Great garage. I came by as a walk in late in the day. Mike and Donny were super helpful. All i needed were my wheels balanced to find a wobble. They did that in a super cool way, zero pressure to fix the dozen other things that I knew my car needed. They pointed out what should get attention either at my home garage or with them. Zero amount of that pressure that makes us all hate garages because we are waiting to get a $1000 bill. I was in and out for $52 but I will definitely be back

This is the VERY best place to bring your car to. The management and beyond talented mechanics are the best in town. It is the only place that I will bring my family s vehicles to. The pricing is beyond fair and they are the most honest car repair specialists I have ever dealt with. We are beyond satisfied and can t say enough to recommend them!!!

I was visiting Syracuse for the weekend and my truck made some bad sounds. These guys here fixed up a rather serious problem in a day and got me back on the road. 100% great service.

I've been taking my car there for years. Always friendly and very helpful. Scott is wonderful. They are absolutely honest about the work and always give a heads-up if they see that might be a problem down the road. They are busy, so appointments are recommended.

I have been going to Monro Fairmont for a long time now and this last visit was just like always. Very time efficient professional and they get the job done the first time always. They are excellent here

I spent $4000 fixing a vehicle with this shop, took it to the shop 4 months later and it didn t pass inspection because the frame was rotted. The rotting was obviously an issue when I took the vehicle in 4 months prior. The shop didn t bother to tell me and they just took my money and left me high and dry.

I come here for any of my car s needs. Staff is always friendly and good about communicating what my car needs and why. Once while my car was on the lift they took me into the garage and showed me exactly what the issue with it was.

Made an appt for an oil change at 10am. Went back an hour and 15 min later and they hadn t even brought the car in. Was told they were busy . What is that point of making an appointment at all? I had to leave without the oil change as I had other commitments for the day. I get it s not going to be 10 on the dot but over a hour before even starting is ridiculous. Been a long time customer but not any longer.

Highly recommend. Originally scheduled appointment via 'corporate answering service'. Appointment time was overbooked when I showed up. Manager, Scott, was EXTREMELY apologetic and accommodated my schedule for getting my services completed. Great staff! Will be back.

Just moved to Fairmount area and had my inspection done here. The staff was informative and didn t take me for a ride with the price. I needed more done than just a regular inspection, but I feel like I got it at a fair price. Will return next year and get all my work done here. Thanks!

Brought in my car for pads and rotors, they inspected it and told me the front end was shot but the back end pads were good but the rotors are a little off, would probably make it through winter. He figured out a price for the front end, very reasonable, so I had him figure out the back also. I had them do all 4 and I even had them do a synthetic oil change to boot. Loved the honesty of both the manager and the tech doing the work, never tried to upsell me and explained everything expertly. 5 star satisfied, nice job guys. Still great. Still great.

Everyone in this place is a superhero. We drove from Utah to Maine and got stranded on a toll road due to a blown tire and a destroyed rim. Tom fixed everything for us on a VERY timely manner and I can t put into words how incredibly kind they were about the pricing. I wouldn t recommend any other place in Syracuse. Thank you Tom & Co. Way better than the Justice League and the Avengers combined.

These guys are awesome. They ve consistently gone out of their way to help me out with scheduling and are real car guys. Can t recommend them enough. It may be just a Monroe but the people there make the difference. Give them a shot.
