I dropped off my car after hitting a deer. Mark was pleasant and explained everything that they were going to do to fix my vehicle. Mark was amazing to deal with when I picked up my car he walked around the car with me. I could not be any happier. Awesome people to deal with. I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you again for doing a great job.

Let me tell you, if you re looking for customer service, SKIP THIS SHOP! And this is coming from someone who has never used any other repair shop outside of Northside Collision. Why? I ll tell you. First, when you give a customer a deadline for completion, stick to it. Don t change it three times and lengthen a repair to pad your pockets with additional insurance money - not cool. If my vehicle was in calibration and paint on 2/16, the update shouldn t be the same on 2/26. That s 10 days it sat with no progress. Why? Because they have several other cars they need to repair too . Not okay. Outcome? A additional $1100 on insurance costs. For what? Who knows! Secondly, when the OWNER of a vehicle calls for a status update, you don t answer with I already told your husband . Neat! My husband doesn t pay my bills, I do. Interact with your customer, or is that too much to ask? Compounding this, the manager did nothing to assist (Shawn Doupe) even after multiple missed deadlines and the damage analyst (Mark Tartaglia Jr.) was the WORST person I ve ever worked with for a repair. Condescending, rude, arrogant and callous.Long and short of it? Skip this place and find some place that understands what customer service is. Unless being disrespected and made to feel like a bother is your jam, then by all means, this is your place!

I'm a traveling construction worker who had the misfortune of hitting a deer in Central NY on my way to my folks house for Christmas. I drive a 2019 Dodge Charger R/T. As any Mopar enthusiast will tell you, my car is second only to my children. I was horrified of the possible outcomes. Northside Collision did the absolute impossible and fixed my car to perfection. No gaps in the lines, no high spots, everything was repaired to within an 1/8th of an inch. This isn't the regular "fix it" shop where your car comes back "as good as they could get it". My car came back to me looking as sexy and as beautiful as the day I drove her off the dealership lot. The craftsmanship put into my car was beyond expectation. They fixed my car the way I would've fixed my car. No amount of gratitude is enough for these people. And I haven't even spoke about the customer service. Lemme tell you, Sarah in the office is one of the nicest gals I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Not only did she keep me informed of everything that was going on, but also made sure my rental was dropped off. These people are highly skilled and they know how to treat their clientele. There is no amount of praise or recommendation that I can give. These people are hands down the best.Service: Body & Trim

Nothing but amazing things to say about my vehicle repair by Northside Collision in Eastwood. Everyone I worked with was helpful, professional, and courteous. Communication was above and beyond, and very timely. My vehicle looked like new (even after $12K of repair cost), including the thorough interior and exterior detailing of my vehicle prior to pickup. Absolutely nightmare with this company. They don't inform you anything. When you call them, they say jeff will call back. Jeff dont call me once. Jeff said he will call me and update me, he dont. Car didnt finish on time. Its took 2 and half months to finish my car. Damage is not that big. I will not recommend this place.

0 they are terrible no stars promised me money back didn't see nothing yet took 2 months and a half 1 week for a tie rod all the while lost all rental coverage had to go out of pocket Jeff said in front of Heather, and Mark he would get me some money back because of the delay I have not received nothing now I'm calling corporate this is ridiculous

I had a great experience with this repair shop. My vehicle was repaired well and was completed before the anticipated date. The staff were understanding of how difficult it is to be without a vehicle. They made a loaner available to me as soon as it was available. This was my second time to Northside for repairs to the car body. They do great work, have fantastic customer services, and are very helpful navigating the paperwork with insurance. I hopefully won't need additional body work anytime soon, but if I do, I will be returning to Northside!

Brought my daughters car in and it was in bad shape. The owner was very gracious with this time and was very honest about the repairs. He didn t take the car in for a full inspection but very nicely did some minor repairs to get the door to open and close and the fender to not run. This was the best experience I have ever had with getting my car repaired. This is a very well run business with exceptional staff and customer service. The whole process was smooth. I was sent updates on the progress of the repair work regularly and the finished 4 days earlier than they estimated. The work they did is absolutely perfect! Northside collision goes over and beyond. I had a wondering experience. I was kept up to date daily on my repair. As a special touch when my bumper was fixed, they vacuumed and detailed my car. Every piece of paper and recorded message asks for feedback but apparently they only want that if the feedback is positive. The owner has his email address on the website but no one has bothered to respond. The short version of the story is they kept the car twice as long as they said they would, literally forgot to do some of the work, smashed a sensor for the remote starter (and they accused me of lying about the starter being a factory install), totally failed to listen to me when I told them about issues that needed to be addressed and were ultimately unable to fix issues. They forgot that I had made an appointment to drop off the car! I had to spend $500 out of pocket to have the dealer fix the problem. I will never have anything good to say about this shop, I am beyond disappointed that the owner begs for feedback and then completely ignored it. They couldn't understand the problem until they called the dealership (which they twice ignored my request to do) and spoke to a mechanic there, even though I was very clear about what the problem was. This was damage from a relatively minor accident that has now taken 6 months to resolve and is only resolved now because I refuse to deal with them anymore.

We needed a quick fix to the undercarriage of our car after driving up from Brooklyn, and my wife did an amazing job of researching and finding the best place for us to go to.Sean helped us out and even went above and beyond for us and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes!Amazing customer service. As outdoorsy people, if we ever need anything in Syracuse we are 100% coming back to Northside!

Sarah at the front desk was amazing. She was friendly, nice and helpful. Everyone at Northside Collision Eastwood was amazing. I loved getting the text messages throughout the time my car was in repair, letting me know everything that was going to be done. My car was 2 days early which was great. Everything's with my insurance and the rental company Enterprise was set up. Everything was easy and seamless. My car was even vacuumed and washed which was amazing cuz I thought I was just getting my door repaired. I would highly recommend them for any repairs on your car! Last year a tree fell on my new car and caused a ton of damage. These guys were able to get it all fixed up to look brand new again just in time for me to move to SC. They were very professional and kept me up to date on the progress so I never felt forgotten. Very honest and great people to work with. Not a fan of the customer service. Called and asked about my towing rate, considering they charged 300+ to tow the vehicle 6 miles, and was immediately met with attitude. And when I asked for Sarah not to talk to me with an attitude, she said "Then talk to someone else" and hung up. But they couldn't be any nicer when it was face to face. Progressive customers are supposed to take priority because of a partnership, but apparently that doesn't extend to customer service.
