Always have great experiences here. Their service on my vehicle and customer service are always top notch! I recommend Mike & his staff to everyone I know. They are trustworthy, and always professional. I don t typically leave reviews, but Mike, Chad & the rest of the staff at this Midas location deserve recognition for their hard work! Thank for you for always assuring my car is in the best hands!

Been coming here for over a decade! Great group of people working here. Always get the service that I need. They always diagnose and give a few different options when problems arise. I'm here a lot getting oil changes they are fast and done right. Here is to me coming back for another decades of service.

Mike and his team are truly amazing. I m a repeat customer and I know that I m in good hands whenever something is going on with my (2012) car. Once, I was even able to bring my car in with an emergency service need and it was taken care of within the hour near closing time. I can t express enough how grateful I am for this team. I don t ever feel like I m being taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge. They make car issues a little less painful with their trusted expertise and amazing customer service. They attended to my car within the time frame they gave me. They also stand by their work. To top it all off, they are very friendly and explain everything so you can understand it. I would highly recommend Midas on South Bay Rd.

We have used the Main St Midas, N Syracuse, for over 6+ yrs now. They have done mufflers, brakes, tire repair, yearly vehicle inspections and other miscellaneous engine repairs. Shop manager/owner Mike has Great communication skills and calls with all updates, while the vehicle is there. The pricing is comparable to the area, but the quaility of workmanship, Mike and his pleasant garage crew are what keeps us going back.Looking for a good shop that you can rely on and you can trust with your vehicle...this is the place to go. Plus. They'll send you coupons for discounts!!

I am always happy with my experience at this Midas. The staff is helpful and informative. They give honest prices and opinions of the work being done. They have even taken the time to show me what's going on since I am not the most mechanically inclined myself. I do recommend going here!

Very quick Service and the staff was amazing! I came in for an inspection and they got my vehicle right in. Noticed that I am going to need to get a new part sooner rather than later. They were very friendly and I appreciate all of their help today

I had a fabulous experience at Midas on S Bay Rd. In particular, the shop Manager (Mike) was quick to answer the phone and accommodate my schedule. They identified the issues with my car within the same day, offered solutions, and were cost effective. What more could you ask for! Many of my peers also have vouched for this particular location of Midas; now I can see why. If you re experiencing car issues, this is the place to take it.

Shop is well run and honest. Needed exhaust repaired and they got it done quickly and did a high job. Highly recomend this shop. Mike is the service manager and takes care of all his customers.

I called late on 1/5 for an oil change that was way over due because my hood would not open, they got me in at 9am on 1/6. Assistant manager Chad humphrey, Manager Mike Richer, and the rest of the midas crew worked as a team and repaired my hood, I then got my inspection and oil change. I was out by 10. Thank you so much for the hard work the team put in. It was much appreciated.

I've been going to this shop for years and never had any issues. Never try to over sell things I don't need. Great customer service, and they give free courtesy checks and top off fluids without asking

First off i never been in a garage that was run so horrible. My car had brake and convertot problem 2,500.00, i never went in this garage before, bad customer service the owner is terriost. Went to the garage to pay and right away the desk manager says we do not take checks i have my credit cards down to low miniumun my husband is terminal.i use for medical only.i could not go to bank on sat afternoon so the manager decided to take my csr i told him i cannot walk i am crippled so i said i will go on mon when bank is open he said my boss told me off and monday came before i left back to garage because mansger took my license so i needed to go to bank he said your car needs ro be on property but he would dtive and takeover the car i was in tears this midas does not say they do not take checks online they treated me like a crook, a low life criminal i got the money in my checking and paid the bill. Never said thanks the owner procecutes customers they also never advise you of repair bill price ot name of parts. They sent the manager to keep driving past my home again. I was leaving to pay them mon am. I have sleepless nights now. These people are happy to threaten their customers and make them suffer also when i got into my car it was full of gtrase. Do not ever go there.they are vicious.crooks.

One of the nicest situations I've ever been in. Breakdown on a Sunday afternoon but got lucky and limped into the parking lot of the closed Midas shop. Left the key in their envelope and put it in the drop box. The next day, after a courteous and friendly convo with Mike, my car was fixed and I was back to normal. All in less than 24 hours. Boom! Forever grateful to Mike and his crew.

Mike and his crew are the best! I have used them over the past few years and they have always been kind and courteous. I've never been pressured into a repair and I've never been sold a repair I've not needed and as a female, that is important! Honesty and respect are important and I feel that every time I bring my vehicle here. I've been going to this Midas on South Bay road for easily 20+ years. I've had my car serviced here through at least 3 manager changes. Their customer service and ethics have not changed: taking care of their customers, quality of service and honesty is part of the culture of this specific Midas service center (I have not gone to any others). When you bring your vehicle in for service they are not the kind of shop that finds 30 different things wrong with your car. They give an honest diagnosis of what needs to be done. I have sent plenty of family and friends there who are now regulars. It takes only a few moments in the shop to realize they have a loyal customer base because of the quality business they run. Sitting in the waiting room you quickly hear that they know their clients on a first name basis. Even their service techs have little to no turn over, so you end up knowing who will be servicing your vehicle. I called at 4:55 saying that a tire leaking air badly, they said bring it on in, I left by 5:15 with the hole in my tire plugged, free of charge! Very friendly and courteous as well!Service: TiresService: Tires

Update: took vehicle to dealer for suggested repair and was advised the oil pressure sensor was fine and that the technician @ Midas didn t put the fill cap back on which caused the huge mess. They also left off a specific section of the under/splash shield that we now have to purchase and is not a stocked item. A case has been opened with Midas corporate.My Wife went for an oil change. Came home and parked car in driveway. Came out next morning and the oil was all over the driveway. Being only a few miles away, They came to inspect as my wife would not drive the vehicle, they stated that the oil pressure sensor was leaking and leaking for a while . However, there were no oil droppings on my driveway until this incident occurred. They would not refund the oil change and instead offered a free oil change as if we would ever go back to them after this. When I stopped in the next day to collect a refund, the Service manager Mike, didn t want to deal with the problem and promptly gave a phone number to the area supervisor so he didn t have to deal with it. (Of course this guy doesn t answer his phone when you call) He also told me that it was my wife s fault for picking conventional oil over synthetic, and when I told him the owners manual for that vehicle does not specify which type of oil to use, just the weight. Great customer service, Mike. Own up to your mistakes. When a vehicle ain t leaking until immediately after you touched it, you make it right, you don t push the problem to someone else so you don t have to deal with it. Management 101.

Mike Richer is very helpful, as are the people who work at this location. Everyone goes above and beyond to get a satisfied customer. All work completed there is reviewed and explained in detail. I ve been to other shops before, I was turned away because they were to. busy(standing around) this was NOT a Midas shop but a competitor, I ll never go there for anything, I always go to the shop on S Bay Rd.Keep up the good works fellas, I keep referring people all the time.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Went in for an overdue turn signal light bulb change, and was surprisingly in and out in 10 minutes! They had great customer service, were very efficient, and had a warm, clean shop. Excellent service They always know what they are doing. Mike is awesome. If you don't need it done he will tell you. These guys go above and beyond their jobs.. I was there again today 10/27/2023. I was having an issue with my brakes. I ended up getting the work done. Mike was very honest on what had to done. I also used a coupon that was on their website.
