I picked up a nail in one of my tires while driving home on a 7 hour roadtrip. Found the closest tire shop and went in. Angel greeted me and took immediate care of my car. They were able to plug the hole. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I couldn t be happier with this Mavis Tire shop and with Angel and the rest of the staff there. They were pleasant, helpful and made a difficult situation very easy. Thanks guys!!

I m a student who had clearly never had low tire pressure before, so I nervously went to this location expecting to have to wait or leave the car or pay a lot. Glen was so kind and helped me out immediately for free. It took 5 minutes max. I asked to pay or even just tip him for his help, and he said just leave him a good review. So here I am! He deserves it. Thanks Glen!!

ALL STARS: Excellent Service! Angel, Brandon & Jerrel Went Above And Beyond. Great Service, Great Prices, Honest People, 10 Gold Stars In My Book.Update: Again, amazing service! I'd give them 1000 STARS if I could. Arthur went above and beyond, he was professional and he did an absolutely fantastic job working on my truck's exhaust system. This is the second time I've been there and those guys are tops! A+++ service!

I caught a flat tire late last night night before Christmas and these gentlemen here helped with the best option so I wouldn t have to ride on a spare tire! I was very fond of the service especially how quick they got me in !

Don & his team were a massive help to me today with inspection/tires. I was able to chill in the waiting room while my car was worked on, and Don was up front about my inspection and needing tires to pass. No one is happy to have to spend $$$ but I m glad I had the help of Don and his team at Mavis today - thank you!

Horrible. I bought two snow tires from here a couple years back. They acted like I never was a customer and the old codger working was put out that I came into the store. Waste of time. Will never go to this hole again.

So this has been a bit of a saga, but I'll break it down into the important details:If it weren't for Don (the manager?) I would have had a bad experience here at best. The work the garage team did was not satisfactory, and I brought my car in twice after the initial 4 tire installation to get the tires rebalanced. I now have a hole in one less than six months later (which was no fault of theirs of course).I forgot that Don signed me up for a warranty at a discount when I bought the new tires. My services after those 6 months (including rotating/balancing/inspection) came to less than I expected one of the services alone would have been because of that warranty.Thanks for being so forward thinking and providing me such excellent service Don! I left the store with a sigh of relief every time all because of the interaction with him. He knew I wasn't made of money and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Highly recommended (even if the actual services can be hit or miss).

Not a bad place to get a new or used tire ang get back on the road. You might luck out and save money also have mechanic's on duty, so get your fluids checked and changed if necessary, there pretty good at not pushing unnecessary costs on you, hard to find automotive service at any reasonable price these days. Pick the guys who's work comes with guarantees..

8-17-23My Dad had an unpleasant experience with Mavis Discount Tire down Salina St. As he related, the single soul manning the shop was downright rude, tamed only when my Dad stared him down and told him he didn't have a lot of patience. He muttered something like he has patience but is tired of being alone. He deserves pity, but there is cause for concern for service quality/efficiency sliding with the lack of staff. Needless to state, we'll take our business somewhere else next time.
