Young man picked up my car at 8pm and took it to dealership. Very polite, friendly and honest. Will never call anyone else for towing based on this experience. Showed within an hour of calling their main number.

I had a flat tire on a very busy road, so I called for a tow truck. At first the nice woman on the phone estimated around 45 minutes. Then maybe 10 minutes later I got a call from the driver, saying he'd be there in 15 minutes! I called so many other tow company's that day, and none of them came through like Pascalrella's! Excellent service, and arrived so fast! Very very happyService: Car towing

I recently used their towing service when I bought a project car from one of my friends. The car did not drive and had 4 seized rotors, our tow truck driver Don was very professional dealing with the difficult situation. He made everything work even though I know it was a difficult task. I would highly recommend him and the Pascarella s team. Thank you again Don.

Employees can make or break your business. Chuck was dispatched when I broke down on I-81. He showed up quickly, with a smile on his face. He could absolutely be a contender for first place at the Tire Changing Rodeo. Thanks for making a rough evening more tolerable!

Twice these guys saved me. Once I was towed when my engine blew on my car. They were there in 25 minutes. Second time was just now. Same guy showed up named Justin. I locked my keys in my car and was going to be late for work. Everywhere else said 120 minutes. Justin showed up in 15 minutes. I was stuck on Thompson road at Hercules gym. He unlocked my car and I made it to work on time. He even gave me a cigarette. Great place highly recommend!!!!!Services: Car lockouts, Car towing

I would rate my experience dealing with the office personnel five stars as I called to make a complaint against a driver that almost ran me off the road and smashed into my back end and continued to ride my tail for a few blocks... I decided to call thinking that it would probably get me nowhere but the pleasant woman that answered the phone assured me that the gentleman driving would be reprimanded. It's nice to know that just bc someone drives for your company it doesn't mean they're in the right all the time. I don't recall her name but she was very pleasant and apologetic about the rude driver

Pascarellas towing did a fabulous job. the driver was personable and courteous. the only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I was quoted one price when I called to book the tow, and a different price when he showed up. otherwise, I would recommend them

Best tow service in CNY. I got tboned on Mother s Day and they were there within ten minutes and price was amazingly fair even though my insurance will cover it. Also, the driver was very clean and kind.

After dealing with the God awful Valu- towing service that never came after 4 hours. Called Pascarella s and met with a nice man named Joe. He was quick , efficient and friendly. Love this company and will use them again! Highly recommended.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

If you don t ever want the police involved with simply just wanting a tow on your vehicle, I wouldn t go to this place. Demanded a refund & for him to leave because the driver called the cops on me for absolutely no reason. But they tell me they don t have my money I just gave to them lol, then suddenly they do have it & process it later in the day. I ve waited 3 days now & still have not got a refund. My bank doesn t see anything coming in from them, just the payment that was taken out. Kindly asked if they can try to process the payment again but instead I will be filing a claim & they will get served papers.

The customer service tonight was unbelievable. I work in the customer service industry and this company is amazing to get you back up and running in no time . They were nice, patient, efficient, and just overall a great company. I sincerely appreciate there work. They truly care about there job and treat your car like it's there own. Would 1000% recommend this company and especially if you are lucky enough to get you back on the road from bring from out of state . Ill be Customer for life when I'm visiting up state new York.

Not helpful! We have their signs to enforce no parking areas in our lots. Everytime we have called to have a vehicle towed they have refused telling us it's too late or they simply don't answer the phone. Why pretend to be a towing company if you aren't available when needed. Will be looking for another tow company and getting their signs taken down as soon as possible.Service: Car towing

I was desperate and freezing in a broken down car with no heat at 7pm in Downtown Syracuse. It was -5 and snowing. The first place I called said he wasn't in the area and hung up. Pascarella's answered the phone, got my location, and gave me the half hour eta. It was probably the best I was going to find. When the truck called to narrow down my location; he was so kind and helpful. I'll definitely be making them my first call next time.

Amazing service. Absolutely recommend.1. Operator didn t BS me on the fee or the time. She said 45 minutes max and the driver was here in 37.2. Got my car hooked up and ready to go in about 5 minutes. No scratches or dings at all3. Professional and courteous driver.Service: Car towing

This company totally saved me a headache when my car key managed to disappear. The operator was able to get my car out of an extremely tough parking space and get it to the dealership all within an hour of calling. Extremely professional driver with a great personality considering he was working in the cold rain. They were great. Joe was the driver/superhero that rescued me and my 6 year old daughter after being locked out of our car. I cant say enough good things about joe. He showed up super quick. He was personable and professional. Great guy doing great work. If I owned this business I would be so greatful to have someone like him representing the comapny. I m the Uber Driver who picked up elderly African American man who used this Tow Company at 1am in Morning on a Friday night which is extremely busy with Uber wait times in 15 degree weather just after a winter storm & the tow truck drivers response was I m not Uber driver to a client in need the inconsideration for someone going through something to not offer them a way home is completely negligent on this company s part let alone the lack morals shows it s not what this tow trucker driver might have experienced while working in Syracuse it s what they haven t experienced in life to not show some sympathy. Sincerely the ~Uber Driver I ll make sure I & many others don t use this towing company & hope they reach out to this man with an apology for his doing

I was in town for the first time visiting a friend and inadvertantly drained my battery and they were there quickly, provided friendly service, although I would say they should get card readers, thankfully the area I was in was pretty deserted, but I would want them reading my cc # out loud in a place where people could take advantage. Otherwise, no complaints!! Saved my butt

Got our car stuck on a freeway with a busted tire in the middle of Syracuse. Pascarella responded quicker than every local towing service and even faster than the cops. The driver worked to find us the best tire shop and provided us with wonderful service at a price that was unbeatable. If your car gets busted like ours this is the number to call.

I've used them several times they're always friendly professional and arrive quickly. Returned from vacation to find my car dead in the airport parking lot. Geico connected me with these lovely folks for a jumpstart, and I was on my way in less than 30 min. Jordan was friendly and professional as was the dispatcher.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service
