I was referred to Morales Collision by another body shop that I trust, but which was backed up until May. I called Morales, and he agreed to take the job (damage to our vehicle's passenger door covered by insurance). I emailed Carlos the insurance estimate and photos, and he gave me a good idea of when the job could be done. Once we brought the vehicle in, Carlos' team found additional damage to be repaired, and they worked with our insurance company on a supplemental claim. There were a couple delays, one due to a part arriving late, but nothing too bad. Carlos kept me notified the whole time. Once I got the vehicle back, everything looked great. There was one issue with the door not unlocking using the key fob. I called Carlos, and he said to bring it right in, and he fixed it in 10 minutes. I highly recommend Morales Collision, and I plan to call them first if I ever need body repairs in the future.

He didn't know me from a hole in the wall and he got me in same day and was done in a couple hours, what a dif shop made me wait 4 days for and it's not east to get a shop to do anything outside of oem . 100 % satisfied with the carbon fiber hood install . Def recommend

Working with the owner Carlos was great!! Top notch work for a reasonable price!! When Carlos was finished the bumper he repaired and repainted looked practically brand new!!

I have used this shop twice now. Both times, my car was restored back to perfection! The owner, as well as employees treated me with respect. The owner is extremely courteous, honest, and fair. The quality of work was fantastic, the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and with fair prices. Thank You Morales Collision for making a sometimes stressful situation easy! I had no worries. I look forward to continuing my business with you in the future should something arise.

Carlos and his team are fantastic! The pricing is fair and the work is exceptional! This is literally the only place I bring my car where I feel like I am always getting honest answers and (especially as a female) do not have to deal with people assuming I know nothing and overcharging for unnecessary work. Would 100% recommend!

Highly recommend this shop! I brought my car in to get the front bumper and headlight replaced. Not only does it look like there has been no damage to the car, they had it done incredibly fast! Also very personable people.They quoted and charged me less than the other shops I went to for estimates. Going to new shops I am always afraid if something goes wrong they are going to charge me more. When I left the shop there were a few hiccups but when I returned Carlos was more than willing to fix everything right on the spot even though he was going home. He even called me the next week to see how the car was doing! He went above and beyond and his work is excellent! I still can't get over how happy I am with this experience

This shop has phenomenal service and work done quickly at fair costs. Carlos is upfront with the highest level of integrity. Hands down, the most accommodating, courteous, personable shop I have been too. I cross check problems and costs with my cousin, who is a mechanic at the out of state dealership where I purchased my vehicle, and he always confirms diagnoses and states the costs are amazing. You will never get a phone call telling you to replace this or that from a pushy salesman and any suggestions are done in a time frame you are comfortable with. You will leave this place happy every time! I wouldn t go anywhere else!

I have used Mr. Morales 3-4 times and if I could give him 10 stars I would. Old school fair pricing with quality work is what he does exceptionally well with timely service. I wish more businesses would operate like this. Kudos Carlos!AAA+++Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I highly recommend this shop. This was my first time experience with the owner Carlos and he was a very honest, wonderful, and helpful man. He repaired my car very well on time and he's a very reliable person. They have a wonderful staff as well.

The owner is a great mechanic who knows his stuff, but even more importantly to me, he doesn't beat around the bush and try to over charge and over diagnose. This is a great place to get work done on your vehicle without constantly having to argue with grimy mechanics, which there are allot of in the area. I highly recommend it

Where do I start with Mr. Morals ! Truly a great, and stand up guy. First time going to him I needed my 2008 Jeep Liberty fix. She had deployed top airbags, and needed some body work done. She sat for almost 2 years and he brought her back to life. That was about a year and half ago, and she is still running like new. Got a quote from another collision spot, and it was more than double to what Carlos charged me for the exact same work. He never gives the run around on prices, straightforward and to the point. Now he s my first go to whenever I need ANYTHING done, and if it s something he can t do (which is rare,lol) he alway points me in the right direction. Need work done ? Look NO further call Carlos he will take GREAT care of your vehicle!

A top-notch collision repair shop. Professional every step of the way. I love my Mini and was very upset about the sad results of an accident, but Carlos and his team brought her back to life. I highly recommend! I give it 10 stars here because I could only highlight up to 5!

I went there with the intentions on getting a little bit of body work done getting a mirror replaced and I was having some electrical issues for my inside dome lights on my map lights and they were super nice he actually went out in the middle of the rain check the fuses everything just a really great experience highly recommend him
