PATI've been a loyal repeat customer else where and I think due to Pat making the process of getting into my new '24 Kia K5 GT smooth and QUICK- I'll be back. He listened and put his full attention in me (so many experiences I've had other places where they only talk to my husband even after being corrected). Pat walked me thru what the car has to offer and set the car up for me. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and patient.I appreciate the assistance Pat and in absolute LOVE with my new vehicle.

I just recently purchased a new vehicle from Kia of East Syracuse. It was a great experience all around. Hector was our salesman and he did a phenomenal job. We came in with the intent to just test drive and look into things. Hector gave us all the facts and information we needed to make an informed decision without any of the pressure to buy a vehicle. He was very patient when we were taking the time to decide on things even though it was close to their closing time. We never felt rushed or like we were inconvienicing him. We live an hour from Syracuse and I would drive the hour again for the experience we had.

I've had nothing but good experiences here for years - 2 new car leases, many regular maintenance visits and couple diagnostic service visits. It's always been a positive experience. The people are friendly and seem very genuine. The place is always spotless and love the cozy waiting room with fresh coffee.

Max at Kia of East Syracuse was absolutely amazing with getting me into a brand new car! He was very kind, patient, and helpful with the whole process and answered all of my questions. Before I left he walked me through all of the features in my car!

I've dealt dealt with Eduardo Castillo as a car salesman for quite some time. I just made my 3rd car purchase with him. He always goes out of his way to accommodate my needs when buying a new car. Very nice and personable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new car.

I just recently got a Kia K5 Gt-Line AWD and the service was great! I worked with Max and I really appreciated how he was straight forward with everything and didn t waste my time. I also like how he told me to comeback to the dealership to help me understand the controls of the car and set up the app on my phone rather than just letting me leave that day and have to figure it out myself. Thank you! I love the car.

I highly recommend Hector for your Kia car lease or purchase. He is knowledgeable and also made the experience fun. The whole process was efficient and he stayed within my budget finding me a great car. Need a Kia, ask for Hector!

I highly recommend this dealership and will go only there for any future vehicle purchases! We worked with Pat who was exceedingly professional, accommodating and respectful of our vehicle and financing needs. I truly felt respected and as though he was working his best to help me get into the only vehicle that I wanted. This is the least pressuring dealership I have ever come across which means a lot! Save yourself the hassle and make Kia of East Syracuse your first stop on your vehicle search, and I highly recommend asking for Pat!

Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do and Kia of East Syracuse made it easy and enjoyable..we knew what we wanted and were not sure we would find one, and they called and said we got one in we think you will like, we went out ans looked at it and we are now driving it. Dave made if easy and enjoyable helping us find the car we wanted. This will be the 4th one we bought from Dave..Everyone was Great at Kia of East Syracuse from our salesman Dave, and Gary and ILA who were great helping us finish up the deal.Great Teamwork there and Highly Recommend Anyone looking for a Car to Visit Kia of East Syracuse.

Barbara was the best to work with, we ended up buying two vehicles from Kia of East Syracuse over another local Kia dealer primarily because Barbara worked to get us a really great deal, and was very attentive, honest, and got us exactly what we asked for. We dealt with four other sales people and managers over the course of two months and felt uneasy about all of them but Barbara won us over very quickly and sold us TWO new vehicles same day because she is straight forward, listens, and gets the job done! We are very happy and will send others here to work with her.

Eduardo was the gentlemen who assisted me in my experience with purchasing my vehicle. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating the whole way through. Not only this, but he was honest and straight forward. I honestly feel like I can come back for anything now to someone I can trust. Another phenomenal experience at this Kia location! Today we went to buy a vehicle and was surprised to see such a bare lot, but luckily they have a list of incoming vehicles or you have the option to order. I decided the latter and I m expecting to receive my order within 3 months from today. I ll share any newsworthy updates along the way.My family has always had a positive experience purchasing our vehicles here. Especially with their 20 year/200,000 miles warranty on all their vehicles. Today we worked with Barbara and she was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommended using this dealer ship if you are in the area.

Bought a 2022 Kia Carnival and bought through Hector Lopez! He worked with us on our trade and was top tier salesmanship! We drove 2.5 hours and did most over the phone and were able to swing in and go!

Great selection of vehicles. My first Kia plug-in hybrid and the transaction was smooth thanks to Barbara. She is very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. Barbara took her time and explained all the new features of the vehicle, including the media dashboard and how to charge the car. I'm very happy and definitely would recommend this place.

Amazing customer service by Jason! After driving a 2014 Kia Optima for the last 7years, I was ready for an upgrade. I came in only looking at Kia Sportage's, I have always loved them! I signed the papers the next day for a 2021 Sportage! Thank you Jason!!

Bought a Kia Sorento 2022 in May 2022 (lease vehicle) that I spent well over $400 a month for. 3 weeks ago (Feb 15, 2024) transmission fails randomly. No signs of issues with the car. Car only has 14000 miles on it. Unfortunately the Dealership has been giving me the run around about when the transmission part will be in and when my car will be fixed. For a car to be only 2 years old and for the transmission to go doesn t make any sense. Unfortunately things do happen which is understandable. But I use my car for work purposes. The worst part about this is the customer service is terrible. I have called the service department and parts department on multiple occasions to update me on my car situation. I have had them tell me it would be fixed by now. Also multiple times a week I have called them and they said they would call me back to uodate me and still never received a call back from anyone. Not one worker has called to help me out with this situation. I never received a loaner car or hey what can we do to helpYou from anyone. Once my lease is up I will not be buying a Kia vehicle.

Max at Kia of East Syracuse was great to work with. He was up front and clear about all the pricing details from the start, didn't try to pressure me or upsell me things I'd already said I didn't want, got me max value for my trade in, and made sure to get me the most rebates, even finding out about an extra $1000 discount between me agreeing to the deal and coming back the next day to pick it up! All around a fantastic experience.

Barbara made for the absolute best car buying experience we could ask for, so much so we ended up buying two vehicles from her and are recommending a friend go see her when they are ready to buy! Barbara was thorough, honest, straight forward and she earns respect by serving her customer, not selling. We will definitely recommend Kia of East Syracuse and more specifically Barbara to anyone we know looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I bought a Kia Sorento from Ila Young today and I couldn't be happier with her honesty, her customer service, and the deal we got! I've owned a Jeep Commander for 15 years and Ila was so gracious while I decided what I wanted next and got me a great deal! I'll buy my next vehicle from her too! I truly can't say enough nice things about her!
