Needed a new wheel put on my car after the old one had a crack. Service here has been quick, efficient, and great. Wonderful staff who care about your vehicle. I would recommend everyone choose this Mavis store for any of their car needs.

Guys got me in quickly, were very professional. Made recommendations for my car (it was in for inspection) and did what I asked based on their recommendations. Very pleased with their service! Will definitely be back when needed.

My husband brought his car in to have work done to his vehicle and they broke his driver side mirror. The workers told him it was hanging when he dropped it off. It was not!!!! We would have both noticed it hanging. They told my husband that they looked at the camera when they brought it into the garage and back out and it was hanging. When he tried to challenge them on this the mechanic told him they wouldn t charge him labor and only charge him half of what the mirror is worth($225.00) Very dishonest place and I would think twice before bringing your vehicle here for work!

Just went to Mavis for a tire with low pressure. I did not have an appointment but they took my car in right away and within 15 minutes had my tire repaired. Service was great and profession. Highly recommend

Got my inspection and tires rotated here last week then was having an issue with my tire leaking. Went in and they took me in right away even when they were busy to look at my tire. Fixed it within 20 minutes. They are super nice and efficient with super great customer service! 100% will be coming here again.

This shop is incredibly helpful and professional. I brought my son with me and while waiting the manager entertained and gave him something to play with. Very kind people and very helpful when it came to helping me with what seemed like an extreme problem.

Was able to get in for a NYS inspection on my way to work. Don was helpful, got me in and out, and also changed wipers. Will be back for some new brakes and tires down the road. Great customer service.

Travelling through Syracuse from Ottawa, Canada, I had a slow leak. These guys did an excellent job, we were on way in half hour and only $30. They even gave us a free valve! Thanks guys, glad we found you!

This is the best Mavis Tire store in Syracuse hands down! Great service and great staff, waits are never long and the establishment is clean. If you're looking for the best Mavis experience, come to Erie Blvd.

Had a situation over the weekend where my mom and i had one flat tire. Called to make sure that they could see us and do tire repairs so i wouldn t waist anyone s time. Once we got there, business started to pick up but i was understanding that we technically didn t have an appointment. We asked the guy that checked us in if the tire couldn t be repaired is there an option to buy only one tire or at least two seeing as that the car is a leased car and the lease is almost up. He told us with the car being an all wheel drive it had to be a whole new set, but we could possibly be able to do just two. We waited for an hour and we were told that the side walls were messed up on the one tire which he showed us, but told us that all four tires had to be replaced. They mainly focused on the two on the front but only buying the two was not even an option anymore. Offered discount which helped cost wise, but after getting a second opinion from our car dealership, and the nature of it being a lease, they were completely honest and said that the two front tire s could ve just have been replaced. This situation has put a negative view on mavis from my mother s perspective and she doesn t see herself returning in the future. Honesty over a sale would ve went a long way.

Manager was very nice. When I called they said it would take about an hour. He warned me when I arrived that they were backed up, so I decided to go to Barnes & Noble just down the street to get some work done. Took just over 2 hours. Otherwise everything went smoothly.

Made an appointment to have my snow tires/wheels balanced. They got me in, and knocked out the balancing in about a half hour. The ride quality in my car is now smooth as silk.

They don't deserve a star, I almost have 2 accidents because of their mistake. The first time they forgot to liner the brake lock and the second time they forgot to put a piece. They tried to tell me to go somewhere else and the second time they didn't want to solve it. I had been warned not to go here but I definitely checked it out. They weren't kind and don't do their job well. I paid $2,000 for brakes when I just wanted to change the pads. I had to look for a mechanic and you can definitely see the difference in his work. Lost money, lost time. (Piece that they forgot to put)

great customer service, friendly and honest. Don, the manager, was easy to work with, didn't try to rip me off when I had an issue with a tire losing air. on top of that, the fix was minor and he didn't charge me.

The tire exchange this morning was very quick. I arrived and the car was immediately taking into the shop. 30 minutes later I left. Thank you Don you re awesome.

I had a tire blow out, but had a spare rim & tire that needed to be ballanced. Turns out the rim was a little bent preventing a perfect ballance. The guys did a great job & got it balanced within a half ounce. Which resolved the wheel shake at 55mph. With their grear help I can get by for a week, when I will replace all the tires & that rim.

I came in on a Saturday to get my alignment checked and everything they never said we can t or don t have time for it. They took care of me and I wasn t even there an hr. Great place and great customer service

Went for oil change but find out battery was leaking of my 2011 Corolla. Store manager gave me great price for both services and I was on my way in no time. Mavis Discount Tire is now my favorite place to fix a car.

This place is sad. I took my car there to get 4 new tires now keep in mind nothing was wrong when my car went there it was running smooth. The Mgr there told me he could match prices with any place so I said great. They started to work on it then I was told I needed to get my car balanced and aligned for 267.00 I declined it because I was just recently at my dealership. I got the tires drove off ,10 mins later I came back because my left rear tire didn't have the proper psi and I even told the tech that before I left he replied no its good. That should of been my warning. I started driving my car to my appointment and my car was shaking I thought my wheels were about to fall off. I called customer service and they directed me to another mavis in that area. When they looked at the car the Mgr at the new location said we have to fix their mistakes again. They put one tire on backwards didn't have them weighted correctly and told me I needed them balanced and aligned and come to find out I didnt.So screw the mavis in Dewitt and I hope you guys go out of business or get employees who actually know their job

Mavis Discount Tire Syracuse (Erie blvd), Had my muffler repaired a few weeks ago - I had a rattling noise, brought it back and they took care of the problem. Very quick and great service.

They are awesome and expertise! One of my tire blowed off cuz I hit a huge pothole. I ordered Pirelli tire from them and the tire arrived from warehouse real quick. The price is cheaper than other places and the quality is good. They install it carefully and fast. Follow every procedure to put the tire on and make sure it is perfect. They also helps me to install the wheel bolt anti-theft lock I gave to them. They are detailed-person. After they finished it, the expert drove my car to back up and left the garage, they horned couple times to remind everybody he was backing up even though non of the other car and people nearby. Through the experience today, I will be their loyal customer in the future. Thanks you guys!

Called and spoke with the manager Mark who was very knowledgeable about my alignment issue. Came in and was well taken care of. He even found a coupon to help with the cost. You definitely would not find that at any other stores in the area. Definitely coming back and also I would recommend this store.
