Samir was such an incredible help when we stopped in to inquire about a new 2024 Santa Fe. He immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of. He made sure to ask all the right questions and understood what we were looking for. He was able to work a deal that was perfect for us and we were able to leave with exactly what we wanted. He is the best of the best and I d recommend him ten times over to anyone considering coming to Matthews Hyundai. We walked away from a deal elsewhere simply because of the way Samir conducted business with us. This was a seamless process. 10/10!!

I just got a new Elantra Limited Hybrid here. I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted because of the hybrid and mpg. But Dan L worked with me extensively to make sure he could hit the price point I wanted, in the time frame I needed for a new job I was starting in New Year. I was very impressed that once we made the deal the car was ready for me in less than 24 hours. I know this is not the case at larger dealers in the area, and Dan and Matthews took great care of me and my specific needs. Highly recommend!

What sets Dan apart is not just his professionalism but also his down-to-earth and charismatic demeanor. He made the entire process enjoyable, going beyond expectations to ensure I felt valued. Dan stayed after hours on more than one occasion to help me while I was deciding on trim packages/financing options. He also came in on his day off to help me tie up some loose ends with financing and make sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before taking it home. He won t settle for anything less than the absolute best for his customers, that I can assure you of. I highly recommend Dan for anyone seeking a personable, knowledgeable, and delightful experience at Matthew's Hyundai of Syracuse. I had to make an emergency stop here with my family while we were on a road trip and our Palisade started having an issue. Every single person we spoke with was SUPER nice, including the General Manager, Robert. He personally came over to us to check on how we were doing (we have young children) and provide us updates and explain that they were trying to get us on your way ASAP. Not to mention, the dealership is BEAUTIFUL on the inside. Overall, a great experience!

We have bought a lot of cars. I have never posted a review, good or bad. Today we bought a new Santa Fe at Matthews Hyundai of Syracuse.and it was the most exceptional car buying experience we have ever had and we ve bought a lot of cars. There are 2 Dans at this dealership and both of them went above and beyond to get us the best deal, the best car to suit our needs and the best feeling of support during a major purchase. Our salesperson, Dan the Car Man explained each step in detail, introduced us to each feature of the car, got us set up with the app and in general made it a celebratory occasion. Manager Dan was present at many steps in the process and smoothed everything into an easy process. You should buy a car here. Make sure you ask for Dan the Car man. Say Robin sent you. And no, I am not related and do not know anyone at this dealership personally. It was that good an experience. Happy driving.

This is my second lease from Matthews and it was my first experience with Jeylani, by far my best experience getting into a new car. REALLY friendly and honest young man! If you head there to buy ask for Dan the Car Man. He is great to work with and listens to what you are looking for. He is also good at being a real person with real personality. The dealership and service area is beautiful. The work the service team does is great and they even have coffee and snacks while you wait.

Most dealer service departments are not that great. Matthews service department distinguishes itself as one of the worst ever. They work hard to make sure your issues are not resolved and find new and creative ways to maximize wasting your time.Update: I left the original post to show how a good company responds to a mistake. Some argue the point, give a few platitudes, or just ignore the complaint all together. I once worked for a Chamber of Commerce, when we made a mistake we would bend over backwards to make it right. It was that important to us. Rob Guarente, the GM, understands and lives by that principle. He went out of his way to make it right. Kudos to Rob and his staff for turning a negative into a huge positive.

This is my second time buying from this dealership I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. I dealt with Kyle Pudney an Dan his manager this time both were awesome to deal with It was a nice relaxed atmosphere I didn't feel rushed into making a deal like most other dealerships I've been to.

Excellent dealership. This is the second time that I have purchased from Matthew's Hyundai. I purchased a 2024 Tuscon Sel. The dealership is very outgoing and definitely work with their customers and don't try to push you into anything or try to make you purchase anything. The salesman Kyle was excellent and went above and beyond. He went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was ready and showing me everything on the car and help set up everything. Very clean dealership and waiting room is nice and has refreshments too. I definitely would reccomend Matthews to anyone. Will be back in 3 years and will definitely be asking for Kyle too.

If you are looking to Financed a vehicle I highly recommend Matthews Hyundai in Syracuse. Be sure to request Shady he is phenomenal at what he's does. I can't express or thank him enough how effortlessly he worked to find me a new vehicle after my last car I got from Matthews was totaled out due to a hitAnd run. I came there originally looking to purchase and finance a 2020 Hyundai that was within my budget. Unfortunately I was unable to do so being that insurance companies aren't really providing insurance on those vehicles at this time. I felt defeated at first, Shady came through and was able to find me a different make and model within my budget. Even found me affordable payment plan. He really worked with me and was very accommodating to my wants and needs. Definitely get your next vehicle with him you won't be disappointed.
