I had a very rough start with Nunn's and trying to get a new machine. I'm basing my experience and review from my the day that I met with Linda and got my new machine and supplies! Linda was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and did a great job working with me! I was thankful for the service that she provided!

I ve been working with Nunn s for a couple of years now and I am continually impressed with their entire operation. I recently had the opportunity to work with Patrick, one of their respiratory therapists, and he was extremely knowledgable about my new equipment, professional and congenial. It took awhile for me to understand the new procedure but he was patient and kind. I have found most of the other employees on site in Syracuse to be equally pleasant. They keep track of what I need, when I need it and get it sent out quickly once I respond. Also, the store in Syracuse is always neat and clean and their hours are very convenient.

Had a miserable experience with another supplier and finally called my doctor to send the prescription here instead. In less than a day I had an appointment and within 2 days had all of my supplies. Everything was easy and great communication with text message reminders. Linda was great to work with! Having used another provider for years, the experience between them and Nunn's is night and day. I am so happy I switched and highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience at Nunn's. They helped me through the insurance process quickly. Linda worked with me when I picked up the equipment; she knew the product well and answered all of my questions. She was friendly, helpful and offered good advice. Thank you!

I visited this business for the first time to get set up with my new BiPAP device. I was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. Linda - the staff member I worked with - was friendly, explained things clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and even recommended a new mask that she though might be more comfortable and convenient for me. (I was able to test it out in the office and I can also try it out at home for 30 days and if it doesn't work out, I can switch back to my old style of mask.) I will definitely visit this business again the next time I need medical equipment. They made everything very easy.

Linda helped me with my sleep apnea machine set up. She was very polite and personable. She was very thorough in explaining the process I will have to go through.i brought my brand new oximetry machine to see if she could compare it to one in the store and she discovered the one I had was faulty and hers worked on point so we bought it! She didn t have to do that but went out of her way to helps us. I m glad she s the one that helped me and put me at ease.

The staff and in person experience is great...quick and easy. My rep Matt was quick and efficient and easily answered any questions. The equipment appears to be high quality and easy to use. My only difficultly was scheduling my appoint via the online system...end up having to call and schedule; and no, it wasn't an AGE issues :-).

Lisa was outstanding, I had to returned to Nunn s when I thought that my compression socks were not tight enough. She remeasured me and educated me that I was really between two sizes. She suggested that I change size and request my Doctor increase my compression . I obtained a new prescription based on her knowledge and I am now walking further and with more comfort. Thank you Lisa your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Nunn's in Syracuse Is a very professional office. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Patrick was extremely helpful in helping me transition to a new c pap mask and I am very grateful for his knowledge and competence. He took the tjime to evaluate my concerns and problems in the past.I highly recommend this office.

I had an unfortunate mishap with leaving my cpap in a carryon compartment of an airplane that mysteriously never got turned in and insurance wouldn't approve anything at all for a replacement. I dealt with Nicole in billing as well as Mary and Linda to help set me up with a used machine I purchased out of pocket. The experience throughout this whole mess was so smooth with all the girls and I can't thank them enough for their tireless efforts to assist me with being able to sleep peacefully again!!! Thanks a million to everyone involved!!

I began C-Pap therapy over 20 years ago with a national company. Five years ago I switched to Nunns because of ineptness. Since then, I have never been treated so well as I have been here. All questions were answered and if they didn t have an answer, they found someone that did. Their customer service is beyond excellent and Linda D is a credit to the company. Not one question was unanswered. She considered no questions were unimportant. I cannot stress this enough. Thank you for being there for us. Don and Gloria Card

Had my sleep study on January 4th. Received a call from Linda at Nunn's regarding picking up my bi-pap machine and supplies on January 17th. Picked up everything today, January 19th. Linda was very courteous and professional. She went over everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I moved to a full face mask and Linda helped with fitting it properly. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Linda was the one to help me. She was awesome - very patient, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding! She went through step by step on all the features of the CPAP machine. She helped me properly fit the mask/headgear to my head. I can't thank her enough! I highly recommend Nunn's in Syracuse and I recommend asking for Linda if you have any CPAP questions or issues. Linda is very pleasant and easy to talk to!

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and went through Lincare to get my supplies. What a mistake that was; I had it less than a week and it never worked. I called them repeatedly for days and could never get through to anyone. They don t even answer the phone, they just put you on hold forever. I decided to give them machine back and go through Nunn s instead and thank God I did! Linda sat down with me for over 2 hours and made sure I didn t leave until I tried on multiple masks and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. She was super patient and kind and so happy with my new machine and mask. Thank you Linda!

Victoria has been a blessing. Lady Jane closed and I had been with them since 1992. Not sure what to do now. Victoria contacted me and she had all of Lady Jane's paperwork in front of her. Made it so easy for me to start a relationship with her and your business. Wonderfully satisfied.

Called to check on status of my order on numerous occasions, put on hold upwards of 12 minutes on 2 tries. Finally, after calling both Nunns and my doctor, my CPAP items arrived. Brutal experience.

I met with Chelsae for the fitting of new mastectomy bras and forms and she was so pleasant and nice to work with. I left completely happy with what we had worked out and the selections that were made. I will be happy to work with Chelsae and Nunn s in the future.

Picked up my CPAP from Linda last week! I was seen quickly, and she walked me through all of the ins and out of my new machine and was helpful in reviewing insurance/supply details/helped me update my app! Was helpful about future products and I will be back to get my medical supplies here in the future as well :)

I received great service, Patrick was very kind and personable. He made me feel relaxed and not so uneasy about getting a CPAP machine, which I was regretting. He did a great explaining how to use the machine and did so where I could clearly understand. He also has a GREAT sense of humor.

I called because I needed the cords for oxygen! I never get a call from Nuns to see if I need anything. Today was the first time they said I had to have then mailed to me unless I get tanks. A visitors dog bit thru my line and I don t drive I m blind in one eye and poor vision in the other. On home care. I told her they always deliver and she informed me Yeah with a tank I said no without tanks. So I asked to speak with an owner and she said She would and put me on hold!!! Got back on the line and said nope just as I said we don t deliver just cords. So I said ok sent a tank she says well you will need to have an empty. I had none empty. Is can get oxygen just not the cords to use the oxygen. So I have no air tonight!

Today I got my new cpap machine. While I despise going downtown and I cannot Parellel park, I was a bit nervous about my appt. Nunn's has customer parking in the back of their building as well as an entrance door ! Well, that made my life easier.Check in was ok, there were two Patients that checked in at the same time so I wasn't certain she actually checked me in bc she didn't tell me I was all set. I took a seat.My appt. time was 10 am and Linda greeted me to bring to the back room, very friendly and knowledgeable about respiratory machines. All questions were answered, the new machine was explained to me so I understood and I was not rushed !I addressed 1 concern I had which is not necessary for this review and Linda is going to look into it.Happy Appointment
