shady place . This dealer actually stole parts from my car that I brought for annual state inspection , back then they were called " kowalik auto " .

Purchased a 2015 dodge charger in 2022, the owner was very honest an gave me a great deal, couldn t have asked for better dealership to do business with would definitely go back again, thank you leonid car runs great!!!

I was interested in buying a vehicle there and put some money down to hold and they agreed to my stipulation of taking car to my mechanic for inspection before I decide to purchase. My mechanic found issues and I decided not to buy car because of implicit unreliability. I asked for $100 of the $200 I put down 3 hours after my mechanic's inspection which was a day after I originally gave them money. Granted they told me deposits are non-refundable, but I was diligent in telling them I did not want car ASAP and buying the car was contingent upon inspection. They could be fair, as the car was not acceptable and they are a family owned business who can make their own rules but they tell me no refunds is their "rule", so tough luck.

If you see any bad reviews know for a fact its either moochers or entitled brats. This is a very professional dealer thats family owned. They respect your time and are honest. Several people from my family have purchased a car from them and they are all great. They do not not cut corners and tell it like it is. You have to do a lot of things right to stay in business for over 18 years. keep it up guys I appreciate a honest fair business that I can recommend my friends and family to.

Bought a vehicle here ! Guys were patient , kind, reasonable and they have really cool rare vehicles ! I ll def check them out in the future again ! I love my vehicle !

I'm pleased to shop for used cars in kowalik. As a consumer, you have to do your own research on the kind of cars you want to get. Personaly I had a good experience in getting a car and also bringing it back so I, the consumer am satisfied. Because of their willingness to satisfy me, the consumer, I trusted to bring my friends to also get a used car from here. To this day they have various cars at a competitive pricing for the consumer. Again that's my personal experience, you can take a look for yourself.

Place is a joke. I went in to test drive a car advertised on craigslist. Asked who was selling the car, wasn't given a response other than this car isn't through our business. I ended up test driving the car, I actually liked it. I told them I would be back in a day or two I just had to get money from my bank. Returned two days later, I walked in the office and said hello to the first older gentlemen I saw, only to be greeted with an evil state with no response. Just like the response I received from whomever was selling the car. Anyhow, I was sadly informed the car was sold. My loss I guess. But, you would think with all the cars on the lot they would offer me to look at another one.. Wrong, not even close. The car is sold sorry.. Have a good day. And btw, The car is still advertised for sale.

DO NOT TRUST! Bought an S4 off them through eBay. The car was described as being in "Superb mechanical condition, needs nothing!" What a joke, took it to my family mechanic and sure enough it needed close to $5,000 worth of parts and labor. One of the turbo's was leaking oil, it had an anti-freeze leak, all the tie rods were shot, struts were on their way out, control arms and bushing all needed to be replaced. The only thing that saved me was the NY State lemon law warrantee for used cars under 100k. I got a refund after threatening to call my attorney and go to the DMV to revoke his inspector license. Then being yelled at and bossed around by him and his "mechanics" that even tried to say I did the damage to the car! I don't know how they are still in business. Terrible customer service and NOT HONEST.

I needed my vehicle inspected I contacted Valvoline twice, once the day before and the next morning to be told that their machine was down. I went I Mavis on West Genesee st and was treated poorly by the counter clerk. I left and drove to Mavis on West Onondaga St., I was never acknowledged the entire 20 minutes I waited. My father inlaw suggested Kowalik Enterprises. They were polite and curious on the phone. I asked if I needed to make an appointment they told me to be there in 10 minutes. I was treated well and the inspection was done in 10 minutes. Wonderful place will use them for my repairs in the future.

Owner wanted half of the money before car was finished , car was worse then I brought there . Payed 1,200 only got a receipt no paper on what was done and paid for ! That s poor customer service!!! Don t recommend

great place to find a car for a college student or a rare audi S4 i bought my audi a6 there and was not disapointed with the price and reliability of the car. great place to fix any foreign car the mechanics did my brakes for a good price

Tried to cover up significant rust damage with undercoating. Vehicle could not pass simple state safety and emissions inspection. Buyer beware - don't waste your time!!!

I'VE BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM LEONID, AND HAD ONE REPAIRED AFTER SITTING FOR NEARLY 3 YEARS, IT RUNS LIKE NEW! I GREATLY RESPECT HIM, ABSOLUTELY TRUST HIM, AND SINCERELY APPRECIATE HIM AND HIS CREW!!!! DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM A CHANCE!!!
