Absolutely amazing experience with the service department. Brought our Jeep in for service and recalls. Completed the work same day and returned the Jeep fully detailed. For a family with a newborn baby this meant a lot!!! We will be customers for life.

Dishonest salesmen and managers!Purchased a used vehicle here on 11/22/23. We were at the dealership for 2-3 hours selecting a vehicle and getting the paperwork done. When everything was ready and we were about to walk out the door, the salesman Riley gave us the key to the vehicle. ONE key. I asked why there was only one key, and he stated sometimes used vehicles only come with one key. That's understandable, but we were never told throughout the entire purchase and negotiation that there was only 1 key for the vehicle we were buying, which I had a problem with. Riley told us he would contact the key guy the dealership uses and we'd get set up with a second key. Days and weeks went on, and we never received a second key. I reached out to Riley and the dealership multiple times, and eventually was given the option to come back to the dealership on short notice, they called me and said "the key guy is coming tomorrow", so I could come get a second key... "at dealership pricing"! I live 90 minutes from the dealer. They expected me to 1) take off of work 2) drive all the way back to them and 3) PAY for a 2nd key, even though they never told me it didn't have a second key in the first place? I told them none of those options really worked for me. They said I could call the company their key guy is out of to see if they service any dealers close to our home. I found out they service one 15 minutes from us, but after more phone calls to Riley found out that if we went this route that "dealer pricing" on the key was no longer an option and we'd have to pay full pricing for a duplicate key. What? If they had BEEN UPFRONT WITH ME and told me from the beginning that the vehicle didn't have a second key, it would have been much more respectable and we could have discussed options then. Instead, they sneakily told me right as we were walking out the door, after all the paperwork was signed, that there's only one key.After promising to get us set up with a 2nd key, then telling us we must PURCHASE it, I told them I don't think that's fair and explained that to a manager at the dealership on a January 10th phone call. They said they'd see what they could do and call me back. It's now been 3 weeks since that phone call and 10 weeks since I made the purchase. I've received no calls back and still only have 1 key. This whole ordeal over a second key (not telling me one did not exist, then promising to get me one and then saying I have to pay for it) is just slimy business. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as long as possible. I paid over $15,000 for this vehicle outright, have been happy with it so far, and have told others I was happy with the dealer. However, after this crap they've put me through since the purchase, I will never make another purchase here again. I have received a quote to make a duplicate key just like the original from a local locksmith for just $130. This dealer lost a happy customer over a key that would have cost them no more than $100. They could have got me a new key or just taken $100 off the purchase price because of the one key but refused anything on their end to resolve the problem. Really guys? Come on. That's just shady and slimy on your end.

I bought my truck about 18 months ago. Tyler helped me out with all the paperwork and getting me the keys. I couldn't recommend him more. He was great to work with the entire time.The service department on the other hand has been nothing short of infuriating and embarrassing. I purchased the maintenance plan to make sure I was keeping the truck taken care of by the people who have their name on the truck. I went in the first time after making an appointment online and was met with hostility about they're going to delete that system, it's a headache and inconveniences them and they weren't going to be able to get to my truck for a while because it was Friday afternoon. I waited almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. A few months went by and i got a flat tire. I broke my breaker bar and my impact gun wouldnt budge the lugs, they were so tight. Absolutely not torqued to spec, BY THE GUYS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BY THE BOOK. Fast forward to the second time I used the plan, and was told I couldn't wait with the truck because of their construction. Okay, fine, I had errands to run, I'll come back in a couple hours. After four hours I called and asked for an update and was told they would call me right back with an update. Half an hour later, I was told it would be half an hour longer. It took five hours to get the same oil change and tire rotation. I was working on it that afternoon after picking it up and broke another breaker bar because the lugs were enormously overtightened. The next morning I looked under the truck and there was oil on the ground and all over the axle. Nothing had been wiped down whatsoever. I'm disgusted with the level of service and customer care I've received in my two visits. I'd rather do my own oil changes and tire rotations going forward than bring it in for the remaining four times I have on the maintenance plan.

Vehicle not ready at time I took ownership. Dome light not working. Clunking in front end. Rear wiper blade had no rubber on it. Had to replace it myself because I did not want to scratch the rear window. Very dissatisfied with service and explanations of why vehicle was not prepped and ready to drive off the lot! Whether it was inspected over a month ago is not relevant! It should have been reinspected before I was presented the keys. I chose Maguire as the place to spend my hard earned dollars and was nothing less than impressed!

They tracked my truck down from another store for me to see. Both Tyler and Greg were great to work with, no pressure at any point went at my pace, everyone down there was super nice and accommodating. Would recommend them to everyone... stand up crew there!

We brought our 3 year old Jeep w 25k miles on it for an inspection, oil filter, and tire rotation. The Service Dept.said it didn't pass inspection because the windshield wipers failed inspection. They would replace them for $100!!! First, I have never heard of a car failing inspection due to wipers, but $100?? I bought wipers literally across the street from them, for $37 that they put on. Rediculous! They could not care less about customer service.

Almost had a deal couple weeks ago (I'm tough customer) fell thru. Z was great but Joe and I couldn't iron anything out. Tried back 2 weeks later, I became a lil more flexible and so did Z and Joe, and a deal was cut finally. Once again I'm not an easy customer but they were very accommodating so far. This will go to 5 stars if all goes well Saturday.I'm back with an update all is well other than they push EMPOWER as financing company, they are a nightmare. Z and Joe both said they would allow u to get ahead on payments, well that is partially true they only allow u to get ahead 3 months, safe to say I'll be refinancing soon, because of this they are down to 3 sorry guys.

Our salesperson Zaavan was a special person caring about what was best for my wife and I and concerned about how valuable our time was we drone 3 1/2 hours and he did what it took for us to drive my truck home without having to make another trip Thomas Fox was excellent in helping me with the information about the truck so I didn t waste a trip he also accepted an over the phone deposit to hold the truck until I arrived sales manager Joe was great and trusted us with a personal check there was a small hiccup on charging us the incorrect sales tax which I discovered after I got home and Joe sent me a check for the difference the next day overall I would recommend Maguire to anyone interested in great pricing and excellent service Thanks again guys I love my new truck

The guys went above and beyond! They coordinated with my warranty portfolio. They executed a recall fix without my even asking them to! And they expeditiously got all this work done even though I had no appointment and was just a drop in. The repairs were perfect and the Jeep runs great. My thanks to the entire service department.

Recently my Dodge vehicle was throwing the 'Keyfob not detected' message on my dash. My car would fail to start at times because of this & even throw the message when getting out while my car was running. I decided to get this issue looked into at Maguire. My point of contact was Mr. Marks, who got me in a day early & was able to work around my work schedule. For my first time being there, Mr. Marks & his team are very professional & kind. After dropping my car off, Mr. Marks later informed me that the diagnostics were green but the keyfob battery in both were low (~2.8V - 2.9V), even though I recently swapped them out. A low keyfob battery will make things act wacky, hence is the likely reason I was getting the message. Mr. Marks swapped both batteries out & released the vehicle back to me later that day. Oh, and the team at Maguire does offer shuttle services to & from the dealer/garage. Overall, I am happy with the outcome & I will continue doing business with them in the future.

The service department has been nothing but a headache (more so Dan who didn t make sure things were done correctly as a manager) Our Jeep has been in TWICE now for brakes squealing how they sold it to us. The SECOND time we brought it back for the front brakes and they cleaned them and it s STILL the same issue! My brakes should SQUEAL when I hit them if they were brand new all around when we purchased ir. You get no where unless you contact the general manager. If the issue was fixed BEFORE purchase like I told the sales rep, we wouldn t be in this situation. When you call, no advisor answers the phone it just rings none stop.As of December 26th our jeep issue has been resolved with the help of Tim! Time was so quick to get me to come in to make the proper repair fix with no hesitation or headaches!! He made sure to get our jeep in ONCE I got there and made sure it was good to go before handing over the keys so we wouldn t have an issue!

I had an overall terrible experience. Had to wait almost 7 weeks from the time I made my appointment until actual day of service. I was quoted a price when I made I my appointment and I was insulted and they questioned my integrity by asking me numerous times am I sure it was $600 and not 6 hours. And an employee even said to this Chris Carey " he made his appointment before we raised our labor rate" and $600 sounds right. At the time of appointment I was told I needed to replace axle bearings,no way around it. They didn't change the bearings said it would be a couple hundred more so I'm stuck with bearings I can't return... and by the time I picked up my truck the bill was $1277.00 and change. I knew they were going to find a way to raise my bill.upon check in he looked and the work order for over 20 minutes trying to find a discrepancy. AND THEY CLOSE TO DOUBLE PRICE ON PARTS!! STRAIGHT UP THIEVES

This is the first time I've ever given a 5 out of 5 star review to any company. I was treated like Gold. Hector was very respectful, knowledgeable & easy to talk to. I was very impressed with his commitment to making sure I picked a Truck I would love for years to come. Hector went outside at 8� to clean the trucks off that I was interested in seeing & even shovel snow away from 4 different trucks to be able to show off the rims. We were outside over an hour looking at different vehicles. I never felt any sales pressure to buy nor did he ever try to sell me a specific model like the guys at the Chevy Dealership. I traded my Silverado for a Ram, as long as Hector is at this dealership I will keep doing business with them.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle and I had an issue with the fog light after purchase. Greg was a major help and got the whole thing resolved for me.I never received a breakdown of the pricing/quote prior to purchase, and I also had an issue during the financing portion. I asked Justine if I could get a better interest rate with a shorter loan term and higher down payment and was told no. It wasn t until I sent proof of better financing from an outside source that I was provided with a better interest rate.I want to add that I tried getting in contact with the GM for a month with no luck, so I am very grateful to Greg for being able to assist me.

If you have a lot of money and don't care about the price, this is the place to come. They will lie through their teeth to get you to come in, then change the deal. Anyone that gives this place a good review, just got ripped off and they don't even know it. LOL

I got my first vehicle with them and they explained everything very well and told me to refinance through my bank in 6 months, and to trade in in 2 years to save money. I felt like they actually cared about sending me home with a nice car that I could afford instead of money which is sadly rare these days. Very nice friendly people.

Early this month I took my 2023 Pacifica for an oil change and tire rotation. I was provided a ride to Destiny USA while my car was being worked on. It didn t take long at all and the driver came back to pick me up at the mall. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. They even washed my very dirty car. I was impressed with such great service!!
