The manager Ray did an excellent job on my breaks, even though the part store kept sending the wrong hardware. He kept me updated through the whole thing and took great care of my car. Will definitely be going here from now on for all my car care

I had a great experience with this Jiffy Lube for two different occasions. First time for new brake pads. Second time for oil change and Headlight replacement. Both times the employees/manager performed an excellent job in a Jiffy! I left feeling confident in the work done especially at the price point.

I brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection. Carlos was patient and explained everything to me in detail. The service was excellent and the prices were very competitive to all the other auto shops in the area. Thanks for not gouging your customers. I highly recommend them and I will be back.

Customer Service was excellent! I called and was provided options and accurate information, and stopped in and was pleasantly surprised when they finished the inspection about a half hour sooner than they had estimated! Really well done, Lee and Carlos are great!

Carlos and Lee both are exceptional. Needed an overdue NYS inspection and oil change. They were detailed, and both were transparent about future work that will need to be done, but not pushy. They had an excellent attitude and have excellent customer service skills. Didn t expect to write a glowing review of an oil change place, but here we are. Kudos, gentlemen.

Above and beyond service from this team! I have already recommended them to my family and friends. Getting your oil changed here means that they are going to be very thorough in their inspection during that service to ensure that when you leave their shop that day, you re leaving in a safe vehicle. Carlos and team are top of the line.

Excellent service. Very professional and friendly. They swapped out my snow tires for my summer tires, and repaired a leak in one of my summer tires, within 25 minutes of when I arrived. The price was very fair. The waiting room is clean and has plenty of space. 100% recommend them.

Amazing service and staff. I came in for my inspection and was greeted by Lee. He was beyond professional, kind, and informative. The manager was just as wonderful! The wait time was minimum, waiting area was kept clean, and above all else everything was thoroughly explained with a smile. Thank you so much!

Came in for a brake fluid exchange after changing my rear calipers. Great and fast service tailored to my cars needs, and a clean and comfortable lobby to wait in with free coffee. A big thanks to Lee and Carlos for their work, I ll be coming back to this location in the future.

Drove in for first time for an oil change - Carlos, the Manager, was immediately super attentive and professional - he advised on a few details and got the job done quickly. The experience was so good, that I drove home and got the other car and drove it there for service, that same day.I highly recommend this place - they provide many services and they are truly customer service oriented in an era where you just don't see that any longer. Thank you to Carlos and your team for getting my cars taken care of - I can relax this weekend!

This is my 2nd time at this location. This time I was not at all impressed. The level of service I received was bad. For almost $100 I feel like I should be leaving a much better review. They didn't offer nor did they clean the interior floors but it is on the work order as COMPLETED same with inspecting lights, was not done, clean exterior windows, says COMPLETED but also not done. Did not even check or advise of my air filters were dirty or needed to be replaced. Terrible this visit

this is my go-to place now! carlos was the one who helped me out, he was amazing. everything was explained to me very thoroughly, the prices seemed very reasonable and i was in and out in no time. if you want a trustworthy mechanic who does great work, go here!

Carlos is the mechanic who just help my sister out he s amazing and is very quick pulled a nail from my sisters front right tire and plugged it for a good price and washed her windshield, and topped the air in her tires we were in and out in less that 10 minutes. Thank you Carlos I will be recommending him to many others. going to leave a review on yelp too

The staff were energetically accommodating, namely Richard, and took me in to inspect my car before the set time for the store to open. Definitely customer oriented, and I will be letting others know to patronize this location. In a world full of bad service, where everyone wants what they don t give and give what they don t want, it s good to know there are still customer service oriented businesses that understand the value of kindness and customer appreciation. Went to jiffy lube for a tire rotation for my truck after trying several valvoline shops and being told they could not put my Silverado on their lift (which they had done numerous times before). Lee and Carlos greeted me as I pulled in and offered quick and friendly service. I will definitely be coming back with all my family s cars in the future!

Great Job by Carlos and Dylan. Very courteous and helpful. State Inspection was quick as expected for a 22. The waiting room was the nicest I ve been in for an auto-shop. They also offered complementary water and coffee.

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube service station. I got my car inspected there: almost no waiting. They also diagnosed and addressed some other issues. Incredible service and a very pleasant experience.

New building with nice bright service bays. Tech was fast, shared every step with decision on type of oils and showed condition of filters. Very friendly and quick service and a few bucks cheaper than the other guy if that makes a difference.

This experience was so great! I didn't feel like someone was just trying to get money out of me, and the service was done quicker than I anticipated. Everyone was very friendly and I think the pricing was very fair.

Quickest, easiest oil change ever! Very friendly staff, Richard took my info in the beginning and rang me up at the end, helping me find a coupon on the website. William performed the oil change, and they even cleaned my windows for me. 100% recommend.

I had an issue with my car where the wiper tube was broken in one spot. I called the East Syracuse location and spoke with Carlos. and asked if it could be repaired. He said to bring it in and he will take care of it. Within 20 minutes, I had the car there and fixed. He could not have been nicer and even offered it for free. I will certainly be bringing my car back here! The facility is also very clean.

i ve moved to syracuse from rochester a few months ago and my whole life i ve gone to the same auto shop. well, moving here i ve never struggled so hard to find an auto shop to take care of me. i needed a NYS inspection and every shop i called either were booked out, didn t do them at all, or didn t have an inspector. every shop i called were either cranky or rude except this jiffy. from the phone call to the in person visit, everyone was very friendly and kind and quick to help me. i had a great and quick experience here and would definitely return and recommend this place to others for their auto services.
