Great place to get Service done on your truck. I believe overall on the whole deal if you go there every time you need service it s the best deal in town. First time they are a little high. but your truck is fixed right the first time. Less rentals. Plus I m fixed at night. They are opened till 11 pm.

Super fast and efficient, knowledge and extremely helpful. Asked for an item to help for me and picked up later. And yes the item had been reserved for over 6hrs

This place was awesome. Got me in within an hour without an appointment. Worked hard to find the parts needed to fix me up. The service crew and tech's were absolutely awesome. Will visit again should the need arise.

So I had to rush here from Waterloo, NY forty five miles west of here after giving my load away because my truck was trying to derate on me after picking up said load which I used my scan tool to determine that it was the Engine Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor and the technician Eric determined that the sensor wasn t the problem but the harness wasn t connecting properly so they needed permission from my company in order to order it and overnight it so that first day they couldn t do anything.So the next day Eric comes and I ask about the issue and he shows me how it s not properly connecting to the sensor and he points out that one of my bulbs are in the housing of my headlight and I told him I noticed it stopped working and tried to connect properly but when I removed it to properly install back in holder it slipped out and fell inside the housing and he said he d try and fish it out and I also asked him if he d change that sensor as well since it s gotta half million miles on it which he did.The staff of the building were extremely friendly and loved my dog and helpful, but a little slow to pick up the phone from what my company s breakdown department but I, personally, didn t have any problems.

If it wasn't for the parts department I would never step foot in this place!!!! They have some amazing parts guy and good pricing on parts. The service department is not there to help the trucker or a trucking company. If you need something warranted you will never get it and you won't see your truck for an unknown amount of time!!! Have a truck there know been there for over a month,went to get a Cummins turbo warranty and some how the new radiator now has a hole in it! Not at all anything they may have done. So here we are! No truck no new turbo and a radiator with a hole in it. Thanks KW love doing business with you! With any luck my friends in the parts department will help me resolve this mess!

While driving down I-81 southbound yesterday north of Syracuse my trucks oil pressure went below 20 psi setting off red lights and alarms. I was towed to this Kenworth dealership that treated me with respect and professionalism right from the start. After evaluating and diagnosing my truck it turned out to be a sensor. I know it doesn t always turn out this simple and fast but a lot of it has to do with how businesses run in this business is definitely well managed and its people are well mannered. I met a man in the waiting room who drives four hours from home just to get his truck serviced at this dealership and I totally understand that now I would highly recommend this dealership for anybody s repairs.

Very small place, but the service Dept did well getting me scheduled in, repaired and back on the road in timely manner. Tech was thorough didn't just focus on the issue that put me in the shop, but also didn't create work. All personnel were professional, friendly, and helpful. They did right for me.

Arrived 7 am was promptly pulled into service bay. Explained to service writer I had an air leak and think I need a fan clutch. After 30 minutes of diagnosis mechanic said he had to put a parts request in. Checked every 30 minutes or so to get estimate to repair. Went to the parts desk to find out how much a fan clutch was because no one in service would communicate with me. Quoted $580.00 for clutch from parts dept. Finally after 5 hours my estimate was ready. Over $2000.00 for a $900.00 fan clutch job. Also needed a fuel cap $82 And wanted $26 to install it needed a couple other very minor items as well. Don't know if I showed up on a bad day or what. Asked for my truck back and they wanted $289 for 30 minutes labor. Talked to manager, dont know if new or what but very bad customer service skills . They did knock $100 bucks off the bill so they just stuck it in, thankfully didn't break it off.30 minutes labor over 5 hours waiting on estimate. Even down in Florida we dont treat tourists this bad

Thank you guys so much for getting one of my drivers going last night. The drivers side window was stuck in the down position. The driver didnt feel safe obviously going to sleep at a truck stop with the window down. I called all over town for help, this was around 10:30pm , nobody would help. When I got ahold of Kenworth they said come on in , the tech found that the window switch was acting up, he got the window to at least go up and charged us nothing. This means alot to us and I will use this shop in the future for any of our mechanical issues just because of how generous and helpful Kenworth was to us . Thank you guys . My experience- 4 hours to change a brake chamber. There shop was full so that's why it was so long. Other then that completely professional and extremely nice all the way around. Lots a beautiful trucks in stock by looks of it.

Sometimes it's good Sometimes it's not. For instance, you have warranty work done and tell you it's all covered then 2 months later tell you it isn't, problem has been resolved.

Terrible experience. Had an appointment for10 am for a/c. Got me in at 1040. Supposed to keep me updated. Finally at 130 I found the mechanic and he said they were seeing if they had a line I need. They didn t have the part ! They also didn t tell me anything until I found them. They were also supposed to be doing a diagnostic check on my cecu unit which they forgot to do. Definitely not a place I want to have anything done at ! And this is the place I spent 150,00 dollars at buying the truck!!! Hmmmm. Need serious changes made. Very unhappy

I have been calling and emailing for over a week asking for some simple information, what are the 2 pin numbers for the coolant level sensor wiring harness. They tried to email the wiring diagram but it was so blurry that I could not read it, so I know they have the info right in front of them. We order parts from them on occasion, but I think we will be shopping elsewheres from now on

Very good service the best I have experienced in several years. They we're able to get my truck in diagnosed the problem, and come up with a really fair cost savings repair plan. I highly recommend this Kenworth facility in Syracuse, NY.

My first time here was awesome and I was happy to own a KW with such great service from my nearest dealer. Skip forward a year and I went in for an exhaust leak, my hazard lights not shutting off and a few other things. Dropped my 2020 T680 off for 10 days only to pick it back up with hardly anything done and no exhaust leaks found but tightened up some band clamps. Still had bad exhaust coming into the cab. Next day my signal lights and tail lights weren t working anymore. Went back and they handed my an estimate for nearly $17,000 and needed to order parts and a new chassis harness. Next morning my truck wanted me to do a manual regen and I ve never had it do that before. Once it started the exhaust fumes and smoke were coming into the truck so bad I had to get out. I seen smoke coming out of the exhaust under the truck near the firewall and informed the dealer the parts they told me I needed weren t needed since no smoke was coming out there. The supervisor Todd said ok we won t order those exhaust valves then but will have the flex pipe here and just call us and we ll squeeze you in anytime. 2 weeks later they call to let me know the parts are in and I tried to get in and they can t because they re booked and said it s a 2-3 hr job. A week later I try again but nope. Now going on 3 months of breathing exhaust fumes I could take no more and asked they get me in and they did but we re not nice and informed me they were doing me a favor. I replied to Todd I wouldn t be here if they would ve done the job properly back in November when I left this truck here. Paul the mechanic took my truck in and 30 min later he backs it out and I m super impressed it was done so quick. But I got charged 3 hrs labor for a job that took 30-40 minutes! Paul was great and we talked for a few minutes but unknowingly to him I still have fumes coming in. I paid $3100 back in November and 3 months later get another bill with different prices than the original quote and paid them another $6,000 and still have fumes coming in and my lights not working. Very aggravating being in this truck 6 days a week 24 hrs a day driving and sleeping in it.

Shoddy work. Incomplete work, causing further damage to my truck. Charge for things not performed. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you care about your truck dont take it here.

Had to get repair. Was in and out. Small location kinda obscured but great staff and service. Trailer parking g is in lot across the street.

I was here 5 days for for turbo and exhaust leak.I pick my truck up today and get 500 miles and stop,there is oil all under the engine.... Won't trust anymore.My gold earrings,my dead mothers wallet,my vap,and my army knife came up missing after being in this shop.

Needed a forced regen on my 18 -389 Pete ,with a paccar..Utica Pete couldn't help me knowing it was a matter of time before the truck didn't move at all..(Didn't care)..called Kenworth they said come right in and we'll take care of you,showed up and they did what they said,couple hrs later but they did it ,thanks guys greatly appreciated, my truck does have power,,who would of known..

Had work done on the dozer.and air conditioning ran to California turned on air blows warm air found out Syracuse put in all incorrect seals and gaskets in system time money spent for nothing people very friendly but work very shoddy
