They do a good job and my family brings all our cars here but every time we schedule appointments we try to schedule them all in the same day and they are very accommodating but they only seem to get one vehicle done EVERY TIME. It s just a huge inconvenience to try to find rides for extra days and to have to reschedule 3 other vehicles throughout the week. I just wish they were more organized and admit they can only schedule one vehicle at a time as to not over book.

I brought my car in for a car inspection earlier this week. Even though they were busy, they were able to get me in on short notice. John was also able to accommodate my limited schedule, which was greatly appreciated. John is very friendly and extremely personable. Great service- you can see he truly values his customers. I will definitely be back!

Went in for a muffler change and a inspection. Had a few things wrong with my car that wouldn't have passed inspection and a few things wrong with my car that if they had been left for a few more months I probably would have gotten into a car accident. John did an amazing job. His customer service skills were amazing. He took me in and showed me under the car and what needed to be fixed. I always get very anxious when it comes to inspections because there's always something wrong. John did a great job reassuring me that in order for it to pass inspection it needed a few things to be done which was fine. But he also pointed out a few things that in the long run either would have gotten me into a car accident or would have cost me a lot more than what it was today. John went above and beyond to make sure that my car was safe for me to drive. Even though it cost me almost $1,200, I am very thankful that he looked everything over because if it's not safe for me to drive I do not want to put my kids in there. I brought my car in it 2:00 and didn't leave until 6:00 due to the amount of work that they had to do to it. But instead of him telling me to leave it there overnight and he'll start it first thing in the morning. Him and his team members started working on all the things that needed to be done to it. I really appreciate him and his team. So John if you see this. Thank you so much! And thanks to your service team,

Midas always gets the job done quickly with no issues. I've never had to bring a car back to get rechecked after it's been serviced. John always provides over the top service and makes the customer feel right at home.

I was in town for just 24 hours, and my car began making a strange noise. As a woman, alone with her 2 kids 3 hours from home, this is a scary situation. John from Midas was so kind and helpful - he fit me in even though he was clearly busy. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it for a more than fair price! I cannot say enough how thankful I am for his help!!! I strongly recommend this shop!!

There s nothing worse than having unexpected vehicle problems as busy as life gets but it s wonderful to know you have an auto repair shop that s does their best to get you in and out. John at Midas goes above and beyond. Someone you can trust with your repairs and educate you fully on the problem at hand. I will always look to Midas first. (Fairmount)

Hands down, the best place in Camillus/Fairmount to bring your vehicle. I went in for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The prices are VERY fair. They are busy and successful because they operate with honesty and integrity. They are the best in town at what they do. The manager is a class act and told me he had been there for 20 years!! Nothing beats experienced leadership. Best of all, they are veteran friendly and that means a lot to me. They have my business for life! If you want great service, honest work, and peace of mind, go to this Midas!!!

Larry is my go to guy for any problem with my Captiva. He is very good at his job as are all the other mechanics. I have been going to this Midas in Camillus for many years and always get great service and fair prices and the job is done right. Thanks guys!!!!!!

The guys at the Midas, Fairmount, did a great job diagnosing and repairing my Antilock brake system on my 2019 Ram. John did an exceptional job of keeping me informed and updated on the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. Highly recommend to all.

Midas is the best place in Camillus / Fairmont area to take your car, they're very honest, friendly and reasonable I took my Kia Soul there. Because I thought there was a wobble in it come to find out they couldn't find anything wrong with it . I went back on the road that the wobble was . it was the road and not my car so as you can tell they are very honest and respected. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.great guys

We brought my wifes Buick to midas for an oil change they claim that the oil plug broke and had to replace it at a cost to us. I believe they broke it and i also feel that we should not of been charged for it. (Which we were)We have been bring all of our cars there for over 12 years. When Dennis and Josh were in charge now since a change in management we will not be going there any longer. I know my business won't hurt them but i feel people should be made aware of this and make their own decision. Maybe Midas should send the new manager back for trainning. Edit to my review since I put this review, things have changed the new manager. His name is John called me and we were able to. Resolve the issue over the phone. I was able to bring my car in today and they did the tire rotation. I also was able to resolve the issue with the oil plug. I thought it was very nice of the manager to call me himself to resolve the issue they will continue to have mine and my wife s business still .

I have a new Go To for my car maintenance! Such honest employees! They don t try to upsell you and are realistic about what needs to be done and when it should be - not do it now and we will just take your money today because we don t care if you come back. I m very grateful for the consideration and courtesy.

Neither one of these (MY) vehicles is a Subaru with less than 50k miles. Also, I'm in Texas not New York. I have never owned nor driven a Subaru in my life and haven't even been in New York state since 2019. So, asking me for a 'survey' on how you did, on work done 1 day after my birthday is highly suspect.

Went in for an inspection and new tires, entire garage was super helpful and went above and beyond to get my car in a day before the appointment. Went back next day to get tires tightened up after 50 miles and service exceeded expectations even though weather wasn t favorable, they could have said come back tomorrow instead of getting rained on just to tighten some lug nuts. Excellent and personable management and employees through and through. I will be returning for future service needs!

Appointments mean nothing. Said he tried calling to let people know it would be at least a week out, but we had no missed calls and why do you let your website make appointments when you can t fulfill them in the first place?

Can t say enough good things about this Midas, and especially about John. Stopped in on my way back to Buffalo, intending to buy tires because my tire pressure light had come on for the second time in a couple of weeks, but John looked at my tires and said I didn t need any. He put my car on the lift and resealed all the little valve stems and sent me back to the thruway. And he didn t charge me a thing!!! This is that rarity: an honest auto repair shop. Thank you, John!!!

Highly recommend this place. Upfront, HONEST and fair. Had an AC leak and John, the manager, took me under the vehicle to show and explain the issue, along with the options for repair. There were a few issues with the fix, although not the fault of the mechanic, and the job took longer than originally planned. John called to keep me updated and ensure me that it would be done right. This was much appreciated! The hardest thing about the place is finding a parking spot at this location because it's always quite busy.
