Tim and Tony and the garage workers once again were wonderful. They worked me into the shop s busy schedule so I could get failing snow tires off to safely travel the next day. I really appreciate having a reliable and friendly place to go when I need it. You folks rock! Thanks!

I went here at the last second and they accommodated us! Tony the gentleman who works the front desk was a pleasure, he was very kind, polite and charismatic.I will come back here every single time to get our tires done. Highly recommend.

Great price and fast service. Highly recommended. Dropped my car off for repairs and thought I had to pick it up the next day. Sure enough it was done the same day. Very pleased.

Had an appt for an inspection for a Monday morning. Dropped it off Sunday afternoon around 1230pm. They said they could probably get it done that day! Sure enough he called around 2pm and said it needed a new plate light for $15 for it to pass. An hour later he let me know it was done! Super quick, cheap, and efficient. Tony was a great guy! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough how much the Mavis at Western Lights plaza helped me today! While out shopping with my kids I discovered I had a flat, I called figuring I was going to be without a vehicle until I could get me in. They had me bring it right in and were extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect tires to meet my needs and budget - AND I was able to have my van back in a little over an hour! Absolute life saver and STELLAR service!

Stopped by on a whim needing a brake light change and the gentleman in the shop were very gracious to help out. The staff was very friendly and despite facing challenges with their computer system during my visit, they were quick, efficient, and very professional. Thanks so much Tim!!

Recently took my Tesla Model S to Mavis Tire in Onondaga and I couldn't be more pleased. Not only do they offer specialized services such as tire rotations, wheel alignments, and brake maintenance, but they also expertly swap tires onto rims without a hitch. The staff, especially Tim and Tony, are incredibly friendly and professional. Their efficiency is commendable, as they consistently have me on my way quicker than initially promised. The prices are competitive and the service is reliable. Most importantly, they returned my vehicle in pristine condition, free from any damages or scratches. Their transparency regarding their schedule is much appreciated. They even recommend specific times for faster service. Highly recommend!

These scum bags tried to scam me outta 660 dollars for 4 brand new tires on a 2020 car with 37k miles on it and failed my inspection over perfectly good tires, took my car to a shop right after there and they passed my inspection with zero issues at all and said my tires are in great condition, Jay from there thought he could get me. If you need an inspection done, take it literally anywhere but here lol dudes are a joke.

I have always gone to Mavis for car service. I went in this time, not to my usual location, but to the Onondaga Blvd location, to have my tires rotated, air checked and tire pressure light reset. Customer service was a bit cold and odd. The tire pressure light reappeared. Long story short, I got it reset with the help of Google. A little over a week later I was cleaning my wheels and saw that the front passenger side wheel center cap was swapped out to an old, peeling, plastic center cap. I am still so disappointed and baffled that someone would unconscionably do this. I did not call about it - but just a heads up - remember to check your tires when you pick up your car.

Amazing group of people! They re extremely nice, honest, hard-working, and they absolutely care about their costumers. They also make sure to be as informative as possible so that I m well aware of the car situation as well as any future decisions that I might have to make regarding my car. Additionally, the place has a really chill and mellow vibe that I dig. I d definitely recommend going there without any hesitation. Keep up the great work!
