Told my driver to stop by and tighten the two belt, minimum change was 2hrs. I heard half hour or one hour minimum change but 2hrs first time ever, on top of that they didn t have to diagnose anything. Just tighten the belts that s all.They had to replace the belt according to them, for 30minutes work they made quite some $$$ almost $600.00 see pics.I will make sure unless the reefer is going to die in the area never stop there again.

They tried to take advantage of my being locked out of my car by charging at least 5 times what I paid AAA the last time I had a problem.

Rob the service manager is one of the most honest and reputable people I have had the opportunity to meet in the service business. Truck was in a tough spot severely damaged engine and Rob helped get everything put right and cut me a lot of slack along the way.Not many folks like that in this world, highly recommend!

When it comes to heavy truck repair these guys really know their stuff. Nice to deal with actual thinking mechanics vs the parts exchangers we have at so many truck repair shops these days. They diagnosed, tested and fixed a problem in two hours that another shop spent 6 hours messing up. If you need truck repair in the Syracuse area go here first, they will probably save you both time and money by doing it right the first time.

Horrible customer service.Had one of my trucks come in to have the idle restriction lifted after a rebuild. They called me to get permission as the owner. 5 minutes later they call back and bill me 280 dollars for something I've paid 50 dollars for at other places. 5 minutes...280 dollars? 3 minutes of that was probably walking towards the truck. Said all that to the woman and said it doesn't matter that's what I owe.I wont be back and you should avoid this place like the money shredder it is.

DO NOT USE FOR ROAD SERVICE CALL!!!!!!!! THIS LOCATION WILL RIP YOU OFF AND YOU PAY 5x WHAT YOU SHOULD!!!!!!! WILL NEVER EVER USE PENN POWER GROUP EVER AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTING. In response to below, I've sent emails to attempt conversation and it's a waste of time. No one has responded from the location that did the repair, and the address provided apparently is a waste of time.

Tractor Trailer was in for 2 weeks.Was told tomorrow, tomorrow tomorrow it'd be done. Mind you it's our only truck to haul and that 2 weeks no income with it sitting at the shop!

my APU wouldn't start these guys got me in on a Friday got my APU fixed and running these guys are very good at what they do drivers lounge was clean and the employees are nice THANKS PENN POWER GROUP

We had a trailer sensor go bad ,came here,got here at 530am they didn't open til 7am then had to wait 6hrs for them to finish, too slow of service for us
