in over 10 years and was worried the experience would be daunting. Fortunately, I ended up connecting with Nima who made it such a wonderful experience. He intuitively understood my needs in terms of how much/how little intervention I wanted as I began exploring the different options. Not only did I learn about the lengths that Mazda manufacturers will go to to tailor their cars down to the actual hand stitching to make it all about the driver experience, but rather than making it feel transactional, and I know this sounds cheesy, they made me feel like I was not only buying a car, but being welcomed into the Mazda family. Everyone was extremely friendly and genuine in their demeanor. Car buying still isn t my favorite; the stress of making a big purchase is never my idea of fun, but Nima made it painless and brought out the very best of car buying.

Went to buy a new car, and I was prepared for battle. They didn't even try to sneak in any extra fees. There was no pressure from Yaz, the salesman. They were able to get me financing two points lower than the pre-approval I had from my bank. A surprisingly stress-free experience. 10/10 will purchase from them again.

I had an awesome experience working with Romano Mazda. Huge shoutout to Nima for his service with getting me a great deal. There were tons of hiccups within the buying process, but Nima was extremely patient and helpful to get me the car I wanted. I truly appreciate the effort he put into making the deal happen. I had the best experience at Romano Mazda! Nima P helped me, he is so patient, realistic and honestly really funny. He broke everything down for me thoroughly. With the market crazy like it is, he was up front and honest about pricing and what climate we are in today. I m in LOVE with my BRAND NEW car!! The worst customer service experience I have ever received from any car dealership. I would recommend going absolutely anywhere else but Romano Mazda.Initially they tell you whatever they can to make the deal, but once the deal is done, things change. They tell you something completely different and drag it out for months and months on end.After negotiating the deal, putting money down and signing all the paperwork, things went downhill. New car was delayed arriving even though online showed it was at the dealership. New car arrived with damage and I was not told about the damage until after I arrived at the dealership and had signed the final paperwork.After being informed of the damage I was told that I had to bring the car back at a later date if I wanted it fixed When arriving for my scheduled repair appointment to get the damage fixed, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the loaner car that I was promised for all the inconvenience was not available. I was told to come back a week later Once the car was repaired I turned it on and the tire pressure light was on. Instead of the tech inspecting the light at the time I had to come back later that day for them to tell me there was a screw in my tire Now my brand new, 3 month old car, is having issues not starting, needing to be jumped and not starting properly with the remote start. Romano told me that I could purchase a new battery myself, for the key fob and that might solve the problem- Three months after taking ownership of the car, and repeatedly asking Josh P when I will receive my overpayment refund, to be reassured by Josh I would receive a refund, I am being told I m not owed any additional money. That they reworked the deal after I made a payment on my previous lease and they re changing the terms of our original deal.Despite various written and verbal assurances from their sales team, specifically Josh P, original deals mean nothing to Romano. Money owed will not be refunded as repeatedly promised.After getting no where with Josh, I got a call from the General Manager Steven, to let me know that, I am wrong and Romano does not have to uphold the original deal. That despite repeated verbal and written assurances regarding the original deal, Romano will not uphold the original deal. The excuse provided from Steven was that Romano should have done a better job explaining why they can refuse to uphold their end of the agreed upon deal.I regret giving Romano Mazda my business and will never go back. An unethical place of business. I recommend you go elsewhere.

I came to them in need since my previous car became unusable. Salesman Bryan to the rescue. He got me exactly what I needed and stayed within my budget. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful. I will be a Mazda customer for life now.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Romano Mazda around a month ago. Before ever going to their physical location, I was in contact with an employee there, Lilie, who was very helpful when answering questions about scheduling test drives, which models were in stock, procedural things, etc.When we actually visited the store, we were helped by Marivic, who was great at walking us through the process. She explained the various models, trims, and availability. We got to test drive the model we were most interested in and had no issues with that at all.The building itself was clean and well-maintained. There was a nice kitchen/waiting area which looks like it'd be nice to wait in during maintenance appointments.After agreeing to a purchase, the financing portion of the transaction went very smoothly, and we never felt like any unwanted extras were being forced on us. Also, we were trading in our old vehicle, for which we got a fair value.A month later, we're very happy with our new Mazda! There are no issues whatsoever, and it's very nice to drive in general. We definitely recommend the brand, and are thankful to Romano Mazda and their great employees for the help!

I went to Romano Mazda. The customer service was very friendly. They answered all of my questions. They were willing to work with me on looking for a vehicle within in my budget. I definitely appreciate them for that. Take a look and you will never know. Anybody that's looking for a vehicle that doesn't hurt their budget. This is a dealership I would definitely reccomend. I was happy about my purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with Romano Mazda dealership. I wanna give a special thanks to Marivic from Romano Mazda.

First of all let me begin by saying that this was my first car purchase/lease. After a bad experience at another dealership (Not a Romano dealership) I gave up looking for a lease deal during this crazy time with the car shortage we are experiencing right now. However the opportunity came along for me to call Romano Mazda and speak to a gentleman named Mike Salcido, Mike was GREAT to work with answered ALL my questions (no matter how ridiculous I might add), worked out a deal for me on a vehicle that had everything I wanted and MORE at the payment I WANTED**. Couldn t have been more impressed and pleased with my purchase. In the day where customer service is few and far between and dealerships are just trying to take advantage of the times we re in, this was a GREAT experience and I ve already recommended this dealership to many people!

Do not go to this dealership unless you want to get ripped off. I came here first to get my used 2018 Mazda appraised since I bought it from them. I was extremely disappointed on the amount they told me my car was worth and I knew it was worth a lot more. The manager had all of these excuses as to why they gave me this price. I went to Burdick Mazda a few days later and they gave me $5,500 more for my used car than Romano to trade it in. I will never go back to Romano again and regret giving them my business when I bought my 2018 cx5 there.

Recently closed a deal for my new CX-30 turbo and honestly I couldn't be more thrilled. To be quite honest, my sales person Adam Cross, made the process so much easier. If you are considering a Mazda from Romano, I would definitely recommend asking for Adam!
