Tim is awesome and professional. The staff did an excellent job on my Range Rover. It was refreshing to get work done in my vehicle without being told I need a list of other things completed just to get an up-charge. Matter if fact it was the opposite Tim told me exactly what would be performed and gave my options that could lessen the charge. Now that's remarkable service!

I was on a long road trip and had a nail removed from my car s tires earlier in the trip. A few days later, the low pressure indicator came on and I was concerned about my tires leaking again. We called every tire place we could in the area, and this particular location on was the only one that was able to help us immediately. When we arrived, the manager thoroughly checked out my tires and assured me everything was fine, but that the car s computer wasn t calibrated correctly. This helped me feel much more at ease during a stressful road trip with a baby on the car. Very reliable service.

Very disappointed in my service. $750 for front rotors and brakes is bad enough when could get work done cheaper and quicker and with friendlier service. Waited 3 hours plus before any work was started on my vehicle. Manager did t seem to be bothered enough to even update me on vehicle progress and only told me the cost of the work.

A friend who works at an Auto Parts store recommended MrTire when I put a slash in my tire. I made several phone calls to the shop and spoke to Tim. He was very pleasant, patient and helpful. Several days later when I took my car in Adam assisted me. He explained my options and even explained them again when I wanted my husband s input re:options. The work was done that day. I truly believe T, A and Mr Tire gave me their best attention and product. Adam also had a great sense of humor that I appreciated. Thx!

I have been a customer at Mr. Tire for several years now and usually receive good performance from the jobs done on my vehicles, but my last experience ended my trust towards the company.When receiving my vehicle, I observed the center console to be left open, which implies someone went through it during an oil change. An oil filled rag was left on my passenger seat as well. The employee advised me to inform him if anything was taken from the vehicle and thankfully I did not notice anything missing. The fact that an employee was searching through the vehicle during a simple oil change is concerning.

Got a flat on my way home to Massachusetts and needed a new tire asap. Called Tim at Mr. Tire and he had me rolling on a replacement in 2 hours which included getting it delivered from offsite and installed.

Made an appointment last Wednesday for a Saturday oil change. On Friday got a txt that my appointment was canceled due to understaffing. Da flock man!

Really poor service. I called to schedule an appointment for a state inspection on a Tuesday. The person that I talked to told me I didn't need an appointment and to just to come in at 8:00 am on Thursday. When I arrived on Thursday at 7:30 am the man told me I needed an appointment. When I explained to the man what I was told over the phone on Tuesday, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience (acted like it was my fault). These people really need to get on the same page.I certainly would not come back to this place or recommend them to anyone I know.

They were able to squeeze me in next day for an inspection and oil change. My car was done earlier than expected, and they gave me good advice. They could be a bit more personable on the phone and in person but all in all it was a good experience.

Always wonderful customer service by Tim and the others in the shop. I ve never had any mishaps or disappointments at this location, which is a hard ask of any car repair shop in my experience. Stellar work every time.

They are professional and friendly. Mr Tire takes awesome care of my wife s car and our kids cars and mine. If we have an issue they are the first ones we go to.

Adam the manager is SUCH a sweet soul. He helped me out as they were closing and stayed late to put on new tires for me as i was stranded at work with a flat tire across the street and don t live in Syracuse. He went above and beyond for a total stranger, and i couldn t be more grateful. He s AMAZING and is more than a 5/5. My son is in the NICU at Crouse hospital as i gave birth 14 weeks early due to complications, so with having a rough few months it s a relief to know people are still good, and he s one of them. Thank you SO much Adam!

I have been to this site about 3 times & each time has been better. The quality, patience & knowledge the technicians have are great. Especially Tim & Andy. When they answer the phone they are friendly but in person is even better. This is so rare for a tire shop. I appreciate the time they took with me to answer my MANY questions. Lol Great Job fellas.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon with a slow leak in my tire. I asked how long I could expect since I had my wife and dog with me and was told 30 minutes. Over an hour went by, and I was still waiting. When I did finally get my car back, I was told they couldn't see a leak at first, but replaced my valve stem for $40, and that was the issue. As I drove away, I noticed they never aired up the tire, so I stopped and filled it myself. A week later and it was leaking, and 10 psi low. I aired it up on my way to the shop, and when I got there, they said they couldn't see anything, there was no leak, "not calling you a liar, but...". I was on my way for another week, and the tire was down 10 psi again. I ended up going to Mr. Tire in Cortland to have the tire looked at. After getting my tire filled the first week, the techs said they got a ton of complaints and did a lot of warranty work from the Syracuse shops. The service manager made it clear he was swamped but got me in and out in a couple hours with an answer and a new tire patch.

I have been coming here for six or seven years and have always had a great experience. This time they tried to take me to the cleaners. My vehicle needed back brakes (pads and rotors) and rear coil springs. They quoted me a total of $2,089, $1,300 of which was for the coil springs. I called three other dealers and they all quoted me a total of $1,200 for the whole job with about $650 being coil springs. I ended up having the job done for $1,500 total including calipers which were not included in my $2,089 quote. I also wanted winter tires, the best they could find was $960. I went else where and got good winter tires for $620 out the door, mounted, installed, and balanced. The staff was great but the prices weren t anywhere close to reality. It s a shame because I ve been coming here for years but not anymore

The technician deserves a raise. She was alone, and constantly running from the vehicles she was working on to greet people who walked in and answer the never ending phone calls. She remained polite and professional; though you could tell she was fatigued and feeling the pressure. I know it is hard to find help these days, but she certainly deserves to be compensated for her ability to remain professional and polite under those horrible working conditions.

I ve come here numerous times for tires, but I just had a flat and needed new tires. I have never ever been brought into a garage before but they brought me out showing exactly why and where the reason was for tires. They got me in an hour before closing and stayed past their closing time to put these tires on for me. Absolutely recommend. I am so grateful!

My wife scheduled a time for her inspection there last month.Brought the car, got it inspected and was out the door.Scott and the staff were very attentive and efficient.Our second time there was as professional as the first when my wife bought snow tires. No pressures at all.Thanks everyone.

Definitely 5/5! I was passing through Syracuse yesterday, and on my way, I drove over a gigantic plastic bag, which got stuck under my car with no way of removing it myself.Since I had to drive all the way up to Canada, I had to find a solution (fast).I forgot to ask for his name, but this kind person took my car in on a very busy Sunday, cut out all the plastic, and sent me on my way without wanting to charge anything.I am very thankful for everything he did.

Wow I am so pleased! I wish I got their names, but every employee I met was so so helpful. I had 2 separate flat tires in a week from driving over nails. One of them was replaced here and was a better price than the other replacement at a different shop. My other replacement went flat again and these guys fixed it and explained everything that went wrong. Also, they're all just so nice. I can't wait to get another flat so I can visit again. 10/10 I appreciate you guys!
